Red Robin's Banzai burger is my favorite. Restaurant is very clean and food is very good. Restaurant staff is very friendly as well as service. It is a good place to hangout with friends or family.

Pretzel bites where delicious!!!!! Food was delish and service was amazing!!!! Joe was diligent and quick and knew the menu ! Will go back!!!

We just got this delightful raw salmon from you guys off of Door Dash. As a chef of thirteen years this is the most undercooked fish I've seen in my life. So, basically you seared the top so fast the rest never cooked. This'll kill someone.

My husband and I went here on Friday night for dinner. I ordered BLTA Croissant and my husband got teriyaki chicken sandwich. My sandwich was ok, the fries that cane with it was good and also I got to try the zucchini fries which was ok but they could season it better.

Burnt my onion rings after i paid for an entire tower, ordered extra campfire mayo, didn't get ANY campfire. Onion rings are now inedible as I have no sauce and they're burnt. ONION RINGS COME WITH CAMPFIRE HOW CAN YOU NOT GIVE ME ANY AT ALL. AND I PAID FOR EXTRA. Just take my money. Thanks for stealing. It's illegal if I do it though.

So 7pm Saturday I would say average amount of customers for a Saturday night Started with the simple drink order, lemonade with very little amount of ice, the drink arrives with glass full of ice so drink was gone in 3 sips. Ordered the food again, simple order. Ceasar wrap w/ fries chicken sandwich w/ fries and a side of ranch and order of chicken wings and fries with side of ranch and carrots Waited more than 30 minutes for food to arrive, server kept saying order would come out soon. Finally, food arrives, fries are cold, chicken wings are cold, and the carrots are the kind you give kids as a snack and are dry and old. No ranch dressing never arrived for either the sandwich or the wings instead I got what I think was just crumbled blue cheese, well I hope it was Wings were sent back along with the fries, they offered to remake them but I was not going to wait another 30 min for my food while my guest are almost done with their food. I ended up placing a pickup order at a nearby Buffalo Wild wings from my table so I could pick up on my way home.

Food is usually good enough, but last two pick up orders were very late. If your pick up time says 7pm, it should be ready at 7pm. If something happens I can understand, but at least have the courtesy to call and let customers know. Having to sit in your car for 20-30 minutes waiting past your scheduled time is not okay.

First table where we were seated was not cleaned. The server at our table made the group rush to order from the menu. The tea and lemonade mixed was horrible. The spike peach freckled lemonade drink was weak and poorly presentation. The Boneless chicken bites were dry and over cooked. The turkey burger had no taste and needed some seasonings. The buns for sandwiches could have been of better quality. After spending $80 and tipping 15% in cash, I can say, "The Best things on our order were the pretzel bites and the garlic fries!

Went in on my birthday. Have the app and the burger was free!! Ordered the blue ribbon burger, and it was so delicious!!! I love coming to Red Robin, I've never been disappointed with their selection of burgers, and I love that they'll swap out for chicken anytime upon request.

Nick was awesome, took care of our every need. Burgers were top notch, opted for broccoli, and coleslaw for sides, both were good! Broccoli was not over cooked as many places do. We will be back again soon! Thanks to management and staff.

The best part of the dinner was the chips. The burgers were comparable to fast food burgers, nothing special. The waitress was quite friendly and on top of things. Loved her. I don't think I'll return. The limitless fries are not worth it considering how expensive the burger was and the mediocre quality.

I'm on a restricted eating plan so I enjoyed the salmon and endless salad. The waitress did an awesome job waiting on our group of 10.

I've always enjoyed Red Robin as far as restaurant chains go. On the times I've gone to this location I've never had bad service. As for the food the burgers are good and I like that they come with an option for bottomless salad among other options instead of french fries. Add in other tasty drink options such as yummy milk shakes and adult beverages and it's a good time :).

I love their salads and endless fries. Great service and the food is always good. Have had a sweet tooth this week and decided to get one of their desserts. Omg. Amazing! Definitely big enough to share

It was good. Drinks great, both styles. I'm not a fan of 3 different servers for 1 meal.

My waiter was very attentive. The food was tasty. Even for a chain restaurant, they still have good food. Can't complain about Red Robin. You know you're not eating the highest quality food but it is still made with love.

Good burgers, all-you-can eat fries, great service. What more could you want? Interesting custom soft drinks, like raspberry lime ade! This is one of the better Red Robin locations.

I got a burger. It was not bad. It just wasn't great and I expect them to have great burgers. It was not bad but it didn't drip with greasy juicyness. I wanted that. The cheese bacon sauce for the fries is awesome though. Really awesome. The service was good. It needed a vacuuming which makes me nervous in any restaurant

I ate here for my birthday. I gave them my phone number like I always do for my birthday. They did not remove the burger. When I asked the server he said I have to go update my account and it cannot be fixed right now. So I ended up paying full price for my food. Not a place I’d have picked to pay full price. The sundae was also incredibly small. The extra one that I bought for my husband was large though. Some birthday 🙄

Absolutely wonderful! This was our first visit to this location and we were very impressed. Joe was our server in the bar area and he was so friendly and outgoing, very attentive and never missed a thing. The food was phenomenal! Very highly recommend the mozzarella sticks- some of the best there are. I had the veggie burger with some customizations and it came out perfectly. My spouse enjoyed the fish and chips with a freckled lemonade. It is clear that the staff functions as a team, as soon as a dish was ready a staff member was running it to the table from the kitchen. There are so many shortages and staffing issues in the food service industry that it really stood out to me to see the team working together and helping each other out to present the best customer experience.

I dined in at 7p on 10/15... I don't know the name of the female manager but she was so nice to us. She turned the music up for us lol and made sure we were alright until we left. Justin was not our waiter but without hesitation he got us bags for our containers. The food was really good and fresh.

They let us dine-in even though it was almost closing time. We planned to just get carry out but this was a pleasant surprise! Food was great, particularly the wings and mozzarella sticks. And you can't go wrong with the unlimited root beer floats. I've never seen anywhere else offer something like that.

The food was great but the customer service was terrible. It was slow and not many guest in the restaurant but our server Christina wasn't very friendly and attentive at all. She lacked basic customer service skills then basically rushed us out to get her cash out slip. I enjoy Red Robin's food but the customer service needs some work.

The service was decent, cut n dry, no biggie just do your job. The food was definitely a let down. They got my order wrong and tried to defend it the fried pickles should’ve just been a ball of pickles and batter, my daughter didn’t want her chicken fingers and fries really and my sons onion rings seemed as if they sat in the grease. It’s not even busy, in fact a little slow. Not our usual Red Robin but this location definitely needs help in the kitchen

My friends and I went in pretty late, about 9:30 (they were closing at 10:45, I believe). Notably, they gave us a seat before the whole party of 5 arrived which was nice. The waitress (I can’t remember her name, but she was about 5’4 with blonde hair) had worked a 10 hour shift and was honest about it. But she was lovely, and joked around with us. Her and the manager (a 6’2 fella with a beard) enjoyed watching my friend tackle a 7 patty burger. For it to be so unfavorable of conditions on their part, they gave us excellent service. The food was delish, the staff superb, and I recommend more people to leave a good review anytime they have a good time.
