Stopped by for a nice lunch after visiting another store inside the mall. Enjoyed a nice salad, a little heavy on dressing, and a fresh out of the oven piece of spinach pie! It was delicious!! The waitress was super! She returned at just the right time during my meal for me to make a take out order for it to be ready timed for when I would be finished eating, and she was spot on!! She received a generous tip for her great service! Highly recommend if you have time, or pick up an order - I saw many people doing that as well!

My grandmother was hungry after cruising through the back area of Spencer's. Not a lot of food choices at the mall anymore, but between Olga's and Mr Cornedbeef, it was Olga's for the win. Dining room was clean, and the restroom was not too bad. Coffee was pretty good. Salad was heaped high and fresh. Original Olga was delicious, of course. Curly fries were crispy and super hot. It's usually 50/50 at an Olga if the fries will be hot or cold, but these were excellent. Server never bussed the table at any point during the meal. All the dirty salad plates , straw wrappers and creamer cups, simply stacked up at the end of the table the entire time. Even after getting our togo boxes and bill, the mess sat untouched. Had to point out that our drinks were empty.

We ordered take out tonight for the first time. I wanted to like this place but I have to say this is like the Denny's of Mediterranean food. We got falafel bolga, steak fajita, chicken fajita, beef and lamb fajitas. The falafel was inedible. The flavor was so gross like fresh grass in your mouth and the taste won't go away. The steak fajita I expected strips of steak but got some chewed up crumbled beef. They couldn't even follow the simple customization for my son's chicken fajita which was supposed to omit all veggies. The rice with everything was worst than Uncle Ben's microwave rice and flavorless The Olga bread is sweet like a desert bread not like the pita you would expect Definitely won't be back and don't recommend this to anyone.

Olga's is a staple in metro Detroit! The original "Olga" sandwich isn't quite a Greek gyro, but it's close to explaining what it is. Definitely a Mediterranean inspired sandwich! Seasons meat, sweet onions, tomatoes, and Olga sauce, wrapped in Olga bread. Instead of tzatziki sauce, they use Olga sauce which is essentially a basic yogurt. My favorite is the Snackers! They're pita bread cut into bite-sized triangles that are then fried a little bit and covered in this incredible seasoning! They're served with a side of Swiss almond cheese that you spread on the Snackers. Quite honestly, you can make a meal of those alone! Every time we go to the mall we have to stop at Olga's if we're hungry we get a sandwich combo, and if we want a snack, well, we get Snackers!

Robbie the store manager is fabulous! She is kind, and had great suggestions. Casey was our server and also was excellent!

I had Alanna as my server and she was awesome. I got the perfect trio and why did it just hit the spot so good. My water was always full and she was so nice and happy to be working.

Haven't been in years but went to meet an old friend. The white bean chicken chili looked atrocious but was yummy with some snackers! The waitress was working her booty off! We appreciated her good spirit!

Super friendly staff, food was hot and fresh, and the special requests (no seasoning for the fries) were honored with no issues. Even being late in the day and short staffed, there was nothing but care and smiles from everyone working. The only negative thing I noticed is that the fries were battered - I liked the previous version better - but the service made up for that tiny compliant!

Great service clean and the atmosphere was positive. The food was very good and served hot. Shout out to Mattie our server and especially to Robbi who made sure everyone was well cared for. I will recommend to others

Friendly and considerate service and the food was really great. There was a power outage during my dining experience and they didn't charge. I was glad to tip for such a pleasant meal as the waitress had been friendly, attentive, and considerate.

I was greeted so kindly as soon as I walked in by Kasey. The food is always spectacular plus the managers Chris and Megan are amazing!! 10/10 recommend

Quick friendly service. And the food was on point delicious. We came in to celebrate my daughter's 12 th birthday and the waitress was very nice and made our visit outstanding!!

Cannot say enough good things about this location!! I have eaten here many times and the food has always been great. I was having a problem at another location and the Westland manager Megan went above and beyond to help me get this resolved. She was amazing. That girl definitely deserves a raise and is a huge asset to Olga’s!

Service and food were perfect. We also ordered food to go and food containers were the best I have experienced. Very tight seal and easy to open. Highly recommend the Westland malls' Olga

The food was fine but the menu was limited, with fewer options than the Olga's at the Larel Park location. The setting was cold and the mall was closing one store after another.

The food on this trip was a worst of all the times I ever been to any location and money. I have never had food from Olags this terrible. The server was great thankfully.

Food was hot and delicious. Server was nice. My only draw back was the table was sticky near the end. And menu needed to be washed off

This location is AWFUL!! I'm ALWAYS left standing waiting to be seated while staff walks past as if I'm invisible. The service is terrible and as inconsistent as Olga's new menu. It's equally AWFUL.... no more spinach, changing recipes to menu items that have been a staple for too long to change now and with an increasing health conscious America discontinuing spinach gives me no reason to return. If the menu and service is inconsistent so shall be the consumer. Goodbye n Goodluck Olga's you mow have turned into just another greasy spoon with bad service! Made the mistake of coming back on 1/2/23 and you have the SAME PROBLEM!! YOUR STAFF IGNORES WAITING GUESTS TRYING TO BE SEATED just talked to your 'visiting manager' he was as hard to find as the rest of staff while waiting and trying to be seated.....doesn't seem like owner gives a hoot bout this establishment won't hope things have been addressed won't ever return

Door dash really messed up my order and didn't give me the option to call and speak with anyone. So I went up to the restaurant, they weren't able to give me a refund because that is through door dash. But the customer service I received was phenomenal and will be exclusively ordering through their personal website and recommending to friends <3

Good food and service. They took away the only thing I ordered which was the Angus burger. I tried the Philly Cheese Steak and it was really good. I always make it a combo with their olga salad and fries. Expect to pay around $20/person.

I’ve given this place three tries, hoping each time was just an unfortunate day but it’s always the same. First time, no servers even available until noon. Second time, no cooks. Third time, can’t seat us because they’ve only got one cook (their manager) but somehow totally okay with a to-go order? Which still puts the same amount of pressure on a single cook. Our five min order took over twenty-five. I understand the service industry is changing, but three strikes, you’re out. Wishing this place better luck but my family won’t be back.
