Entire mall is for sale. Lack of venders . Lack of shopping excitement. Strong pass . Go elsewhere. More about the mall ? It's a vanishing mall. My opinion farlaine mall in Dearborn . They cleaned out the not so nice people . Security off the azz . A good thing . Tuns of stores .

I am usually pretty pleased with the shopping places I frequent. I don't return if I don't like a place.

Very poor customer service! No greetings, offers of assistance or thank you from any employees. Very disappointing experience.

I have done a lot of shopping at Kohl's, frequently visiting Brighton, Move and Howell. Allot these stores I have enjoyed shopping. The Westland store however was a nightmare. A simple picking up an on line orders took over 46 minutes just to receive the order. For reasons of their own, the service desk no longer deals with on-line purchases nor amazon returns. Those are done at the opposite end of the store. You are informed of this after a half hour wait.. Naturally the order pick up table is not marked as order pickup nor is the unmarked table staffed and had to wait again.

Kohls in Westland was very easy to return my package. The associate was pleasant, and fast worker.

Picked up food at drive thru...when I open up my bag at my house we could not eat the food. My chicken nuggets were burnt, our fries were cold & the sandwiches were not what we ordered. We will never go back

I don't know where this is but if I made a visit there. All must have went well cause I really don't let things bother me unless the negative I've put out in the universe comes back on me. And even then I don't really be bothered cause I figure it out.

You should be able to give a zero rating for The Stars, I walked in to customers were standing in front of me in line both said they've been waiting over and half an hour for their food to drive through line was wrapped around the corner and they had a now hiring at $17 an hour sign on the door pathetic they want to pay people that much and they still can't make food at a timely fashion

The shopping center located adjacent to Westland mall has a small selection of unique stores. Plenty of parking is available, and several restaurants are available along Waren Avenue.

Got everything I was looking for. Most of my shopping is done! Very sad to see all the empty stores. It is about noon and the parking lot is filling up!!

Its has alot of different stores here, the Westland Mall has changed alot!

Great place for kids to burn off energy safely, he probably could use some up-to-date arcade like machines rather than charging people to sit in vibrating chairs or stand up
