Can be very busy at lunch, not the best location , relatively small for the number of customers. Staff do their best from order to delivery. Never had issues with food, bathrooms are clean. Be patient, pay attention, whether parking or taking drive through

They must grab the fries out refrigerator. LITERALLY ALWAYS, I get cold fries. They want to charge high prices like this is a high quality restaurant but, give poor quality EVERY TIME!! Never spending my money here again. On top of it ,, got no where with corporate or manager. Both had attitudes like they were survived cold fries too!! How hard is it to read a screen and make a sandwich 🤷🏻‍♀️. DONE

Tonight I went and took my family to get dinner and there was a very very rude young lady taking my order I think her name was Liz. I don't appreciate this type of service coming from Chick-fil-A being Chick-fil-A is a good Christian company like myself. I hope this issue is resolved

Half the time I get nuggets from this specific place they end up rubbery and with a weird consistency. The other half of the time they are just fine. The last time I went for nuggets, when I opened the box I could not only smell but see that their frying oil was old and needed to be changed out. Made the nuggets also not taste good. The people there are always nice though- they're doing their best

was there this evening around 5 or so passenger side of my best friends ride, the sweetest young man in a black shirt (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) brought us extra sauce and napkins per our request. he was just so polite

As a regular customer good choice. I must make it know as a doordash driver though you guys never have our orders on the shelf and you have to ask for them which is not what the app says you should do, which also is more of a pain for your employees and for us as they have to drop what their doing and go to the back to get it. Then on top of it if there has been times where everyone is busy and you can’t get a hold of someone to ask for the order. Also you guys have one of the longest wait times of the places in Westminster to pick up doordash, even non/fast-food based restaurants are faster right now. Give DoorDash orders priority over in store customers, the doordash customers are ultimately giving you guys more money and you are making drivers wait which newsflash we don’t get payed for. I’ve never waited 10-15 minutes for a customer who ordered one meal from you guys until around the spring came around. What went wrong?

Best fast food resteraunts, fresh food always, friendly staff, I miss the play place, I love the Mini chicken nuggets in tiny roll so delicious. Love the cows so funny, honorable franchise with values and helps community.

Generally speaking, I have never had an issue here. The food is good, the service is up to the chik fil a standard. It can occasionally get crowded due to location.

Awesome, as always! Every time I go, the employees are so nice. Food is amazing. I will say, Chikfila, pls bring back the pimento cheese chicken sandwich again! I am in love with that sandwich. Reminded me of my southern roots and childhood memories mixed with the awesomeness of Chikfila.

Our staff ordered food from this Chick Fil A, two orders were wrong, they added cheese to one salad and bacon to another, no one asked for either. They forgot both drinks that were supposed to come with the salads. They also got the dressings wrong. Sloppy, unprofessional service, unacceptable. This type of thing should never happen, when someone pays their hard earned money. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Beware of ordering a large order from here, there will definitely be mistakes.

Someone named Hayden or Hoyden was talking about “smacking girls cheeks” and was mimicking me and overall very rude. The tall red head guy that was at register was very sweet and helped get our missing drink immediately. Lastly, my chicken nuggets were still pink in the middle and tasted odd.
