Beware
of
the
pregnancy
package
if
you
are
post
28
weeks.
The
NHS
guidelines
recommend
not
spending
a
lot
of
time
on
your
back
from
this
stage
of
pregnancy
because
of
risks
yet
this
package
which
is
touted
as
“pregnancy
safe”
requires
you
to
spend
1hr+
on
your
back
for
the
facial
as
well
as
part
of
the
massage.
At
one
point
I
felt
so
faint
I
had
to
sit
up
and
ask
the
therapist
to
finish
while
I
was
sitting
cross
legged
on
the
floor
(because
there
is
nothing
but
a
floor
mattress
in
the
pregnancy
room).
When
I
pointed
this
out
to
the
receptionist
at
the
end
and
suggested
she
pass
on
my
comments
to
management,
she
had
the
gall
to
tell
me
that
this
package
was
designed
to
be
super
safe
for
pregnancy
and
women
could
spend
HOURS
on
their
back
in
this
bean
bag
even
the
week
before
their
delivery….
Terrible,
unqualified
and
frankly
shocking
advice
for
someone
who
clearly
had
no
idea
about
pregnancy
guidelines.
Also
the
bean
bag
is
a
glorified
heap
on
the
floor
which
when
you’re
pregnant
is
not
exactly
the
easiest
place
to
get
in
and
out
of
and
is
in
no
way
more
comfortable
than
a
normal
set
up
which
every
other
pregnancy
massage
place
uses.
In
addition
to
this,
the
therapists
are
nice
but
less
than
qualified,
I
have
had
better
knowledge
and
use
of
products
by
therapists
at
Elemis
spas
abroad
than
here.
And
the
point
about
gratuity
also
holds,
they
add
it
on
and
loudly
ask
you
if
you
want
to
remove
in
front
of
the
others.
Don’t
go
here,
far
better
pregnancy
offerings
elsewhere
in
London.
