A lovely day spa in the heart of Mayfair. The hot stone massage was most relaxing, while the facility was clean, and modern. The facility lacked a comfortable waiting area, and instead directed us to sit on bar type stools in the middle of the retail area. After the massage, I asked to take a shower but was told that none were available. My sense is that this facility is more set up for facial treatments than body treatments. Overall though, a very comfortable experience!

I had quite a nice pregnancy massage and facial in this cozy, welcoming space. However I walked out feeling like all the hard work was undone: the upsell was quite persistent and then they loudly add a gratuity for the therapist and then tell you the total. I paid over £100 than I’d budgeted for. (I could have refused but the therapist was standing right there and it was SO awkward.) I wouldn’t recommend going here. The massage was nice but you can get that elsewhere.

My first impressions of the place were very positive. Beautiful ambience, very friendly and helpful staff. Customer service was excellent. Prices of the treatments are reasonable. I certainly will be going back there. Credit cards accepted including Amex.

Beware of the pregnancy package if you are post 28 weeks. The NHS guidelines recommend not spending a lot of time on your back from this stage of pregnancy because of risks yet this package which is touted as “pregnancy safe” requires you to spend 1hr+ on your back for the facial as well as part of the massage. At one point I felt so faint I had to sit up and ask the therapist to finish while I was sitting cross legged on the floor (because there is nothing but a floor mattress in the pregnancy room). When I pointed this out to the receptionist at the end and suggested she pass on my comments to management, she had the gall to tell me that this package was designed to be super safe for pregnancy and women could spend HOURS on their back in this bean bag even the week before their delivery…. Terrible, unqualified and frankly shocking advice for someone who clearly had no idea about pregnancy guidelines. Also the bean bag is a glorified heap on the floor which when you’re pregnant is not exactly the easiest place to get in and out of and is in no way more comfortable than a normal set up which every other pregnancy massage place uses. In addition to this, the therapists are nice but less than qualified, I have had better knowledge and use of products by therapists at Elemis spas abroad than here. And the point about gratuity also holds, they add it on and loudly ask you if you want to remove in front of the others. Don’t go here, far better pregnancy offerings elsewhere in London.

The place was overall warm & adorable, the staff were very friendly & helpful. I’ve tried their hot stone message, the therapist walked me though every step of the session and I highly appreciate it as a person who loves details. If you’re looking for relaxing message with a great quality of oil on both smell & moisturising this would be perfect for you. However if you’re like me looking for something to relief your muscles sores this is definitely not for you. The experience overall was more relaxing than therapeutic.

The experience I had here was phenomenal! It was my first ever massage in the UK. I loved every minute of it! Despite a slight hiccup during reservations the team handled it perfectly! Loved my deep tissue massage with Anisa! The receptionist at the time (22/7) with blond hair was so friendly and welcoming! Thank you both for my massage and little treats!

The treatments and the results are excellent. The experience felt unrushed and professional. However a white noise hum in the top floor treatment room needs addressing. The therapist tried to resolve but no luck. Received a complimentary glass of fizz and goodie bag which was great! Rachel my therapist was lovely! The service charge was highlighted and entirely optional. It was convenient to recognise the service in a formal structured manner.

It was my first time making a facial appointment, I just wanted to relax my face and feel fresh. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming at the same time professional at what they do. From the front of house to Ren who my appointment was with they were amazing. At first they took two pictures of my skin to show me how my skin is doing and I realised that my skin is dehydrated and because I don’t use sunscreen the sun had effected my skin so they offered me the best treatment that suits me. Oh gosh it was amazing my face was glowing and light, after 1 hour and 30 minute session. After the session they offered me a glass of champaign and some juice they recommended me the product I could use on my skin. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you the house of ELEMIS team.

Me and my friend went to House of Elemis for a deep tissue massage. The staff were very friendly and we were welcomed with champagne. The ambience was very calm and soothing. The therapist who atttended us Nutan and Anisah were lovely. They asked us if we had any concerns and explained the procedure clearly. The massage itself was so relaxing. The penthouse was beautifull and cozy. Very hygienic. Even at the end of session we were sat in a cozy area where we were served with their special juice shot and tea. Well deserved 5 star for the service, worth every penny. I would highly recommend.

Always very relaxing and I just love the products. I have them 5*’s but the upselling post treatment can be a bit much at times. I always buy something I need but if you go regularly you don’t need something each time!
