Ben is a fantastic therapist who is extremely perceptive and always seems to know exactly how to tailor each session to address your needs/issues at that point in time, even with minimal guidance. I first tried a session with the main goal of just feeling more relaxed overall, but my expectations were more than exceeded. After just a couple of sessions I have also been noticing an improvement in my posture and alignment, and the difference in my mental and physical well-being before and after each session is truly like night and day!

I have been visiting Ben for many years now. He has such an in depth knowledge of anatomy and is able to alleviate pain quickly and improve mobility. He has recently helped reduce the pain due to a herniated disc and previously helped with the recovery of a tear in my shoulder, both due to sports injuries. Ben is exceptionally gifted. As well as highly skilled, intuitive and experienced. After only 3 sessions, my body (and brain!) were moving and functioning on an entirely new level.
