I had a surgery on my pinky toe lear by Dr. Kaiser and team. Throughout the process they treated me well and assure my speedy recovery. At UME i went for my stiches removal and again treated by humble sweet folk: Steven Thomas , who took utmost care to clean it up. Overall a pleasant experience and i can recommend them to anyone looking for foot related treatments. And yes their venue is so nice🥰

I have recently seen Professor Lobo, and felt listened to and heard. He dealt with my situation gently, kindly and knowledgeably and is the first cardiac consultant who I felt took me seriously for many years. As a result my condition is much improved. All the admin staff I have come across have also been very helpful, friendly and efficient and I have nothing but praise for everyone concerned. Very highly recommended, and a big thank you.

Went for a CT scan, ecg and echo. Didn’t have to wait and was taken in immediately as per the appointment time. That was something I welcomed. The staff were professional and very caring. Extremely happy with the service and I hope the clinic keeps up the high standard. I had 4 ladies, 2 with the CT scan who went out of their way and explained the procedure in great detail. 1 each for the ECG and the other for the echo. All were first class. Thank you ladies.

The reception staff are professional and welcoming. A lovely waiting room with water, coffees and biscuits whilst you wait. Only drawback is that there is no recovery room after treatment. We had to wait 20 minutes before we could go home, and it we would have welcomed a private area to wait and speak to the doctor and staff before heading home. We felt uncomfortable having a discussion in front of other waiting patients. Additionally, it could fuel stress and anxiety for anyone waiting to see someone in pain and distress. We were surprised that a place of this calibre did not offer a private rest/recovery room.

Really impressed with service here. Went for an MRI appointment. Staff were welcoming and friendly, made me feel less anxious and very speedy. Would recommend to anyone.

I did a stress test at UME Health. The appointment was perfectly on time, the staff polite and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and give you all the information, making it reassuring prior and during the procedure. A very good experience.

Dr, Kiran Jumani ENT, is indeed the best specialist, had a pleasant appointment for my nose and he made me feel at ease and listening to my issues and recomended proper medication and further tests. Also the team working with him the nurses and even the receptionist are all gentle and nicely trained to deal with patients.
