🫤 Don’t know how do we get here, I guess because they have cold Stella and Budweiser. Seems Like the Fish and chips were coming from Aldi, which was not bad. The service and attention weren’t the greatest. The beers at least were cold. They over priced our meal, so be aware. the environment inside is... People often mention service, restaurant,

Located nearby the Buckingham palace, and 300mts from Victoria.

The food was terribly bland and over priced, with the service being worse. If you can imagine that. They will charge you £20 for a child’s serving of food. Highly do NOT recommend.

Unfortunately, my experience at the Palace restaurant cafe was extremely disappointing. Not only were the prices of their food and drinks exorbitant, but the service provided was abysmal. The most shocking aspect of my visit was the staff's evident racism towards people of colour. I witnessed a distinct difference in treatment between white and non-white customers, with the latter being treated with hostility and suspicion. The staff were unapproachable and seemed to be openly hostile towards customers who did not fit their preconceived idea of who belonged in their restaurant. I felt like I was not welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. As if the uncomfortable environment wasn't bad enough, the prices were simply outrageous. For what we received, the cost was beyond excessive and simply not worth it. All in all, I would not recommend anyone visit this establishment, as their terrible service and clear prejudices left a bad taste in my mouth. Save your money and your time and choose a different restaurant.

Amazing place. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. Little sister eaten by a camel in the store room. New born brother force fed kangaroo feet and mum was made pregnant by the fish and chips. The chicken was still alive in the sandwich. Heard screaming from the toilets. Great Place! Will come again.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Palace Cafe, and it was nothing short of a disaster. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible this place is. First of all, they have the audacity to charge £2 just to use the bathroom. I've been to countless restaurants, cafes, and even gas stations, and I've never encountered such a ridiculous fee for a basic necessity. It's a blatant money-grab, and it sets the tone for the rest of your visit. Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered what was supposed to be a "gourmet" dish, but it tasted like something I could've thrown together in my microwave at home. The portions were minuscule, and the prices were astronomical. I left feeling like I had been robbed blind, and my taste buds were left utterly disappointed. But the worst part of the experience was the service. The waitresses were not only rude but seemed to have zero manners. They barely acknowledged our presence and made us feel like an inconvenience. It's as if they were doing us a favor by letting us eat there. Customer service is clearly not a priority at Palace Cafe. Overall, I wouldn't wish this dining experience on my worst enemy. Save your money and your sanity by avoiding this place like the plague. There are plenty of other dining options in town where you can enjoy a good meal without feeling like you've been taken advantage of. Palace Cafe is a disgrace to the restaurant industry, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT EAT HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Extremely overpriced and dreadful food. Serving is small ~ not even half of what is normally served in London restaurants. We had £14.50 of terrible fish and chips, £18.50 of dry, bland, tough to eat pork chop, £3.50 stella and £5.50 coke plus got charged of £5 for god knows what. RUN. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I'm sad there is no option for zero stars as it is what it deserves. The place is dirty and the staff are rude. We went in for a take away coffee. My partner used the toilet and the waitress was always demanding me to get a drink even though I told her to give me 5 minutes. When my parents came out we decided to take a coffee take away and she said that as we were 2 People we needed to order 2 drinks. I told her we were gonna share and she got agitated and been rude. Since she was acting like this I decided to leave and she started swearing on polish. Definitely the kind of costumer service everyone wants.

A LADY WAS LITERALLY SMOKING A CIG NEXT TO ME IT SMELT AWFUL. I went here for a birthday party and it was unbelievable the chips tasted old the fish is very bland a lady just said when I first walked in What do you want I asked for a table but she just kept on repeating it in my ear. Unless you want low quality food perfect place I see why it's the worst restaurant in London. Goodbye I hope to never see the restaurant again.
