Ash and team got me ready for two endurance cycling events by treating pain caused by training. Didn't think I was going to make one of the events but Ash got me there. Have been treated by Ash and team for over ten years. Highly recommend.

As an upcoming footballer I get lots of little injured such as, hamstring or groin strains. Om physio has helped me through these injuries and allowed me to play without any pain. Recommended to all.

I was really looking forward to going here and having my back sorted but it just didn't feel right to me. I didn't get the full assessment, treatment plan, mobility testing or consistency I expected. Maybe it's right for others but I want more targeted, clear and thorough treatment with a proper assessment, treatment plan, exercises and clarity.

I spent a couple weeks doing rehab post ACL reconstruction surgery. Ashish did a great job managing my knee and leg during the rehab process. It's a fine balance of not pushing too hard and I felt he knew my leg better than I did at times. He knew the right muscle groups to target and exercises to be doing to progress my recovery at the right pace. Highly recommend.

I personally saw no improvement in my pain condition after five sessions, not even a little. So on that basis would rate it 0/10 and don’t think they have actual specialists. There was no in depth consult to understand how I could be helped just random and generic exercises by the physiotherapist.

They’ve helped me get over knee, ankle and back injuries over the past few years. The sports massage is also great!

Very nice but inexperienced physio therapists. You leave the sessions exactly the same way you go in. No full assessment, treatment plan, exercises, client records. the massage I do to myself is better.
