Karolina is by far the best hairdresser I have ever been to. She is amazing and honest with what will be best for your hair as well as suiting you in terms of skin tone etc! It is so lovely to meet someone who cares so much and I’ve never received so many compliments on my colour! Could not recommend Karolina enough, SO talented and kind! ❤️

My experience at Gielly Green George Street was literally the best hair dresser experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning, the receptionist staff were so lovely and inviting as soon as I walked in the door. I am travelling from Australia and I wanted fresh hair before heading home so I booked in with Karolina for a dye and Simone for a cut. THE BEST DECISION EVER MADE! Karolina was everything you could ever want in a hairdresser, made me feel so pampered while chatting like a mate while being so professional all in one! Plus she wants the best result from your hair and in doing so genuinely cares by explaining every step/checking in throughout the appointment. I’ve never had a hairdresser take the time to understand the colours my hair throws or how it interacts with dye, whereas, Karolina mixed colours that were going to compliment my natural shades to bring out the exact colour I wanted. She just gets hair! Simone was so precise and completely understood the assignment. I only had to show him one photo and he knew exactly what he had to do while also tailoring the shape to compliment my face and hair type. I’ve never had my hair sit so lovely naturally or had a hairdresser that’s taken the time to make sure every hair sits perfectly. I am so upset that I can’t continue to have these guys doing my hair as I am going back to Australia. However, considering flying back every time I need my hair done.

If you want amazing cut and color go to Karolina and Simone! Both are so skilled and have the seemingly effortless precision that only comes from experience. Karolina listened to my hair color goals and concerns and offered different suggestions of routes we could take. The result was gorgeous color that will grow out beautifully while I’m traveling and can’t pop into the salon over the next several months. Simone knew the haircut that would work well for my face shape and hair type. After many years of growing it out and realizing I was ready for a change, he made the choice an easy one. I don’t think I’ve ever walked away from a salon after a cut so happy. He knew what would suit me and I feel more like myself with this cut!! Amazing. Also they are both very enjoyable company. Now that I’ve found them I don’t think I can go anywhere else. Even if I’m in another country I will travel to London to visit them again!

Today I had the best experience ever! From beginning to end the staff was extremely friendly and very efficient! Also love they have all sorts of coffee available, thank you for the treat! I highly suggest this place. I am always very concerned about cutting my hair, as you can see from the first picture, my hair are extremely thin and it’s very difficult to cut. Some hairdresser seeing my hair in the past mentioned that there was not much to work with… Today, I needed someone with experience, but also someone positive that was able to give life back to my hair. Luckily today I was in Simone’ hands! He was extremely talented, plenty of experience and passion. He really listened to me, he was positive and he loved the challenge. He shared so many tips with me on how to style my hair on a daily basis. I felt so good and I love my hair again. This was the best haircut ever. First time getting a balayage done and I am so happy with the final look. Thank you so much to the beautiful Maya who I specifically chose to do my hair after seeing her amazing work on Instagram. She spoke me through every step of the way, answered any questions I had, and recommended some products for me to use to keep my hair healthy and strong. I’m in love with my hair now and will definitely be coming back again in the future!

Lauren is the best! I got Great Lengths keratin bonds for thickness and a bit of length and never loved my hair so much. Super easy to maintain and lasted four months - incredible results! Lovely Skye cut and blended the extensions into my hair for a flawless result. Everyone commented how great my hair looked, but didn’t automatically assume I’d had extensions. Maintenance was great - I even had my hair coloured with them in and no issues. Love! Will come again!

I went to the salon to be in hands of Diana Mazzella. She has been incredibly helpful. After an amazing consultation where she understood me 100%, she created the perfect colour for me, the one that I have been looking for. I would highly recommend Diana. Thank you for your amazing work!

From the moment I arrived at the salon I felt that everyone cared about my experience, staff were really exceptional, and all delivered in such a calm, relaxing space. I have extremely unruly hair and was lucky enough to see Skye, who gave me a great modern cut and a perfect blow dry, full of body and movement. I left feeling amazing and have already booked my next appointment. This is without doubt my favourite salon in London, and Skye was fantastic.
