The prices at Five Guys are out of control. You cannot charge over $11.50 for one patty cheeseburger with no drink and no fries why would I come here? It's not that good it's better than fast food but the value is no longer there. I hope the executives start to look at this or they will end up like the Pizza Hut out of business and in an old Pizza Hut building.

We love Five Guys! They have the freshest, tastiest burgers and fries around. I love that they make their fries straight from potatoes in house every day, and that they don't start cooking your (fresh) burger patties till you come in. The waiting times are obviously longer than many fast food places, but that's because they're actually cooking up fresh food for you. I love that they also dont add wheat to their fries, so they are gluten free! The only thing that would make Five Guys better is if they offered a gluten free bread bun, rather than just a lettuce wrapped burger, but that's just a suggestion!

Hanover pa location so much better. As soon as you walk in the door. Trash completely filled in every trash can. Tables weren't clean at all. Men's room was clogged. Our burgers looked like they were just half thrown together. Spent 60 dollars and was not worth it. Its not like the place was all that busy when we got there was 1 person waiting on food. Seriously doubt we will ever be coming back to the Westminster location.

Brilliant made to order burgers and delicious shareable portions of fries. Add two modern touch screen soda fountains and a very pleasant atmosphere and you've got yourself a winner of a meal whether your solo, on a date or with the family.

Big fan of five guys but 1st time ordering from this location. I didn’t get all items I order only noticed when I got home. No big deal just ask for a refund on that one item. Nope was not allowed to refund the 1 item was told to come back and if couldn’t come back today can another day. I ended up coming back for the 1 item however after hearing the ladies conversation in Spanish I requested a full refund In short Don’t speak poorly about your customer in another language and them boldly assume they don’t speak it.

I haven't been here for a while. I was pleasantly surprised. The burger and fries were good. I have had bad experiences, not necessarily at this store. I thought it was a little pricey, though.

There food was very good but it smelt like onions and start to tear if you sit there for 20 minutes but very good would recommend

I dined in and ordered a small bacon cheeseburger with a bunch of toppings. Also French fries and a chocolate milk slake. The food was prepared quickly and came out hot and fresh. The burger was delicious and the fries were as well the chocolate shake was a perfect ending to the meal. I also love how you can enjoy complimentary peanuts while waiting.
