Once I walked in the DD I saw at least half a dozen "clerks" behind the counter just endlessly socializing with each other in another language, apparently not even caring to acknowledge the presence of any customer who walks into this or any other professional establishment. It's a wonder the half-dozen doughnuts I ordered were better than average. Too bad the cashier didn't bother to say "have a nice day" ... or anything for that matter. Next time? Forget it ...

I think the atmosphere and the work efforts are something worth looking into, especially since most people (teenagers) do need jobs and look somewhere small to start. This is that kind of place. Me and my family had recently bought 5 Frozen Hot Chocolates from the Westminster Maryland Dunkin', though were caught off guard because *every single drink* had plastic chunks in it varying in size. It was disgusting. There are other reports of this happening, and as much as I'd like to excuse it as a simple misunderstanding, this is too big of a risk to be taking. Plastic is everywhere these days, but should NOT be in our food and drink supplies.

The man who works the morning shift doesn't speak to his customers. If you ask a question, he doesn't answer or look at you. Very rude. Whenever I order online to pick up in the drive thru, he will ask me what I ordered and just give me my coffee. I have to tell him what else I ordered. Once I had to show him where I had placed the order in the app. Shouldn't they already have this information? I am done with ALL Dunkins. I love their coffee, but the rude service is unacceptable. It is not just this location and a couple of times I've left in tears. I'd contact corporate, but doubt it would do any good.

Ordered for my family this morning on the fly mobile app. They had my order perfect- even added little seasonal sprinkles on the ones with sprinkles. You made my kids happy with this order. Thank you!

LOUSY Dunkin', but super busy on a Saturday morning, so I guess they must be doing something right. Perfectly fine for takeout or drive-thru I guess, but if you're looking for someplace to sit and enjoy a little something, I recommend someplace else. Dirty, uncomfortable, awkwardly arranged furniture. Zero outlets available for seated customers, which for a coffee place in 2023 is inexplicable.

The gentleman working was very unpleasant. I ordered a medium matcha, pictured below. I was 2/3 full. For $6 beverage you would expect it to be full. Absolutely terrible.

Order is always wrong or they are constantly out of things. The location might be close and convenient, but i'll take the extra few minutes of driving to another location, and have options and actually get what I pay for over continuing to waste money.

My wife is pregnant and the man working the window was very rude and ignorant to her to the point I almost got out of the car. My wife literally had to restrain me.Terrible service and very rude.
