Location was busy, probably because it was Sunday lunch. No issues during ordering, food, coffee and drinks was good. It was a little wait but no big deal. Plenty of tables, clean restrooms

Visited on a Sunday. It was busy, but they had an ample amount of staff available to serve timely. The cashier was sincerely friendly. I liked how their toaster actually toasted the bagel (not just warmed). Just when I was about to give three stars for cold coffee inside the thermos, a cheerful young man replaced it with a new one.

They get 5 stars because the food is always amazing. Today the service was a bit slow not sure what caused that mabey staffing?When I went into the restaurant they acknowledged me right away and asked if I needed help.Staff was very friendly and caring. I felt safe that all staff had wore there mask correctly and practiced social distancing. Over all the store was very clean and well kept. Thanks panera team in Westminster!😁😁😁

Dont ever order from here. The manager is not professional at all and dared to say I was a liar when ordering on the Panera App. Saying I ordered thru Door Dash and when my order was missing things he refused to fix it and make it right. Called customer service and they were able to get my money refunded. But the issue still is in the store a manager there still employeed. He needs to know how to take care of issues. When customer care called him and told him he was wrong he called to apoligize and hung up on me. Awaiting a call from the franchisee of this location. Go to a different Panera.

The Pepperoni MOZZARELLA Melt literally had no mozzarella on it. My boyfriend paid almost $12 for a couple of pepperonis between two pieces of bread. Will not be coming back. The food is horrible quality, especially for what you pay.

Walked in and got a large order of bagels for my company breakfast. Super fast a d super friendly staff. Wish I could remember the woman's name who assisted me but she was great.

I decided to try the new pepperoni melt. There was good and bad. First the good. The sandwich was extra large, the bun was warm and the flavor was good. Now the bad. The pepperoni was sliced extra thin and only one layer. Add pepperoni and it would be a 5.

I have been to Panera Bread, in Westminster MD, many times over the years. The food is consistently good. The staff is consistently GREAT!!! They always greet everyone as quickly as possible. They are helpful and upbeat. Keep up the great work!

The person taking my order was very helpful and answered all of my 20 plus questions! She was familiar with the menu and gave me some great alternatives for what I was looking for! The bathrooms were clean. There was also someone cleaning off the tables and pushing the chairs in. Keeping it very orderly.

I go there all of the time I ordered a large coffee only to be rudely told by a worker that they don't have the large cups and when I told her I paid for the large she snidely remarked well we don't carry large cups. The staff there over the last few months have been rude and unfriendly. I used to enjoy going there, don't think I'll waste my money there any longer.
