Do not use property management service. Hannah Roberts from the company instructs various builders, cleaners to consistently trespass onto neighbouring properties, including ours, to clean and repair the building Nicolas Van Patrick is "managing." They have damaged our property and illegally trespassed on numerous occasions. They lack the common sense of even providing water to a cleaner, who then has to trespass onto other properties to find a water tap that actually works. Nicolas Van Patrick is completely unprofessional.

We worked remotely from Canada with Nic and Patrick, Gemma, Alice, and Louisa to sell our Knightsbridge based property and we would certainly recommend NVP for their excellent market knowledge and service. All of them were very helpful, responsive, and great at communicating, despite our difference in time zones. Their international connections are a plus, they are client-focussed, and always determined to move the deal forward. Everyone on the team was an absolute pleasure to deal with!
