Room was fine at first no issues at all, but when we came back after an evening out our room and the room opposite had no power. We had to pack up all out stuff at 11.30pm at night to swap to a different room. The new room hadn't been cleaned, was smaller than the first room and was in very bad condition. The breakfast was awful, only choices were toast, Cereal and standard drinks. There was no non dairy options for milk so if you are allergic/dairy intolerant/gluten intolerant you couldn't have anything!

This is a budget hotel and the standard of fixtures and fittings reflected that. It was clean and comfortable with generous supply of towels. The staff were pleasant. It is very centrally located close to Victoria Station so expect some noise. There were a few minor issues (remote control not working, bedside lights not working and out of date milk on the hospitality tray. Although a continental breakfast is shown on the website, this wasn't available during my stay and unfortunately this had not been communicated at the time of checking in otherwise I would have made alternative arrangements. In summary, a clean, central hotel which had it not been for the minor issues outlined above, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a no-frills budget hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times (always using points) and have found each stay to be perfectly acceptable for my needs. The location is exceptional, and more than makes up for other shortcomings. It’s a basic hotel, but the rooms were clean, and the air conditioning, showers, and Wi-Fi all worked well during each of my stays. Not a big fan of the 11am checkout though - even as a Platinum rewards member, they were only able to give me a 30 minute extension.

My experience of this hotel is that it was disgusting. Both myself and a colleague did not stay despite a 5 night booking. Mould in various places in the bathroom Carpet dirty and torn. Headboard had something smeared on it in several places Headboard also loose and falling apart. Computer chair was full of dust. AC Unit, above bed, full of dust. Bathroom mirror broken. Room was wide open on arrival. See the photos as evidence.

I’m going to try to be as nice as possible… it should be called: DIScomfort inn Victoria. Seriously: a nightmare. I don’t know other rooms, but I’m lying at the moment in the bed and I’m afraid of not being able to wake up again (and not because of being able to fall asleep…. That is what I desperately want) because the pillows and mattress are like concrete! And also you will have the underground lovely noise make you feel like in hell. If you are able to sleep anywhere noisy (like the floor of a pub) this is your place. In the other hand, the staff was quite nice and it’s clean.

We stayed in room 110, in the basement. Despite the promise of COVID safety cleaning, whatever “cleaning” they supposedly did, didn’t get the mould out of the bathroom tiles or find the empty water bottle of the previous guests to the room. It didn’t manage to wipe the last guest’s hair out of the shower, nor did it get the blockage out of the bathtub drain. My travel pillow had more fluff than their bed pillows, and they put a singular extra strong spring in the mattress. At 7am each day, construction workers began using their power tools in the walls next to my bloody ears. Good morning. The paint is peeling, the room stinks, and even the sign above the front entrance is half burnt out. There was a hair dryer, but nowhere obvious to plug it in. The floor carpet had rotten away in spots. The shower came with “all in one” soap, shampoo, conditioner…rather than separate liquids for each purpose. To top it all off, it is built right over the tube, which you get to hear the rumble of all through the night. I will say some nice things, let’s see…it had a great…location. Yes. Victoria Station is a great place for tourists to stay, just, not at the Comfort Inn specifically.

Stayed one night only, staff were friendly and helpful. Room, recently revamped has been damaged already by a previous guest and staff were apologetic. It's basic, simple and nicely located for our needs. Missing a TV remote and no spares!

I regularly bring groups to London and stay at Comfort Inn Victoria. This includes both small groups as well as large ones. I have always experienced the hotel to be fantastic, starting with the pre-trip communication and throughout our stay. The hotel, which has been completely refurbished, answers all our needs and then some. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms perfect and the location first rate. I can easily recommend this place having enjoyed it several times and always had great reviews from my groups. There is no question in my mind who I contact the moment I start arranging a trip.

Location was great, rooms were decent! Hotel staff, not the friendliest but were they helpful. We've stayed in many choice hotels over the years and are aware of the perks for diamonds members, however this was disregarded by front desk which is ok but their attitudes weren't the nicest. However, we will still come back here to stay!

I stayed at this hotel. Absolutely lovely reception staff, polite and friendly. Rooms are clean, and tea with coffee making facilities in your room. Had a flat tv and Covid-19 government guidelines in place. Free breakfast. Going there again soon as it was really nice.

Really enjoyed our stay here :) The rooms are lovely, the service was brilliant and the location is ideal just a few minutes from Victoria Station. Will definitely return for our next visit.

Excellent location, short walk from Victoria train station and Gatwick Express. This is a simple, clean no frills hotel with excellent location. Short walk to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Easy walk to Buckingham, Trafalgar Square, Leicester squere, Big Ben and other touristy places. From here it is easy to travel to all other destinations in London via trains or busses. Our two beds room had no view, no fridge, no caffee maker but there were glasses and coffee cups and teakettle to heat water for instant coffee. Plenty of coffee, tea, milk and sugar. The beds are really comfy and we slept well. Only CON was noise that came from the corridor. There was a gap between the floor and the door. I would stay here again. The bathroom was good with shower.

Rooms are VERY small. There's not a lot of room for luggage. Breakfast was adequate sort of. Toast, croissant, ham, cheese, cold cereal, and cold bolied egg. It's right across the street from Victoria Station which was fantastic

Our room was clean and the bed was ok, extra pillows were provided on request. A good service, friendly informative staff and good continental breakfast provided each morning. Great location for Victoria station, Victoria Apollo Theatre and lots of places to eat close by.

The only reason this review has any stars is because the breakfast was fine (standard continental) and the location was very convenient (less than 5 minute walk to Victoria station, 10mins to Buckingham Palace). For the price ($250/night CAD during off-season) my husband and I were very disappointed. There was construction going on daily right outside of our room that was so loud it would shake the walls. We weren’t warned about the noise, but luckily this was our first stop on our trip so we were up at 5am every day from jet lag anyway. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to sleep past 8:30/9am. The room smelled super musty at the best of times, and like sewage at the worst (typically the smell would worsen when it had been raining). The bathtub had obviously not been cleaned as there were still hairs on the shower wall from previous guests. There was also a lot of mould growing on the tiles as well as an insane amount of grit/grime buildup. Under the bed was the previous renter’s trash, and neither the drain in the sink nor the tub drained properly. For a hotel with “Comfort” in the name the beds were in some of the worst either of us had ever slept on - we could feel the individual springs in the mattress, and the pillows were so flat they were almost nonexistent. The bedding was clean though, and there were thankfully no insects so I suppose it could have been worse. Needless to say, we definitely won’t be staying here again.

Great location! This is why we chose this hotel. Yes, it's small, but it gets the job done. They had a crib for our baby, which was amazing, but it did seem somewhat dirty on the sides. There was a hole in the bathroom (which was completely redone), but after bringing it up, it was closed up the next day. No phone in the room, which was odd, so I had to go down to front desk when we lost power in the room. Seemed to be a breaker and it was fixed quickly. The person that checked us in was very nice. Breakfast is good enough to get you going, and the coffee is better than some other hotels.

I spent 2 days at the hotel and I can say that the experience was fine. The receptionists were kind and helpful. When it comes to the room, although it is small, it has a comfortable bed and good shower. The cleaning was ok, but it could be better in terms of maintenance ( the chair was broken). The great point about the hotel is the location. You may visit the main attractions in Westminster area on foot. In addition to it, the Victoria station is very close from there. Finally, the breakfast. Although it was good, It could provided us with more options. In general, I recommend the hotel and would come back, but I hope those points I mentioned be improved.

We had a double room and the beds were in 2 rooms. Considering our previous London hotel was more like a small room on a ship this was super spacious. So nice that it had a kettle to make hot water. Do suggest a shelf in the shower though. Great convenient location too. Breakfast was good nothing to gush about. It was nice to have something in stomach before venturing out. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent location. We couldn't turn the bathroom light on without turning all the lights on. So if your family is asleep... You better use the bathroom in the dark...

For the price, it was a nice hotel with good rooms. Our room was in the basement. Me and my friends had a nice stay, which was 3 nights. However, on the very first night we found an ant infestation near the beds, obviously we asked to change rooms, the staff at the desk seemed a little fed up with this request. The room we moved to was much better overall, the only thing was the single bed (a chair that could be changed into a bed) which was a little uncomfortable, my friend she could feel the metal bars within the material. On the second night our key wouldn’t work, once again the staff at the reception desk seemed really reluctant to help us when we told them. Thankfully, there were no problems on the last night. So overall, our stay was ‘ok’, there were most likely better hotels in Westminster that we could’ve stayed at, but for the price, this hotel was bearable.

Great price considering the location, with a breakfast including. Limited information when checking in, but all we needed to do was ask! Definitely worth the money we paid!

It's a good hotel located at Victoria the room is o.k and the bathroom is big, but needs to be remodelated. Not very clean. Breakfast is very simple but correct and good and very cheap.

Stayed in room 101. Found it a bit noisy as the fire door slams, and I could hear the trains at Victoria in the early morning. However, I liked the fact that I had a dark basement room with Aircon and impressive shower pressure.
