I was attacked by a native tribe and I was chased into a severely deforested area.

Good zoo. Not too big. 5 hours tour with kids to see all. Love the butterflies garden. Car parking spaces available during weekdays. Some spaces available for street parking, but need to come out every 4 hours to top the meter.

The place is nice, but at the moment of my visit there are few animals. It seems to be more employes than animals.

best place to go f it is cold and raining in zsl zoo, most of the animals are free roaming so you get to get nice and close. its warm and relitevly dry but quiet humid as it is a rain forest walk-though exhibit. there is always staff you are able to ask any questions to if needed and places to sit down at the entrance. please dont touch the animals and by the way this is where the sloths a slow loris are

Located inside the London Zoo in Regents Park, Rainforest Life is an amazing indoor tropical rainforest. There are free roaming sloths, tamanduas, monkeys, fruit bats and birds all around you.It would have been nice if the mongooses and striped tree squirrels had larger exhibits, but that is okay. There is also an indoor viewing area for Goeldi’s monkeys and pied tamarins. If you don’t see them, don't worry:they have outdoor exhibits near the meerkats and otters where you can view them. There are also red-faced spider monkeys living in an outdoor exhibit, but that can only be viewed from inside. It would have been nice if they had an indoor exhibit. The basement is known as Nocturnal Life, and is home to many exotic nocturnal species, including aye-ayes, Seba’s short tailed fruit bat, cave blind fish, Australian water rats, slow loris and bush babies. Rainforest Life is highly recommended if you are visiting the Zoo, and no visit to the exhibit is complete if you dont meet the resident baby sloth, Edward, or the baby tamandua.

Lovely place to visit but prices are too high ESPECIALLY for entry and even once inside the most basic things are over priced. Yes I understand it goes towards maintenance etc but the tax payer forks out the majority so why make it so expensive makes no sense tbh.

Very beautiful place! Stamford would be proud, if the poor guy was still around. The tigers were watching me with sophisticated ferocity. Here's what they told me: Tsi pushig ps, lw xa wlw pswlch, krpeb. ~J.G.

Great little zoo to see a range of small animals and farm animals. Best time to go on the weekend is mid morning to early afternoon. They have toilets and a cafe that sells sandwiches, ice creams, drinks and small snacks. If you have small children with you or babies, I suggest bringing food as they may not have healthy food suitable for young children and babies.

Rainforest Life in London provides a unique experience, showcasing diverse animals in a simulated rainforest environment. While the concept is interesting, the overall experience falls short. The living conditions of the animals seem subpar, and many appear less than happy. With room for improvement in animal welfare, I rate it 4 stars.🌿🦋🌧️⭐️

Best zoo I've ever visited. Animals have plenty of space and caretakers seem to genuinely enjoy their work. Some animals might be hard to spot and locate, but if you are patient you will find them. Territory of the zoo is quite big, so plan your trip around, otherwise you will be in for quite a walk. There are a couple of gift/souvenir shops, with the main one having the biggest selection. Food court with a great variety of savouries and sweets is also located within the zoo. There are a few programs/shows that happen throughout the day, so watch out for those and keep track of the time. All staff were very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions.

  • 5/5 Leah G. 3 years ago on Google
Love seeing all the animals and they seem to be well cared for. Every member of staff I have spoken to appears to care about the animals. Currently the zoo is divided into 3 routes to aid in distancing and each has a one way system designed to allow you to see the most you can so we got to see all the animals and it was great

Had a wonderful day out. The kids love it! The food hall can be a bit dirty but lovely to see all the animals. Educational and fun. Animal enclosures are a little bit on the small side.

Didn’t get to see tigers. Lions were asleep as well as most of the other animals! The giraffes were the most active.

Good Zoo. Not as good as Chester but good for the family. Marked down as there is a big carnival area which distracts the kids and is not really the point of the zoo.

Great I love the zoo and have just renewed my membership. The only problem is the food is a bit overpriced but it goes to conservation so not as bad.
