I was a regular customer and used to go no less than 3 times a week and would pick up at least 3 drinks each time. I accidentally dropped a blender because the condensation on the cup caused it slip out of my hand when I was pulling away from the drive thru. I IMMEDIATELY went back and explained what happened, showed the manager the coffee all over me and my car. She was very rude and quick to point out that it was my fault and they could not replace it per corporate policy. I was shocked at the way I was treated and couldn't believe that I was being attacked. I then an email to the support address and never got a response. That was approx 5 weeks ago. It is obvious that Ziggi's doesn't care about retaining their regular customers. Shame on you. I have been going to Dutch Bros. They know how to treat their customers!

These humans are incredible! I am really new to the coffee world. And I did the morning shifts coffee run today. There was a lot of "I'm so sorry I hope you know what this means!" And they were all so kind and patient while they also had a billion drive through orders. And they care about mental health to boot. I have officially given up the green goddess coffee place (trade marked by me!) To support this organization and specifically this location because they are amazing!

Don't go here unless your the owner, manager or shift supervisor. I waited behind the "big boss" while she watered her dogs, had a morning conversation and visited with the staff only to get what I didn't order....could have, should have driven the extra two miles to anywhere else. Classic American service model"paying customers are the least important ".

I used to LOVE Ziggi's. I would go way out of my way for a friendly interaction and a yummy Turtle Coffee.... but then something changed. It seemed innocent enough, they moved from the punch card to the app... then everything changed! They are no longer as friendly, my turtle has been made with rotten milk so now I don't even want to risk ordering it. And the app on glitchy and way less rewarding than the punch card. I'm sad Ziggi's, you were a shining star, but no longer.

Small operation with friendly staff and solid menu variety. Coffee is reliably good and prepared quickly. Drive through option, as well.

Always forget to look/ask for the name of the person serving me, but every time I have gone here, everyone has been so incredibly nice. There’s a big difference between “order whenever you’re ready” (which is what most places do) and “hi! How are you?” which is why I really love this location. Super sweet people❤️

I love this location. Plus their coffee and lattes are better than Starbucks, for a similar price. By far a more personal experience, which is welcomed when you're busy and on the go. Staff is also friendly. I see you, the ones sneaking me a few extra beans.

Very mediocre coffee, but it will do if you're in a rush. Takeout only, via drive through.

Ordered my drink with no cars in the drive thru or any other customers around and ended up waiting almost 15 minutes outside in 36 degree weather as my van wouldn’t fit the drive thru and I proceeded to wait and watch 7 cars go through the drive thru before I received my second drink.

Their glutten free breakfast sandwich is very good. I love the blender drinks too. My grandson loves the frozen hot chocolate!

We've been coming here since they opened and are so grateful. The coffee is delicious, of course, but the staff is the best. They're always so kind and attentive.

If going through the drive thru from 7:45am to 8:30am, be prepared for a line. The brewed coffee is my go-to, can't speak on the fancier stuff.

Ordered oatmeal in the morning before work. I only did because I didn't have enough time at home to do so. They filled it to the brim with milk!! If I wanted soup, I would have gone to a restaurant for soup. What a waste of money and my time.

I love this coffee shop! They have so many different flavor combinations. My favorites are the Turtle and Frozen Campfire Cocoa. The staff is always friendly. The bacon breakfast burrito is really good.

We got coffee here daily during our visit, and it was delicious! I highly recommend the chai tea with a shot of espresso. The service was great as well!

Update: Still horrible. Went today to get something on my way to an appointment. I hadn't been there since my experience below. I had to fast before a procedure this afternoon, so this would have been my last opportunity to eat until dinner. Total was $13.65. I had a reward and $12 in pre-loaded funds on their horrible app and they couldn't get it to process. I don't know what the problem is, but I didn't have time to wait for them to figure it out. I cancelled my already made order. Instead of offering to give me what they would otherwise be throwing away for l the inconvenience they just said "sorry". I am trying to stop coming here, I not going to pay cash and keep a pre-load on my card. Utterly ridiculous. I used to love Ziggis, but sadly since they have gone to an app nothing has worked properly. I loaded funds on my app when they first rolled it out, but for 6 months my local Ziggi's couldn't accept payment from the app if it was an android phone. I also lost out on two full coffee rewards on my punch cards because there was an end date to honor those that was not posted. Now, after trying to use my app rewards for the 3rd time they still charge it back to my preloaded funds, even after I indicated that I have rewards to use. Also, now you earn rewards in $4 increments, but you can only use one reward at a time, regardless of how many rewards you have accrued, according to staff. It's either a training issue, or a systems issue. I love seeing businesses grow but Ziggis has lost a customer once my preloaded funds are depleted. Guess it's back to Starbucks...

First time to a Ziggi's coffee. Couldn't tell on the website if this place had indoor seating, which it didn't. Great service, you can drive up or walk up. There was outdoor seating. A variety of drinks, will try this place again in the future.

I’ve been coming here for a while and recently had the worst experience. I went in on October 5 for a smoothie the way I usually do. When I paid with my card the girl didn’t give me the iPad the way she usually does. It was extremely busy and the second person was no where to be found so I didn’t think much of it. I checked my bank statement today and noticed that these girls added a tip to my order. I knew exactly how much I paid that day. I knew something was wrong and I kept checking my bank until ziggi’s finally processed the payment on their end. Is this what all of your employees do to their customers? Or do they only pick and choose? How does this work? I don’t want my money back, but I do think people should know how the employees at this establishment work

I'm literally addicted to the Colorado Mocha. They let me redeem my leftover punch card as they have transitioned to their app. Speaking of, the recent app update made it SO much better for me! It loads faster now :) Everyone at this location is super friendly! I think there could be a bit more consistency in terms of the drinks though. Sometimes the Colo Mocha is more chocolate-y, sometimes more mocha, sometimes it just tastes watered down (like there is too much ice). It's never been completely awful, but when I crave the expectation of that Colo Mocha. I dont want to be let down...
