We ordered chicken vermicelli bowls to go. With all the great reviews, I was excited to try Faifa. Bun bowls are one of my favorite meals and this experience was not good. The chicken was raw and rubbery, I didn’t eat it because I didn’t want to get sick from eating raw chicken. I wouldn’t eat here.

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have eaten at. The layout is also very impressive and beautiful, the space is spacious and clean, the service is quick!

Ordered a take away beef pho. Was ready quickly, however was not the same quality as had with dine in. Plus the beef was extra fatty even though I had ordered lean beef. Had to remove the fat before eating. As you can see there was more fat than meat. 😳

A self serve restaurant. You order at the counter and they bring it out to your table. You’ll need to grab your own utensils and condiments. You’ll also have to throw away your own trash. One size pho bowl. The pho broth was good. The crab soup broth was thicker than the usual crab soup I have. The crab wasn’t incorporated with the soup like other places. It was served as a spoonful on the side of the bowl.

Refreshing concept of a pho restaurant! They have an intimate menu of 10 items and the two we ordered today were so so good! The portions were very generous (one size for all dishes) and it was seasoned amazingly. I am very impressed and will definitely come back. They also have a generous selection of boba drinks that I didn’t get to try but I envied the other tables that got it as it looked very good. The condiments are self serve so there’s much less waste if you don’t like the usual bean sprouts/basil/mint combination that typically comes with pho. There are also fountain drinks and you put your own dishes away and leave when you want!

This place has great service, the food is good enough. The price per bowl was roughly $14 dollars. I really liked their boba drinks. I got the almond flavor and it was delicious.

They are not open don't lie about your hours. Tried to place order after 8:30. Dont say open if you are not taking orders. They claim all restraints are like this. Guess I eat mostly cheaper more ethical food establishments. Food may be good but lie of hours ruined it. Initially I thought they couldn't take orders cuz of health departments.

Best Vietnamese Pho in Denver! I travel all over the country for work and try the best Pho at the most authentic Vietnamese Restaurants around the country. It’s all about the broth and this place knocks it out of the park! Get the Fatty Brisket (Gau) Pho and fall in love!

Ordered to go. Had to wait 20 minutes extra. No plastic ware or napkins in bag. For some reason they staple the receipt to the bag instead of tape, so my wife cut her hand on the staple. Food was good otherwise.

Yeah I was surprised to find they’d changed to an order at the counter model (including getting your own garnishes & utensils and bussing your table). I’d be more annoyed except the beef pho I had was just fantastic, great broth (a bit too sweet for sure but very flavorful). Generous portion of meat as well. The guy behind the counter couldn’t have been friendlier. Left happy 😃

Generous portions, reasonable prices, and attentive service! My family and I enjoyed our meal here very much. The spicy beef stew was especially delicious - thick broth, flavorful beef and we needed more noodles and rice to finish it all up! The banh mi was also made well with crispy, chewy and warm baguette and tender pork with the usual pickled toppings. We will return soon!

I always come here when I'm pet sitting for friends and I always get their spring rolls, I'm very picky about my spring rolls, and they're perfect! This last time I went was the first time I tried their vermicelli bowl and it was pretty good! I did have to wait a bit but it was worth it, meant it was fresh and everything was wonderful. The staff are so kind, will be trying the pho next time

The food was awesome! the spicy meat is a go-to for me. The service was great, my questions were answered very well, and the vibe if the whole restaurant was very comfy. Thank you. I'll definitely be going here again

I ordered Chicken Rice and Wonton Noodle Soup. Me and my friends we were both happy for our meal. It's delicious and the portion was great! They gave us 2 side of sauce for the chicken.

Super friendly service. Pho had so much flavor. Dumplings, egg rolls, spring rolls, sandwich, everything was delicious. Highly recommended .

Such a fresh vibe to the pho scene here! The pho broth is rich, fatty, and full of flavor. They have options like beef rib & bone marrow add on. Really good, and great amount of meat! A solid bowl of pho! Aromatic, and filling! Big bowl portion. Love the add on options to give you a heartier bowl with a wow factor! They also offer a “spicy beef pho” that is served dry with a side of broth. This is reminiscent of chili oil noodles, and is topped with that classic vietnamese sweet & savory sa ot chili sauce. Lemongrass forward, which is delicious. You enjoy this with broth on the side to sip on. A very fun & fresh take on pho. A bit chili oil heavy, so maybe refrain from mixing it all in. This one is extremely rich, so if you’re looking for a lighter meal get their traditional pho. Ca Ri- Vietnamese style curry noodles! They were delicious and exactly how Viet curry should be. HUGE portion size, filled with lots of fish cake, vegetables and more. Robust, full of spices, and very rich. Casual vibe! You order at the front & seat yourself. You also clean after yourself. Keep that in mind if you’re one of those people who gets taken aback by that. I appreciate the bar for the vegetables, this way basil and bean sprouts dont get wasted.

It is nice to have some Vietnamese noodle bowl place that’s not all pho. The broth and meats are all great. The thin noodle is slightly over cooked
