Simply the best pho around. Coffee and egg rolls are also top notch.

I've been going here ever since I was a child unable to use a pair of chopsticks. They have the most consistent pho recipe and you'll never be surprised or get a bad bowl. Just stick to the beef pho. They also have a variety of rice dishes that are sure to please anyone's palette.

Very good pho, they gave you lots of beef! Love it! Fresh ingredients, fresh basil 🌿 leaves, fresh shrimp spring roll! Love the cold coffee, tastes so good!

I grew up eating here and I love it. It looks old and run down but the food is always good. They give you a lot of meat. Most restaurants when you order a large they just give you more broth and noodles but not here. They give you more meat than noodles. I love their beef blood with egg. The broth had a deep flavor. They now take card but you have to pay at least $20 to use that feature. While all restaurants have increased their prices and reduced their portions, not here. Its $12-$13 for a large bowl. The waiter and waitresses are nice and if you put your hand up they come on over to assist you. Wish they would make it look nicer but other than that, no complaints.

Great place for pho! I got the large brisket and man did they give lots of sprouts and basil! Don't be misled by the size of the bowl b/c it's the same size as any other large place. I bought an extra order for home because I enjoyed it and saw the container and serving was the exact same size as my favorite local place's large. Friendly folks too! And it was lightning fast!

Good: Good broth, booth seats, and clean. Plentiful vegetables and good parking. Cons: take your idea of expected service at a pho restaurant. Good, now lower it even more. Large basically only has more broth, same noodles and beef quantity as small. Ordered an egg roll order to-go and was never told it was ready. We already checked out and were just sitting and very obviously waiting. My partner and I waited 20 mins, we ended up asking if I was ready only to see it was on the counter the entire time. $10.60 for cold egg rolls. Update: egg rolls are really good, but I found a strand of hair in my vegetables.. my hair doesn't look like this. Super disappointed. Cash only.

Hi everyone, my partner and I ordered to go. When we first walked in the door. The aroma of pho broth filled my nose and I instantly became more excited that my hang over is going to be cured. Decent service. Nice people. We ordered #1 pho combo, #20 beef rib pho, & #53 eggrolls. We should have oepned it and checked it in front of them right then and there but we were rushing to get home already. (When we order out, most of the time something gets screwed..so we make it a habit to check if our order is correct) When we got home, then bean sprouts and herbs were on top of the hot soup! That caused the basil to wilt, turn brown, and mushy. :( . The broth was inconsistent. While one soup was bland and the other was super salty. So the bf and I just combined it and add water. OH MAN & the worst part was the egg rolls! It looked nothing like the pictures and was also on the salty side. It looked as it was left over egg rolls and they refried.... we would know. However i do give points for the nuoc mam sauce, it was perfectly balanced of sweet, salty, and tangy. Not like some other places that i find to taste like sugar water. The beef ribs were decent. No falling off the bone action here , there was some resistance pulling of the meat. Not bad, our dog loved it. Would i come here again? No. Is this the best Pho spot in Westminster ? No. Is this the best I have ever been to ? Hell no. P.s. sorry I didn't take pics of the pho. It was pretty looking though.

The OG Pho. They used to be in Long Beach 20 years ago on Anaheim and moved to this location. Same great authentic taste and reasonable prices.

This is my family's go to Pho noodle shop they like to go to when they are in this area. I touched ground at the LAX before coming here. Prrtty refreshing that this would be my first restaurant I enjoy since coming back to the States. They make great egg rolls and pho noodles here. The meat portions are generous for their standard (#1 on the menu). Good times when I come to this pho restaurant and eat.

Was looking for a place to eat late after majority of other pho places was closed so found this with over 4 stars and 1000+ reviews. Ordered the #1 and it was a generous portion to make sure your full. For the broth it could be better but I've had much worse at other spots that are also open late. If your craving pho late hit this place up.

Before 2023, I'd give Pho 54 a 4.5 stars out of 5. I've been coming here's for ages. It was always our go to spot for late night hunger. It was cheap, free drinks, opened late and had awesome service. I returned for the 1st this year and the service, the food, the portions, it isn't like how it used to be. It's actually pretty disappointing. New staffs are terrible. They sometimes talk to each other more than trying to take orders and such. Some would stop trying to clear out tables for folks waiting to be seated and just chit chat and laugh. There's nothing wrong with talking, it just seems like they really don't care whether they lose customers. Seen 2 parties leave because they were waiting for almost 30 minutes despite 2 tables in the middle of the restaurant are available. Sigh...

The food was DELICIOUS. They were very kind. The service was great. The soda was good. I felt comfortable. The best vietnamese restaurant I have tried probably in years. Top notch.

Came for thanksgiving. Incredible food, very authentic. Excellent service, everyone greeted with a smile. The restaurant interior is awesome, they even have an greenhouse sitting area with nature.

We were advid frequenters to the spot across the street. It was an on the whim decision to try out a new spot this visit; and thank God we did. There is plenty of hassle free parking, and there are plenty of servers to wait on you with fast and diligent customer service. We both tried our usual Dac Biet ($12) portions were huge, plenty of meat and such a good proportion of noodle to meat. The side veggies were a heaping generous fill. The soup was delicious! Also ordered a side of egg rolls($11), not necessarily egg rolls since they're wrapped and deep fried with rice paper, but BOY were they delicious. Filling was absolutely addictive and the rice paper fry was perfect. No air bubbles here! The fish sauce was given tangy and had a perfect amount of heat. Our new go-to spot! Can't wait to revisit again.

How do you choose a spot in little Saigon of all places?? So many good pho spots! However, this is a place I used to go to all the time. A place that makes you feel at home. A place with fast and friendly service! Food tastes great even after not being here for years! Fantastic spot! Cost $ Quality 4.5/5 Taste 4.8/5 Overall 4.7/5
