Good food and good service. I like #2 Com bo luc lac. Com chay Salmon is good too. We came here to eat during New Year for early lunch and it wasn't too busy.

First time in this place. It is the worst Seafood Chow fun, the chicken was overcooked, shrimp and fish was cold in the middle. Noodle not cook well.

Food (pho ) very bad , noodle didn’t fully cooked, meat can not chew and so thick. Soup not hot enough to served. That was bad Vietnam food Ever had in last thirty years . Need more improvement.

Tried the rice bo luc lac (cubed beef) - the beef was tender and flavourful, however the rice was a bit too crispy for my personal liking. Each meal came with free iced tea. Make sure to bring cash.

This is always a safe bet, especially late at night when most other restaurants have been closed for hours. There may be a line but that's not only because it is one of the few that stays open late; the food is good here. I always end up ordering the Cơm Cá Salmon (Salmon with crispy rice). It is cash only so make sure you have money on you.

Get their salmon with rice plate (I'm not a fan of their grilled crispy rice, but my husband is, I go for regular steamed rice). It's a simple dish, but very comforting and satisfying. You get a glass of iced tea when you eat in - slightly sweet, floral. I'd also recommend their BBQ Pork, Wonton noodle soup - it's got all the good stuff you want on a cold night or if you're feeling a little under the weather - try a bite of noodles with a splash of the red vinegar that's on the table.

In the hot summer of Cali, this restaurant offers a glass of special drink for each customer, which is impressive. The restaurant is quite well-known among Vietnamese people. They serve Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. We order one Hu tieu kho, the broth was good. The noodles was alot with different kinds of meat and half egg, but nothing too special in my opinion. The stirred fried noodles with vegetables tasted nice though.

You definitely need to try their egg noodle soup and French style flambé beef with fried rice. They also have a very refreshing herbal drink that is free with the meal! It’s amazing here and this place with always have a place in my heart. Just explore the first page of the menu and not look too deep. Must try. GO GO GO. The people were so sweet and wholesome. We have been to Luc Dinh KY Tap #1 and decided to come to #2, we loved everything, and herbal tea is always on the house for free, but be sure to request cold or hot in your liking. We ordered more to go, and since we spent so much money, the owner gave my wife extra bottle herbal tea for free. Loved their fast service and friendly servers.

There was a 10 minute wait when we came to the restaurant around 10 pm on a Saturday night. The food here is mediocre at best and the dishes really need to improve on the taste. The upside is the herbal iced cold drink comes free with your order.

Not a bad place for late night food. My family went around 9PM ish and there was a small rush, so a small wait time was given. They give out free hertal tea, which is really good and refreshing. We order the salmon crispy rice plate and the special soft stir-fried noodle. They both were good, the salmon is very simple, but my family enjoyed it. As for the noodle plate, it was ok, a bit under flavor for my own preference. I it would be better if there were like mushroom...it was just a bunch of meat in it (fish, chicken, and lapchong), which is a bit of a weird mix for me. Overall, not a bad place.

Best Fried Salmon and Rice... not to mention Noodle Soup. Always FREE Ice Tea.
