Me and my husband just opened the door the young boy didn’t say hi welcome and ask ‘ how many people’ so loud. We just sat down and he ask us ready to order? Omg! This is my first time. We need time to read the menu. After 2 minutes there was the lady. She looks like the owner. I’m not sure. She come and ask us 1 more time. I said can you wait for couple minutes, and she go to the kitchen repeat my answer so loud. That’s so rude. The food is okay. But the service is terrible. Maybe they think they’re good and they don’t need the customers. First time and last time.

Don't worry, even though there's a line outside, it goes fast. The Ant had been here and begged to take me and I'm glad they did. They had the 27 (rice, bbq chix, shrimp on a stick) and I had 37 BBQ beef, shrimp cake, and egg cake) . Our new Sunday place

We were ordered 41, 42, 43 and 44. Portions are big, however the tastes so bad. We asked for pepper, they gave us 3 peppers with bites mark on them. Coffee was bad as well. Beware of 15% tips was added to the bill without let us know at beginning. Wouldn't recommended for this restaurant.

Yelp review is disappointing on this restaurant. Chicken noodle soup was very salty and high in msg. My wife cannot eat more than three spoon. Rice is ok, their fried ship cake look good, but way too salty. Over all food did not pass. Fail.

You can smell the food from the parking lot and it was. Good service. Small HITW restaurant and can be busy. Good food. One of my favs.favorite. ordered #44.

My mom loves com tam and after trying out so many places in OC, this is the place to go. They make mainly com tam and with an exception of pho and bun. We got #5 broken rice with shredded pork skin, egg cake, and bbq pork and added a fried egg. Their egg cake is fresh not dry. The bbq pork is so flavorful, tender and moist. Their shredded pork skin is not the best because it’s too much skin to meat ratio. Got #46 rice vermicelli with bbq pork and egg roll. How you judge this dish is by the meat and the bbq pork is super moist and flavorful. We’ve ordered here numerous times and their bbq pork does not disappoint. There’s every combo you can think of. There’s parking but it’s a bit sketchy with the homeless population becoming violent to each other so be careful!

Got there when I’m carving of “com tam “ Ordered #44 … was so delicious till I’m full ( big plate ,cannot finished all ) . Then I were felling little dizzy , dried throat & mouth .. its meant too much MSG . Will not go back . Sorry , I love it but I cannot handle the high in MSG .

Good food. Fast service. But you need to pay attention what you are order. My plate come with missing 1 item on it so I have to notify them and wait for second batch.

Best grilled bbq pork in town. It’s more pricey than your typical com tam places but it’s TOTALLY worth it!!! You also get a small soup with every rice dish. Place gets pretty packed so I usually just order Togo and phone it in ahead of time.

Food was great, but the service was the rudiest. My wife and I were talking to each other about our order after we placed it. The order taker jumps and says, "I already repeated your order." It's never wrong. We said, "No, the order is fine," and she keeps talking and starts saying she's never wrong to her co-worker behind her. And starts saying other rude things in vietnamese.

Got #41 it was alright! $18.75 - My BF likes the fish sauce they serve, I think it’s too fishy strong to me. Probably more authentic! He got the noodle, pork egg roll salad dish. Both plates we got were light on meat but that’s inflation for you.

It’s more expensive. But it’s father away from Bolsa so not as crowded. The food is good. The grilled pork chop has lemongrass in the marinade. It’s enough to fill up. You woke get more elsewhere but you’d have left overs.

Seem like I'm in VN now. Love the way they make com tam and fish sauce 🥰 yum. Very small, so you better come early or get appointments to make sure

Omg they have the best com tam ever tbh. This is our first time here and let's me tell you it was boom. The BBQ pork chop was so juicy, smoky and flavorful!! Egg cake and shredded pork skin were fine, nothing special. Broken rice was soft and well cooked. Each plate served with a soup. Everything was good except the restaurant kinda small and fishy smell...also little bit pricey for me

Good com tam! I got the porkchop menu. The green ice tea wasn't bad at either. Space in the restaurant is very small. Lucky wasn't busy at my time.
