We enjoyed our really messy, super buttery, but ultimately delicious meal here. The guys that work here are nice, all very young, but attentive. We did get there at exactly 8:15, which is their last seating time. There were two other tables, one other that had just gotten seated before us. The menu looked complicated, but we ended up picking the Combo #2 which let us pick some crab legs and two other choices: we got shrimp, (the ez peel for $2.00 extra) and clams. They bring it to you in a bag and then you just dive right in and use lots and lots of napkins. Wish the sausage pieces were bigger, but overall the entire bag held yummy things! We will most likely get more spice next time, we went with mild mild and garlic butter, but that was just pure butter taste. Good atmosphere, nice people, and pretty quick service. Just remember, they close the kitchen at 8:30 so get there earlier than we did if you need extra time to view the menu and choose.

We had three pounds of shrimp with sausage, potatoes, sweet potato fries, and a sprite. They were kind enough to seat us even though we arrived a few minutes after 8:15 pm. Last call is 8:30 pm since they now close at 9:00 pm.

This location is great. They don't overcook the food, service is usually quick and friendly. Will definitely go back.

This was my first time ever going here. I took wife to celebrate her birthday. There were 7 of us total including 2 kids (5 and 10). Everyone loved their food. I had the Cajun hot shrimp in a bag with potatoes. As a whole we also got all 3 types of crab, corn, and garlic noodles and sweet potato fries as an Appetizer. The flavors were great. I wished they served hard alcohol but all in all it was very enjoyable

Love the Kickin Krab. This place is delicious and the service is always good. I go more often now that they offer the deveined shrimp. My go to is the pound of shrimp mild with the sausage and potatoes a side of rice and an order of edemame.. it's one of my girlfriend and I's favorite dinner (or lunch) spots.

It was delicious. Didn't get any pics because we was HAnGRy! Didn't have the deals anymore which was a bummer! But still yummy!!!

This is my last time here and I've been coming here for 5 years. Paying for fresh crawfish only to have frozen one mixed in there. We didn't bother telling our servers since its not like it's their faults. I ate too much crawfish to know the fresh from frozen one. The batch was not hot when it came out neither 🤦. Really disappointed.

Bad customer service. Don’t go there. There ignore you. They take forever to take your order. I wait for more then 30 minutes. No one take my order.

Ordered the 1# bag of shrimp, should have ordered w/o heads, devained and shelled. A better experience.

It was my first time and I actually really liked the bag of shrimp I ordered. I recommend you pay extra to have them cleaned already. The servers were also very attentive to our table.

We came here at around 8pm. We got combo#3. It's our go-to whenever we come here. We'd always had a pleasant experience here. The taste here is better compared to other locations. However, this time they served us extremely low-quality food. The mussels were mushy. I could lightly squeeze them, and they broke down like mashed potatoes. The snow crab was more salty than usual. We complained about our experience to one of the waitresses and got a robotic "I'm sorry. I'll let the kitchen know." Nice. But how does that change anything? We still paid $120 for your 2 lbs of rotten mussels. If you want to charge people a high price menu like this, you need to have higher standards than the places that serve fried noodles. That meal costs us $60/each. We could go somewhere else and have 4 meals for $15/ea. With your business model, that means each customer is actually the equivalent of 4. You just lost 8 customers and their friends and family. I'm salty like the snow crab you served me. Don't wonder what went wrong when you're out of business.

Food taste great. I'm fawning over the garlic Noodle. Yummy. The seafood bag taste great with the dip of the lemon and salt and pepper. I'd come to this location over and over again. The service had been great.

I keep hearing this particular place being mentioned by Kim Thai during her crawfish mukbang so I decided to give this place a try. Ordered 4 pounds of crawfish for Togo and very happy with their All-in-one sauce (forgot the real name of it). I was very impressed with the freshness of the crawfish. They came in different sizes and EVERY SINGLE OF THEM WAS FRESH. Unlike other places where they mix frozen and fresh ones together. The only surprise was that I didn't have my potatoes and sausages. No big deal. I called and they apologized and promised to give me extras next time. I totally understand that errors happen due to many reasons. I am just happy that their customer service was awesome and I think I am going back there pretty soon.

The truth it’s , I will never come to this place again. The waitress only brought me my order, a soda, that was all she did and she charged me a 30 dollar tip on my ticket and also told me that if I wasn't going to leave her a tip, this isn't fair. The truth is, the rice you ordered was raw, the sauce on the shrimp had no flavor. I don't recommend it. Honestly, don't spend your money in this place.

This review sucks since phillip was cool on my birthday, too bad he wasnt here tonight to help resolve this when i was assaulted in the store, today. A Lady rammed her chair into me after a spat and i asked for their camera tape but the manager said the boss can take my info down and get back to me. That doesnt help when they ladys gonna leisurely eat and leave. In retrospec i shouldve called the cops.

Dislocation off Westminster and off magnolia doesn't even answer their phones and then I went into the Westminster location and there was nobody even there it's not like they were too busy to answer the phone they just don't what kind of service is that?
