I've been coming here since 2000, whenever I'm in Little Saigon for the best Hu Tieu I've ever found. I was first introduced to the restaurant by a recent immigrant from south Vietnam, who proclaimed it as authentic and the best. I get the large bowl of Hu Tieu Thanh Xuan Dac Biet with the clear noodles. I order it Kho (dry) and add the bowls of red sauce and chicken broth myself. It's so tasty, I have no problem driving the 85 miles from San Diego to get it. The complimentary chrysanthemum drink is also very good. The employees are friendly and treat you like family. Always a great experience.

Nice, clean place, no wait, parking may be difficult. Their specialty are hu tiu and mi. The regular bowl is $11, large bowl $13, served with bean sprout and Chinese green, includes a free cold drink. The large bowl is huge with decent amount of roast pork, shrimp and quail eggs. The broth is just right, tasty and flavorful, but not too thick or too bland. This place is my favorite for hu tiu or mi.

This restaurant is used to our go-to place for hu tieu. However, the quality is no longer as great as it's used to be. Also, there are many other great options in the near by neighborhood. The food is quite plain actually but the service is topnotch. The server and waiter were

Hu tieu kho (dry) with Dai (clear) noodles is where it’s at! Love the pickled garlic and jalapeños. Sooo good. I get it everytime I’m back In OC

$4.95 -$5.50 all day everyday specials. From Rice/ Egg combo noodle soup to Bun thit BBQ. I would get fat living near this place. Not only cheap but the flavors are amazing too.

Food is good and in this day and age, very reasonably priced. The owner is super cool and service was fast. Highly recommend for Hu Tieu

had their special egg and rice noodle soup. generous portion with good price. i liked the fact that their broth wasn't salty, but at the same time, it was bit blend. i wasn't particularly impressed their flavors. noodles were overcooked.
