My wife and I asked for Extra Sause and Instead of the customer always being RIGHT... the guy behind the counter said NO No Ño... really we cannot get extra sauce on our food. Guy told me 5 dollars.. what a joke

This place should be closed by now, all you get is rice and macaroni plate with a little chicken or meat on top. Test horrible, they should close it because the customer service is zero, my wife ordered and they made mistake and instead of fixing the man behind the counter yelled at her, I was with the kids she didn’t say anything until we got home, I said the food is horrible we wasn’t lucky today and she said they made mistake ( she asked for chicken and beef and they made it all chicken and they refused to fix it, terribly rude. I think the man behind the counter is the owner and he is very rude, after I read most of the reviews it seems it is common complaint about that place, I don’t know if I called if I will get real customer service or should I go to city food department, please if you experience same thing write something to let people know how this place is ashamed to be in big mall like that. Try yourself although I wouldn’t recommend order every thing at once, get one plate and see if you like it. I am hundred percent sure you will trash it and they will not refund you.

They got me with the free chicken sample. Pretty good for a food court. Large quantity. If u are in the mall and are hungry good option.

I think is my last time eating here, after work I came here to eat hoping satisfy my hunger, that's why I get the teriyaki chiken plate double chiken and soda and the portions decreased enormously, is not worth to pay abot 11.50 I edit from 5 to 1 stars my review because after the combo special is decreasing in portions and went from 8.50 dlls to 10.25 in few monts. At this rate is better to eat in panda for better portions and free drink refills

I don’t know why everyone is giving this place such a terrible review! If you enjoy well cooked food and great customer service well then this place is for you! The workers are always so kind to my family and I. They are also very respectful to all of their customers. Don’t let these bad reviews think badly of this food place I have been here lots of times and everything works out great! The food is hot and fresh and the workers are very friendly and welcoming.

Did not eat here just pointing out for Google. I have heard its good. Growing the maps picture archives. Have since eaten at Fuji Japan. Hence the pics of shrimp and chicken.......its not like I'm sneaking up behind people and snagged pics of their food. That would be....... Actually kind of a fun challenge. But no, I did not "in this particular situation" take a pic of other peoples food. I bought and ate that delicious shrimp and chicken meal teriyaki style. It was pretty good and the staff are warm and friendly. Plus the free samples made me stop and grab some of their food. Any ways the best food I've had.... AT the Westminster mall so far.

Ya they deserve to be called out. They yell at the customers. I can’t believe they think it’s ok to treat people so rudely. Should of seen when I asked for chop sticks the guy gave the look of death. I asked for sauce on the side and got a no!!!! And then the guy wanted to refuse to put any sauce. Food is okay but small portion.

Price is a little on the high side but its tasty. From what I know Japanese people have a strong personality. So they come out as strong to make a sale. Maybe thats why they have low ratings. Food is cooked in front of you. Looks organized and clean.

The chicken teriyaki fried rice was good. The chicken was tender and the fried rice was tasty.

Kinda sad that a lot of people are giving them a bad reviews but my family and I have been regular on this store. Their teriyaki is rly good as they're cooked fresh compared to other teriyaki places. I also never heard about them increasing a charge of extra sauce. I do know if you bring your plate and ask them nicely, they'll happily do so. They also expanded their menus as well so its quite an experience for them to grow and add new items on the menu.

Everything is Flavorless. Dry chicken he re heated left over chicken.. 18$ for shrimp and Chicken with no drink. & he doesn’t give you much. The teraki sauce is basically water. No flavor or color. I regret buying and will never come back. Can’t wait to see this one out of business soon.
