Went through the drive-through at 6:30pm. The restaurant was not busy, yet communication with the cashier was a great struggle. Customer service was poor, slightly impolite. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato. To my unpleasant surprise, I was finished within 15 sips, it was filled nearly 3/4 ice… nothing much there drink! 😕 Fortunately, the interaction and order was a success otherwise! My party ordered 7 drinks total and the overall wait time after ordering was less than 5 minutes. I’ll give 2 stars because the other 6 drinks were adequate.

I've been to this location often but recently there's some new hires who are just awful and incompetent. They have given us the wrong drink multiple times and recently I had ordered the same thing like always and they just give me whatever they wanted.

Employees refused to let me use the restroom. It was 6:30 am, no other customers in the store. I was having a "feminine emergency" and the employees refused to open the restroom for me. They insisted it was for employees only and that I needed to find somewhere else. Absolutely no compassion. I hope no other woman ever has to experience the shame and humiliation I experienced this morning at this Dunkin Donuts location.

I’m from New England and I was so looking forward to grabbing a donut and some coffee at my fav place. But what a terrible experience. Not only was the entire staff rude and obnoxious, they were downright nasty. If I could have thrown my coffee and good at these losers without getting in trouble I would have. Sad, low life losers working at this location. The only saving grace is that they go back to their loser lives while we go back to the peaceful, fruitful existence we get to live. They deserve their loser circumstances with that attitude

This was my first visit in CA, but it is my favorite donut brand! I am from MA where Dunkin is at almost every corner (little exaggerated). Love the donuts here and coffee as well. The price seems to be fair. I went there this morning, and the drive through was very long. So I used the mobile app in the parking lot, and was able to pick up my order very soon. They placed a desk for pick-up right in front of their door. So I picked up right in front of the door, not even a single step in. I got the Boston cream, which is my most favorite! Good place!

Iced coffee tasted horrible, maybe the creamer was spoiled but the drink tasted sour! Bought a large and it all went to waste

I tried their avocado toast. May not have been gourmet and fancy like the restaurants but still satisfying and not overly priced like other places. Is it the best avocado toast I have ever had? No but it was enough to satisfy my palate. I love that they added the everything bagel seasoning. They were also very friendly and helpful about getting me a dozen assorted donuts.

The condition of the dining room was terrible. 11am, not busy, the tables were dirty and; the trash was over flowing. Clearly needs improvement. However the doughnuts were amazing!

Ugh use to be my fav place . Last two times l got my ice spice drink w chunks of pumpkin . It was like vomit. The next time l got the pumpkin latte it taste like milk with sugar . Sucks l know maybe they have new employees but y'all need to train better especially making the drinks

THEIR PHONE dosent work for a very long time I don’t think theyr planning on fixing it, Came all the way here to find out they don’t have what I wanted , that’s why i tryed calling earlier I have bin caling from yesterday at 9 am

Hello. I am thoroughly upset and dissapointed with this Dunkin. It was a long day and I wanted to stop at Dunkin’ Donuts. I got to the location at 8:29 and the doors were LOCKED. This restaurant does not close until 9 PM. I believe this is illegal for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and deserve a free donut. You lost a customer.

Customer service and wait time is the worst at this location. Go to the starbucks across from this location instead, you will get way better customer service.

The 1 star is for the donuts. I'm parked out here now seeing how mad the employee with glasses is because she had to clean my kids mess. They're kids. It says online "good for kids" NO ITS NOT! We came in and it was just cleaned at 6pm when they close at 9pm, it was even wet with no CAUTION WET sign. Since the moment we went in they were rude for the simple fact that they had just cleaned and knew we were about to make a mess. I ordered a avocado toast and it was so small with bearly any avocado with no bacon and no seeds!my husband goes back and all they do is add whole bacon.

After having back surgery, I’ve decided to call DoorDash to have my order delivered that this be an excellent solution to my immobility issues, as well as my hunger … boy was I wrong! Ordering was quite easy give you suggestions and selection and I chose to have a croissant with sausage and cheese and Half dozen donuts for my family. I ordered Shelley glanced cream filled. I received powdered donuts and chocolate whipped cream filled four of them. My bagel was stale and cold with an egg and bacon thrown on it. Not happy at all now I’m calling and no one’s picking up… I’m seeing a solution and I’ll just find their level of incompetence or Customer Service lacking. I realize it’s only donuts, but people take pridein what you serve , And then this is your level of how to do a good job that’s really patchy.

Drive through only during this time. Line moves pretty fast, but just make sure you don't block the exits to the street. Customer service is good, they seem to be happy. The tasted coconut is a good choice along with a cold brew coffee.

Went in order a Sausage, egg and cheese croissant, get ro work the croissant is burnt there is no egg on my sandwich and it takes nasty due to the burnt croissant. I called several times with no answer.

Dunkin is great. It did take over a half hour to go through the drive thru from start to finish. Pretty sure that is a rush hour, weekend thing (hopefully).

If I can put 0 stars I would Not only did they mess up in a matcha late, that taste like pure milk ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich with no meat and the sticker said no meat and they still ended up putting meat on the sandwich. Would not recommend anyone come here terrible customer service

Maybe I just came at a bad time but it was my first time trying Dunkins and I Just wasn't feeling the food. The hashbrowns I received were a bit burnt, the coffee wasn't very pleasant, and a part of my order was missing. I did order ahead of time so I was hoping everything was already checked for accuracy. I'll give it another go but maybe at less busy time?

Food was good customer service was horrible my cashier forgot to give me my order and was mad at me for asking for it. He served 3 other people then I finally asked nicely for my order he said there busy then walked over to the drive trough window and found my sandwich sitting there. The male cashier then grabs my sandwich bag tosses it on the counter and said here!. No sorry for the long wait or confusion with my order, More like it was my fault for being an inconvenience and asking 2 times for my simple ice coffe and sandwich. More than 3 people got served coffee and sandwiches before I nicely asked, I ended up being late to work and starting off my day with his negative vibes. Simple apology goes a long way.

First time trying their drinks and I liked it. What I liked most was that the drinks weren't too sweet. Also, the avocado toast was very good as well. I think it was toasted the right amount.
