The service was terrible, since when does a flat white comes with 1 shot and his the same price as a latte? When I asked for a weak flat white the girl on the coffee machine gave me a nasty look, it makes me feel very uncomfortable. I work in the same industry and I would never ever do that to a customer. Also a flat white is 2 shot not just 1, especially if the price is the same as a latte that is bigger.... makes totally no sense. Now I tried the drink and it taste really bad, my friend's coffee too. It taste like the milk is off 🤢🤮 very disappointing service.

I like the variety of both veg and non-veg. Some soups are very tasty . I don’t like their coffee beans much or hot chocolate . Haven’t tried any other hot drink. Prices for some food items are unreasonable. It’s not my all time favourite but is a good option to grab a soup 🍜 or sandwich 🥪 if I am rushing.

Got 6 mins to board the train, got served at once, which is usually the case- the customer service in this pret always try hard not to keep customers waiting. Hot drinks are also decent. My sensitive stomach loved & thanks for the fresh & lovely chicken salad <3 I can see I left 5 stars 7 months ago, so I may only add pictures this time. Thank you for keeping your standards high!

Number 1 shop in London. The barista at PLAT 1 is a proper lad. I think his name was Micheal or Miguel or something like that. He made me an extra extra hot coconut cappuccino (3/4, no chocolate on top). It may have been me, but i felt a real connection. I live in Dubai so wont be back for a bit. Hopefully my habibi will still be there. Very good food as well.

I do like the food at Pret, so it is my go to place for food on the fly. This place is convenient for me to grab food before boarding a train. I have yet to have a bad experience. They generally have what I want except during busy periods or where there are multiple train delays. A little pricey, but much better than what you get on the train.

Unfortunately another pret where they don’t do any iced drinks. Other than that they were nice and all! but still i left empty handed - there should be a way to know this before turning up to the cashier imo.

A wonderful and cosy atmosphere - the restaurant equivalent of 'smart casual', it's the perfect place for a quick bite for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The coffees are optimal, in taste and in price, and the cinnamon rolls! Oh, the cinnamon rolls... As for the sandwiches and soups, these too are perfect for when you're out and about

They honestly tried to charge me for a full tea when I just asked for some hot water (with other purchases and no one else in there). Crazy petty…. (Got it from the nice people at Upper Crust instead).

Every time i come here Im so disappointed with all the team. No smile. No thanks. I don’t expect much but when you feel like a burden especially when you are paying for for something you’ve ordered. Worse pret! Been a few times and never met anyone one nice so rude

Very disappointing. The Manager was unprofessional, rude and unhelpful when I asked for aid in finding my lost property. This store had extremely bad customer service.

Fresh and tasty food with a smile! Just wanted to say thank you to the person who served me on Sunday morning they didn’t know this but I was buying breakfast for my family staying with our daughter in ICU at St Mary’s hospital. They were very helpful and kindly gave a pastry on the house. Have always loved Pret for food but the customer service is also on point!
