    The check-in process is a nightmare. Downloading unnecessary apps that never did work was very frustrating. We arrived during the day, and trying to get assistance was very difficult. The room we stayed in a lot of things were broken and in need of repair. The rooms were at least clean, and the heater worked great. The beds were a bit too soft for me, but I was still comfortable. All that being said, I would probably stay there again because of the price and location.

    Unmanned reception, no one anwering helplines, was waiting outside the building with our suitcases for far too long before someone answered. Welcome emails prompt download of mobile apps to access property but no such system exists, entrance is keycard only. Room was adequately furnished but smelled of sewage and had no windows. Fire alarm went off for half an hour at 9am in the morning, staff were not helpful or able to turn the system off. Stood outside in the rain until external help arrived to turn the alarm off. Would avoid at all costs.

    Has to be one of the worst apartments I have ever stayed in,dark,noisy upstairs people from 3am to 6am stomping around. Complained to the host of the apartments who said they would refund 40%of the cost of the apartment if we don't leave a negative review (we have email proof of this)guess what...it never arrived.

    Cramped, dingy, cheap furniture, and NO WIFI CONNECTION. Tried calling twice now and have been met with nothing but excuses. These buildings are all ran by management companies who just tell you “your issue has been reported”. *Update* The fridge wasn’t working properly and ruined all the food we bought the night before. Had to call multiple times before someone came to fix the breaker.

    We stayed for 4 days, good location, easy to gain access, quite thou we had an upstairs person come home at 23h00 and stomp around for a hour or so which woke us up. There are a few minor things that irritated us and thus gave a low rating. We booked via booking.com and was not the say unit we booked, this was a smaller one. No washing up cloths, toilet seat broken and show very small. No broom to sweep the floor if it needed a clean. No wine glasses.

    The apartment have all you need for sleeping in London. We stay in the basement floor, so we didn't had windows and the there was some problems on the lavatory swage which was not draining well.

    I had an amazing experience staying at Hyde Park Apartments in London with my wife for a month. The service was excellent, with the room being kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. The location of the apartments was sensational - it was just a short walk to both Hyde Park and Paddington Station. I was able to make the most of our time in London thanks to the great location, as well as having all of our needs met at the apartment. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in London.

    It was located in a good area. But our room was on the third floor and there was no lift. It was a struggle with my arthritis. Also, there is no air conditioning, just a fan. Which doesn't help if there is no air in the atmosphere to circulate. I struggled to sleep until 4am. in the morning when it got a little cooler. On the positive side, comfy bed wifi tea coffee. Good selection on TV

    I have been staying at Hyde Park Apartments twice a year, Xmas and summer, when I travel to London with my family. I cannot recommend them enough! Fantastic service, rooms always clean and tidy and the facilities are perfect. They offer the best price if you are looking for something affordable to stay while in London. And the location is beyond ideal!

    I have been staying every week or every other week here for the past few months. The rooms are very spacious and the private entrance adds a home kind of feel. One of the best parts is Raouf at reception who is so warm and welcoming. Always has a smile on his face and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Kishan

    Pictures are not accurate faulse advertising and the the staff are rude unhelpful one of the worst hotel experience in my life rooms dirty shower dirty bedding off white brown if your expectations are even average you should lower them this place just false advertising the puctures on the advertising

    We just returned from a one night stay. For the price, this place exceeded our expectations by a mile. I'm quite picky and this isn't a 5 star luxury Hotel. For an apartment in a terrific area, we were really pleased. Very clean, professionally run. Easy to get in touch with staff. Room had a nice size, had everything we needed, terrific and clean bathroom and really good shower. My kids, when we left, asked me if we can return soon. Location, I love, near Notting Hill, next to the park, right by buses and Lancaster Gate station, shops 1 minute away. Everything you need is there. I'll hopefully be returning very soon. Nice staff as well.

    Perfect place for me and the little family ro spend the night. The gentlemen at the front desk were lovely and welcoming. Good value for money.
