We order regularly from Treatz and the quality , packaging and service is really good. We have been to the dessert parlour and have had their waffles, pancakes with different flavours of ice-creams. Staff is nice and courteous, place is good, clean. Lots of options to choose from their menu. Recommend! I really like the chocolate heaven pudding and lotus biscoff cheesecake!

It was my first time and I ordered pancakes, crepe and two shakes Lotus and Ferraro and Oh my god were they phenomenal! They tasted just how I imagined and they are a must to try if you’re ever in Wembly.

I came in and was greeted by a lovely young man. My partners went to the desk to order and was served by very arrogant and rude staff no smile, no hello just pure rudeness. Our food arrived at a good time but I’m very let down by my pancakes they were undercooked in the middle. I’m too ashamed for them to even ask for a refund so I left it. Very disappointed I’ve been to the one in Birmingham and that perfect unlike this one seriously need some customer service training and training in food safety Finally, I happen to be lactose intolerant and there are no vegan ice creams that don’t contain dairy which is very unpleasant

Huge choice of flavours. These parlours are popping up around London and some are very good. This parlour has good customer service and friendly helpful staff. My recommendation is two scoops in a chocolate cone. Good prices, excellent ice cream

Waffle was absolutely banging, to die for. Service was pleasantly fast considering it was quite busy. Would defo return.

The staff are very rude and disinterested. They ignored my mother and seemingly spoke only with/to men. When the waiter brought our food we pointed out several little things were missing (mint, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle) the waiter said the pictures don't depict what you will be getting, instead he pointed us to the item descriptiones. When we pointed out that things mentioned in the item descriptions were also missing, he said they didn't have those items and looked annoyed before walking away. It was match day but the place was by no means packed, that's why we went in. The food and drinks were nothing special, I wouldn't recommend this one, maybe other ones in the franchise are better.

I would give this place three stars for my recent visit for the following reasons; the waiter when we initially came in was polite and seated us quickly and throughly, no complaints there, however staff behind the counter came across as unbothered and incompetent. I asked one of the staff members that instead of having strawberry ice cream with my pancakes, I could have pistachio instead; the staff member followed this request with a frowned look upon her face, which I didn’t respect at all for a simple request. Prices are quite high for what the desserts actually are, yet presentation of the dessert is very good. However this is ruined by the fact that my partners pancakes were not cooked fully, and had a soggy texture in the middle of them. When asking a staff member if my partner could have tap water, the waiter kindly replied with “sorry we only offer bottled water, which is £1.99”. I declined this offer and was shocked that a restaurant/ food establishment doesn’t offer free tap water, although required by law to offer it (quoted at the end of this review). Overall, this place is good to go to once or twice. “According to government legislation, all restaurants and cafes in England, Scotland and Wales that serve alcohol are legally required to give customers free tap water, while those that don't are under no obligation to do so.”

Came here after a meal at Zizzi much better value and variety than restaurant deserts.

Excellent service and great desserts with a wide range of options to choose from. Loved the design of the freakshakes and flavour combos available. Would recommend!

Nice place for sweet treats, nice ice creams and selection of desserts and even masala tea! They have an outside seating area as well as indoors so nice during the summer. If you are on a diet avoid at all costs lol

Its good. Various dessert options. Especially, waffles are eggless. Which is hard to find. Churros are not so good. Not recommended.

Lad taking the orders was miserable and you could tell didnt want to be there. Seemed a massive inconvinience for him. Say that the ice cream was good when it arrived. Just not sure warrants the near £10 price tag

Inside and outside seating arrangements: based in Wembley Park, very busy spot; inside booths are our first choice 😅 3. Friendly customer service: to the point, good quality service; got our items within 10 mins 😉 4. Prayer room facilities: check with Wembley Park management, plenty of mosques within 1 mile radius 5. Paid and secured parking: pricey parking, best to tube in and out if you're not local

Treatz Dessert Parlour Wembley has a good choice of flavours. Quality desserts for sweet and chocolate lovers. Friendly and good staff. Close to Wembley Stadium. Have good connectivity to Central London and other locations. Overall experience is good. Recommended.

Just went here today. Good quality ice cream.. but not for people with bowel issues 🤣. Anywho.. it tasted nice and the rest of my family seemed to enjoy it. However the restaurant was extremely loud, so not a place for Neurodivergents with a noise sensitivity and the service was not very pleasant. My sister ordered a waffle basket. Waiter came back with ice cream in a cone. When we told him to take it away and get her a waffle basket he got a waffle basket and tipped the ice cream cone upside down. So in the end she got more waffle than ice cream

Quality of food is not that high, menu photos are way different from reality. Crepe was not fresh and hard to cut

Had the most amazing strawberry Indulgence here with my wife and xx. Delicious and the service was amazing aswell, especially from the *UMER* . The food came so quickly and tasted so good. And all staff is very helpful and 😊 face always .... 110% Recommend..... Love you guys see you soon...

Waffles were very nice. The whole ambience is warm and cosy. Staff is very helpful.

Options are great. Serves Vegetarian ice creams, however the attitude of staff is not great. Serving while sipping their own shakes it too gross. Some using hands without gloves specially for online orders. Good place, but staff needs to be better and courteous.

Delicious desserts I💜their Brownie Dream and also the mocktails are very nice as well my dessert unfortunately had a disgusting piece of hair inside it but they gave me a free dessert as a refund even though they forgot to add the Treatz logo on top but it was still good nonetheless.

So I've been a regular customer at Treats wembley ... Today I Was served by a nice woman named ALEX ! She's been so lovely to me . She went that extra mile to make sure I was feeling alright as I had something stuck in my eye . She quickly asked me whether I was alright and handed me some tissues soaked in warm water . She has this warm genuine smile and she is the best employee there :)

The staff was extremely rude, especially the lady who shouted at me to look at the menu first if I wanted to order. Her male colleague kept staring at me and my friend. Out of the two times I've been to this Treatz, the staff got my order wrong twice. I'm definitely not coming here again.

The Desserts were OK not usual quality though this place is going downhill... Any place can have decent food but if the service is horrible it ruins the experience. The staff at this place have no clue what customer service is (very rude, no manners, never seen this in my life). I remember the old staff were like this but the waiter was at least welcoming but not anymore. Won't be returning I recommend everyone to go to another Treatz Branch where possible the Harrow branch is 100 times better :)
