I don't where to begin, our experience staying at the Easyjet hotel in Victoria was horrendous. We are shocked that this hotel is even allowed to be a hotel. I could barely get into the room, which had a bed on the floor covered in black hairs, yellow stained sheets, peeling walls and bathroom (which i don't even think you can call it that). There was no hairdryer, nowhere to properly hang your clothes. Not even any glasses so i was gasping in the night in a basement room which was so claustrophobic. At 1.30am we were woken to the fire alarm which went on for 10 minutes, no one to say that there was a fire or not so we lay awake so scared that there was a fire after the alarm went off. No windows? Surely this does not pass health and safety. We paid 390 for three nights and left at 7am the next morning never to return having wasted our money. This hotel should be immediately SHUT DOWN. I cannot urge people more to not stay at this hotel, a prison is nicer.

The good things: *Very friendly staff. *A few minutes away from Victoria station. *The Iris Café nearby is amazing. The horrible things: *The rooms are overly expensive for what they are. They are very, very, very tiny. I did read it doesn't have a window, but it's a lot more horrible than I imagined. The room is in the basement, has no ventilation at all, it feels claustrophobic. *It is so tiny that you can barely move inside it, and this is not an exaggeration. They are only tiny and without a window to justify their price (which again, is overly expensive). The rooms are not optimized for efficient use of the space, you have literally nowhere to put your backpack other than the floor, and then it will be on your way and you have to jump over it. *The bathroom is so tiny you could do everything you do in a bathroom at once. *I stayed here twice (booked both stays in advance, otherwise I would not have returned here), and the first time I stayed for 3 days and they didn't clean the room. When I asked, they told me they can only clean them if you stay for a week or longer, but they do give you a new set of towels if you request it. And seriously, the owners really think is OK to justify not cleaning the rooms for the super expensive price they charge? It's unhygienic and not very ethical of them. *They falsely advertise the room as for 2 people, but it isn't true. The first time I stayed with my mom in one room believing it was for 2, but we barely fit there. We couldn't sleep. Those rooms are for one person only, and then again. there's barely any space. Staying at a hostel would be a much better option, at least you would have space enough to sleep comfortably, where to put your things, and a window. And for a cheaper price. *Please take a look at the pics, and book your stay somewhere else. This hotels are a scam.

I have never stayed at Easy Hotel before. It is unlikely that I will stay again. Although I did book a small room with no window, I was surprised just how small the room was. It could have been better if some storage space was available. There were two hooks for hanging clothes, so I improvised by using clothing labels to hang stuff up. The shower room was tiny, and again I improvised after my shower by using the mat to cover the wet floor, so that i didn't get my shoes wet when i needed to use the toilet. No lift, but a steep flight of stairs to my room. The air conditioning didn't work well and the emergency light stopped the room from being dark when I went to bed. Not good value for money even with a £10 discount. On the plus side, the staff were lovely and the WiFi worked.

The rooms were not as advertised. Once I put my bag down there was pretty much no floor space. The staff were very helpful as we had lots of filming equipment with us we couldn't leave in our van or fit in our rooms. They managed to get it all in a storage cupboard for us. We moved hotels the following day. The room was clean however and the bed was decent. Could not have spent 3 nights in there though.

You get what you pay for, the rooms are basic but with the price you can’t really complain especially with the location as well. The staff were all so helpful and so friendly made us welcome from the start. The only things we would say to have made the stay better would have been to have somewhere to store our clothes instead of living out the suitcase and possibly a bedside table so we had somewhere other than the floor to keep our belongings. Another thing that isn’t major but could be improve is that in our room on the lower ground floor we found a couple of ants dotted around the room especially in the bathroom. Other than that a great stay.

(Translated by Google) The site is as described. I was in the smaller rooms (no window), I made the mistake of bringing a large suitcase: it was practically impossible to open the doors of the bathroom and the room with that suitcase in between. But it was totally my fault, because by looking at the pictures and description, you realize that you can't do that. Besides, the very friendly staff helped us at all times.

Withholding promised refunds. Ignoring phone calls, emails, tweets, instas, contact forms and complaints. Well done easyhotel 😤😤 I can under having to wait, but nearly 6 weeks is silly.

It is what it is: A hostel with small rooms (literally just a bed and a tiny shower). Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly. If you planing to stay in London for a night or two on a small budget this is a good choice. If you are looking for a little more comfort I recommend you choose a different hotel and pay more.

If all you need is a place to sleep, easyHotel London Victoria is a great choice, especially if you are travelling via Victoria Station. The room was tiny and windowless but the price was also low. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The customer service is what stood out most. Alisha and Nabina were so helpful and polite. We really appreciated their kind hospitality. Alisha made sure we had everything we needed upon check in and check out time. You can’t beat the price for such a beautiful location. The room was very clean and tidy. They have a variety of choices for everyone’s needs and wants. We will definitely be back.

If you are in London on a Harry Potter tour, this is the hotel for you! The staff are also lovely 😊 *Top tip - for the optimal Harry Potter ‘Sleeping in a Cupboard’ experience, make sure you select a room with no window. This has the added bonus that these cupboards, I mean rooms, are cheaper 🧙‍♂️ 💰

I always like to stay at this hotel when I have a trip overseas by bus or by plane because it's good value, has all I need and is the perfect location. Staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend it if you're having a long break in London though. Although it's quieter than other hotels in Central London, I usually have disturbed nights from other guests arriving after midnight.

If you are here just for an overnight stay and you are alone, then booking a one night stay is ok. I will start with the staff, The staff are nice and friendly. They are very helpful and their service is quick. Downside to this is if you have loads of luggage with you because the hotel does not have a lift. Expect to carry it upstairs, it's not easy because the stairs are also tiny. About the room, so I booked 2 double bedrooms and it was the first time I have seen such a tiny room. Imagine a single bed room with a double bed inside. Not even a table to squeeze inside the room. When you open your luggage, it is literally impossible to open the main door or the toilet door. No rubbish bin inside the room, only inside the toilet. I have posted some pictures as well so you can tell how tiny the corners are inside the room. I give this a 2 star because it's only good for an overnight stay and the staff are very nice and friendly and it's close to Victoria coach and train station.

Phenomenal service. Managed to check us in very early due to vacancy. Was very anxious about travelling London with our bags, waiting for check in time, but the staff here were wonderful. Treated my partner brilliantly for his birthday. 10/10. Side note: the small rooms are very very small but perfect for what we needed.

Do not stay here!! 'Cheap and cheerful'? No, I paid a pretty penny (£132 a night) to have a heat-trap with little ventilation, and a lovely gift of miscellaneous black hairs. I paid extra for a room with a window, which didn't stay open. I asked for help from staff and they wedged a back box for an electrical socket into the space, to give me 10cm of air. Advertises air conditioning, but beware, it doesn't have any! When I pointed this out, the staff member explained the vents in the ceiling were actually air con... I beg to differ. I took my shoes off, and within 5 minutes of walking around in my socks, I collected a multitude of black hairs. I have communicated this review to the hotel, but have not yet had a response.

I have stayed at other easyHotels before so I pretty much knew what to expect. The hotels are minimalist, modern, clean and the beds are comfortable. I think it’s excellent value for money with regards to the location - it cost us £69 for one night in central London. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had experienced a little trouble when booking on their website and the booking had gone through twice - I’m not sure how this happened as there didn’t seem to be an issue my end at the time of booking. Subsequently I was charged twice. I contacted the hotel and they were brilliant with sorting out my issue and quickly refunded me for the second room accidentally booked. I’ve had bad experiences with other hotels in London, so it was refreshing that easyHotel were so efficient. The only downside I would say is that the rooms weren’t as nicely decorated as other easyHotels I have stayed in. The other places I stayed in had quirky illustrations on the wall and were painted in clean white and oranges - their brand colours. This is only a minor thing and didn’t really take away from our experience. In future, I will always be staying at easyHotel London Victoria. Great price, great location, great staff, clean and comfy.

My partner and I stayed at EasyHotel Victoria from July 27th to July 30th for a short vacation in London. We chose this hotel due to its affordable price and the fact that we only needed a place to stay overnight, as we planned to spend most of our time exploring the city. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room in the basement, which we were already expecting. Although the room was small, it was well-cleaned. Unfortunately, in the evening, we were confronted with an enormous, industrial noise resembling a jackhammer. It was impossible to fall asleep, as this noise recurred every half hour/hour. We were quite startled and couldn't get a restful night's sleep due to this disturbance. The next morning, we reported the issue to the friendly staff, and they promptly moved us to another room on the 1st floor. We hoped that this change would finally allow us to get some much-needed sleep. However, to our disappointment, the noise in this new room was just as loud and persistent as in the previous one. Ultimately, we decided to buy earplugs to dampen the noise, so that we could at least get some sleep. Despite the understanding nature of the staff, I must be honest that the lack of sleep significantly impacted our experience at EasyHotel Victoria. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it to others who are looking for a good night's rest during their stay in London. We appreciate the kindness of the staff, but unfortunately, we can only give it one stars due to the ongoing noise problem that overshadowed our stay.

Yeah ok it’s not expensive but still would not recommend it. I only took this hotel because it was a last min trip. For the same range of price you can find a better. Rooms are cleans. They have one remote for all the Ac in the rooms. So if you’re freezing in the middle of the night you have to go to the reception asking them to turn it off. First we had a room downstairs for a week with no place at all for our suitcases the only small window in front of the ac motor. After that we were lucky enough to be moved upstairs and the room was a lot better. (Maybe a nightstand would be nice ?). But think to buy earplugs because there is some construction in front of the hotel. The windows are so thin so it doesn’t matter if it’s close or open. One man at the reception was nice but the ladies where not genuine at all. They often talk between them (not in English) and where passive aggressive when I told them I was told I can change my room.

Paid £120 for a total of 2 nights. I was told i couldnt get housekeeping unless i stayed more than 4 nights. The room was very small. although booked a small room with no windows, there was barely any space to walk! It was very claustrophobic too. The room was quite dusty as well. They also charge you if you were to leave your luggage at the lobby after check out. Other than that, the staff very friendly

I was in between 2 and 3 stars for this place, the only great thing about it is the location really. There are no surprises with the rooms they really are tiny, the bed only just fits in and at 80+ euros it is hardly great value but that is London prices i guess. If you have a slightly higher budget you can get bigger room, and breakfast for around 10-15 euros more per night a few miles away so value for money isnt great but its an easyhotel so what do you expect.

I booked a double room with a window and this was my experience staying as a solo traveler. Pros: -Location: five minute walk from Victoria station, easy to get around Central, but the street itself is pretty quiet, I was able to sleep soundly. There are also multiple grocery stores and libraries near the hotel, should you need them. -Staff: staff is super friendly and helpful Cons: -Construction: currently (June 2022), there is construction happening on the street starting at 8:30 am, so no long luxurious mornings in bed -Shower size: I am a mid-size (US 10) woman and felt that the shower was just big enough for me, so it may not be ideal for gym bros with wide shoulders -Internet: the internet was free, but it was AWFUL. I was hardly ever able to connect to it, even just to do the basic research and google maps. Overall, you get a budget experience for a budget price. But the location was so great, it forgave a lot of the other issues.

Awful. Paid £288 for 2 nights so I can't even say it was cheap. Tiny room, like many reviews the addition of something simple like a bedside table would go far but clearly you aren't willing to make the one time extra purchase for guests comfort. The bathroom is the size of an airplane toilet where you stand in the shower to use the sink or toilet. No phone to contact reception, if you need anything, you have to walk there to get items like a TV remote as they don't leave that for you. I've stayed in easy hotel before and you do not share the same standards, shocking. No care for guests well being.

  • 4/5 Andrei B. 2 years ago on Google
Decent. Rooms are smaller than you can expect but everything is functional and vernacular. The bathroom is working quite practically. Bed sheets were very clean and the bed was comfortable. No storage room available, not even underneath the bed. Some rooms don't even have a window sill to place things on. Other rooms don't have an individual heat control. TVs are an extra, as is internet WiFi. Staff is kind and helpful, and they provided me with a coat hanger and an ironing board. Coffee is cheap downstairs.

  • 4/5 Monica M. 1 year ago on Google
The one bed room was definitely a microtel but had all the necessaries with efficient touches like a bedside light switch and good accessible plugs for electronics. Would have been a bit tight with a larger suitcase but perfect with a carry on backpack. Couldn't really ask for a better location, right by Victoria Station and walkable to a lot of places with a nice pub a block or two away. Desk staff were nice enough. Cute neighborhood.

  • 3/5 Montserrat F. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms are in fact clean, the staff is very friendly, and it’s very well located, but the size of the rooms is ridiculous. I could barely open the door to my room when I left my suitcase open. I don’t even know how it’s not a safety hazard. If you really wanted to stay here I’d recommend traveling with just a small carry-on and definitely booking a room with a window, otherwise it gets quite claustrophobic. Also, worth nothing that there is no lift in the building.

Everything respects the description on the website. I stayed in a double room with window and was quite comfortable, I was surprised that was very clean. The reception man was very kind with us. Position very close to the main attractions and streets. I advise this solution for a short term stay (3 nights max)

  • 2/5 Laura D. 6 months ago on Google
If you are going to stay there just to sleep and all day out then is good for one or two nights as the bedrooms are really small, there are extra charges for any request you do to the reception something that does not happen with others hotels.

  • 2/5 Filip C. 4 months ago on Google
Not the greatest experience. The hotel is nowhere close to cheap, even for London prices, and the standard is just not there. My room had no window, no nightstand and bathroom is smaller than a regular size shower. It’s easyhotel which gets as bad as you can imagine. Holiday inn is luxurious next to this one.

Paying more than £30/night is already too expensive for the room. The room is in the basement of the hotel and without windows. The towels were not changed during the stay and cleaning was never done. I do not recommend the hotel, however the area is very nice and you will find several hotels or accommodations in this area which will be MUCH BETTER.

When I arrived, I was offered either a room on the 2nd floor or 3rd floor. I asked which side they were and decided on the 2nd floor room. I was given the door key and went upstairs. When I arrived at the room and let myself in, there was someone else's belongings in the room. I was mortified, as my immediate thought was 'what if this happens to me while I am staying here and someone else gains access to my room and takes my personal belongings - not everyone is honest' - I went downstairs and the lady apologised, but I said to her, my main concern is safety! This has NEVER happened to me in 20 years all over the world! She then offered to give me free internet and tv which is kind but doesn't detract from the major error in my opinion! She then gave me the code which was meant to be the same as my room number 312, but she said 314. So then I was doubly confused as I said to her, I thought you said my room is 312. She said yes it is, but I said you have given me the internet code as 314. Then she said, OK just use that one and then she wrote it on the card as 312. I said, but you said it is 314. Then again she apologised and said yes the code is actually 314 and she changed the internet code to 314. All very concerning and based on this not sure I would trust easyhotel again!! RESPONSE from easy hotel which I thought was poor: We have a 24 hour reception to assist our guests in the best possible manner and also address any concerns they may have during the stay, however, please be assured the safety and security of our precious guests will not be compromised at any cost. Nevertheless, we apologise for all the inconvenience you had this time. WELL I FEEL IT WAS COMPROMISED!!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!

In October 2019 I booked 2 nights at Easyhotel Victoria for the month of March 2020. Due to the pandemic restrictions, we were unable to travel to London and enjoy our stay. The Easyhotel Victoria refused to offer us a cash refund for the booking. We were only offered the option of rebooking for future dates at an extra rebooking fee. We rebooked for October 2020. Due to the present pandemic situation we are unable to travel to London. On 5 October I notified the Easyhotel of our cancellation and request for a cash refund. Under the Hotel's new terms they supposedly offer free cancellation. I am still awaiting a reply from the Hotel!!??

The room I stayed was extremely small (king size bed only, no more space for anything else). The bathroom was "decent" I might say. It had a very small shower with a curtain that splashed water everywhere. There was a TV without a remote control and aircon was controlled remotely. Cheap room, basically.

After a horrendous train journey into Euston we arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly greeted by the young lady on reception as the trip was a birthday treat we was pleased to get an upgrade on our room. The rooms are basic indeed but for the location you cannot go wrong for the price. We would definitely return when visiting again.

A beloved family member recently stayed at easyhotel.Victoria hotel during a severe personal crisis. The staff went above and beyond to help her, including contacting me in the States by both phone and e-mail. I was frustrated because I couldn't go to her because of travel restrictions. But they had eyes on her and were in constant contact with me. I have never experienced such kindness - and it has literally brought me to tears. Your hotel may not be fancy...but I would rate it 20 stars because of your staff.

(Translated by Google) It is true that it is one of the cheapest ways to stay in London, but it is also true that in the rooms you will only have space for the bed and the bathroom, nothing more. If you don't want to feel like a prisoner, please pay the extra for the room to have a window, you won't have a wonderful view, but it will give a more spacious feeling. It is not a bad hotel at the price it has, but do not expect much, that said I would continue staying there, knowing what I am going for, of course. No es mal hotel al precio que tiene, pero no esperes gran cosa, dicho esto me seguiría hospedando allí, sabiendo a lo que voy, claro.

(Translated by Google) Where to start: a cold welcome and no smile, thereafter we never had the right to a hello or a good evening, paid wifi, a room with the foul smell of sewers of about 6 m2 for 2 people including 2 m2 to move around, sweltering heat forcing you to open the front door in the middle of the night to bring in some fresh air, no staff passage to make the bed, no storage space therefore forcing things to be left behind on the ground on the ground (on the 2m2 available) making travel impossible in the room, presence of moths, dirty sheets of towels .. we will stop there because it was really incredible for the price spent, we should have mounted a little our budget to go to another hotel, because if this one has this note it is not for nothing believe me. Go your way: (( (Original) Par ou commencer : un accueil froid et sans sourire, par la suite nous n'avons jamais eu droit à un bonjour ou un bonsoir, le wifi payant, une chambre à l'odeur infecte d'égouts d'environ 6 m2 pour 2 personnes dont 2 m2 pour se déplacer, une chaleur étouffante obligeant à ouvrir la porte d'entrée au milieu de la nuit pour faire rentrer un peu d'air frais, aucun passage du personnel pour faire le lit, aucuns rangements obligeant donc à laisser les affaires par terre au sol (sur le 2m2 disponibles) rendant les deplacements impossibles dans la chambre, presence de mites, draps de toilette sales.. on va s'arrêter la car c'était vraiment incroyables pour le prix dépensé, nous aurions du monter un peu notre budget pour aller dans un autre hotel, car si celui ci a cette note ce nest pas pour rien croyez moi. Passez votre chemin :((

Seriously small rooms with many extras you pay for, WiFi, TV, late check out etc. What you'd expect from easyJet. However clean, easy and very cheap in great location

(Translated by Google) If you want to wash in 1m2 showers reserved with them. Tiny and poorly insulated room, even with 2 radiators fully down we were cold. The hotel is very noisy, there is no breakfast on site, wifi and cleaning are chargeable.

Firstly, I somehow selected a room rate that I wasn’t eligible for, despite the rate being clickable and showing on the right-hand side of their website throughout the billing process! Very misleading easyHotel. I requested for a partial refund for the small amount to put things right, and jokingly was offered free wi-fi. I asked again for a partial refund, but have since had no response from easyHotel, so I’ll be doing a partial credit card chargeback. I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, waking the receptionist up in the process! It definitely looked like he was having a nap – he was fully reclined in his chair with air pods in, not the best first impression. I went to check-in, and had to repeat information twice, potentially due to him having ear pods in maybe? Anyway, he allocated me a room on the lower ground floor, and said, “this is the only room I’ve got”, in the sense of: it was a rubbish room and he had no other options. This didn’t give me much confidence at all. I travel quite a lot, and I’ve never had to ask for directions to find my room i.e. “your room is on the lower ground floor, to get there, you need to…” etc. Mad! Also, given this is a hotel in London, I would’ve expected them to have an iron and ironing board, even for a small fee. Nope!! The receptionist’s somewhat smug suggestion was that I tried Sainsbury’s down the road… truly shocking service. The carpets in the corridors need a very good deep clean. My room was situated right next to one of the staircases. The room was small and old, the easyHotel in Birmingham for comparison is luxury. The walls were more pink than orange, there was a missing soap dispenser and some areas were grim and clearly lacked cleaning attention. The best part was probably the powerful shower. The air con will keep you awake at night (seems to be set on -20), and the noise outside of my room made me question if I would’ve got more sleep staying outside on the street or in a youth hostel. You can also hear other people in showers and on the toilet, lovely. Overall, an awful night’s sleep, awful customer service and a not so nice room. I get that it’s cheap, I generally don’t expect much, but wouldn’t stay here again, even if you paid me to.
