I went there today for the first time to try it it out and tried their beef stew. The beef stew is quite good. I am quite picky and it’s good. I am not sure though about the beef being Wagyu as it was soft but not fall apart soft for a stew. A good Wagyu stew would be fall apart grade meat. If it were a bit softer it would be perfect. It is hard to find a Vietnamese restaurant willing to use high quality beef meat in their foods or even offer some as an option which is due to cost I believe. I will come back here again to see if next time the beef is softer and try out the other meats as well. I had to update review as after a few visits I found the beef to be inconsistent. At times it would arrive warm and not hot. Otherwise the beef would arrive not so soft and a bit on the chewy side. You can easily tell that the way the beef was cooked was just by boiling it so the beef has a little hard chewy bite to it. This could be eliminated by cooking it in a pressure cooker or some other similar type of cooker instead of just in an open pot to boil. 🙈 Perhaps a commercial sized pressure cooker 🤔

Amazing pho place that doesn't only serve pho. First thing I MUST recommend is their fantastic & unique starter Flaming Wagyu Carpaccio that will be grilled for you right at your table. See story and reel for a sneak peak. OMG if you're looking for main dishes, definitely Pho Combo and Shaken Beef With Rice are good top choices. The beef is very yummy, tender and has great texture. SOUP OMG IS SO GOOD!! P.S. Watermelon Juice is very thick and fresh - you'll love it if you love the authentic juicy. ——————∞—————— CAN'T MISS: ✿ Golden Truffle Fries ✿ Flaming Wagyu Carpaccio ✿ Pho Combo ✿ Shaken Beef With Rice ✿ Watermelon Juice ——————∞—————— TOTALLY RECOMMEND FOR SOLO OR GROUP!! Parking: (Young), WIDE & FREE parking lot of the business park where the restaurant is located. I found a few good tree-shaded spots to prevent SoCal heat too.

The best pho in Los Angeles. For me it is worth to drive 40 minutes to come and taste it. The pho is perfect not only because of the wagyu steak, but also the soup! The fresh, sweet, soulful and less oil soup is the key to the heaven! And James, the owner of the restaurant, is so good and has passion to everyone! 5 stars restaurant!

Everything we had here was delicious. Area is quiet and we arrived there when there were a few tables left so we didn't have to wait. We sat outside since the weather was still nice out. Server was attentive and they will bring out the patio heaters if you ask (I saw another table asked)

Overall: 4.5/5 (dine in) Pho Akaushi has a storefront but a sign pointing to Oc 7 Seafood restaurant. Apparently the Oc 7 Seafood restaurant serves their food and Pho Akaushi's food so they have 2 menus. However, they didn't let us use the Yelp $5 off pho coupon since it's not the owner's location. I guess because they share location, that's why they crossed off the "Other Dishes" and "Beverage" sections. Large Pho Akaushi Combo With Banh Tuoi ($22): This comes with rare steak, tender rib cubes, well-done brisket, & meatball. The meats were good & a bit higher quality but not as tender as I would have liked it to be. The bowl doesn't seem like a large and more like of a medium size. The rice noodles were indeed fresh and good. The broth was clear and amazing - I drank it all!

I didnt go into the actual restaurant itself but i went to the night market in westminister. Im not sure Who i spoke to there but im assuming he was the owner because he seemed extreme passionate about his food(in a good way) and was very nice. They were handing out small pho samples in like 6oz cups. The simple had wagyu meat(if you dont know what that is, its beef that is very expensive because of the quality) i went with my husband and my parents and my 2 children and nephews(total of 9 people) and he did not hesitate to give us ALL a simple including the kids, which for me is HUGE! because some People are Stingy with simples for kids. Im mexican and i have been eating pho since b4 i was born because my mom loves &cooks asian cuisine! PHO is absolutely, we used to eat pho at pho-cali on 1st and harbor at least twice a week, but there quality has declined drástically i had been looking for a replacment pho place and this right here is it !!! There broth was sooo good! You could taste the flavor and as an AVID pho eater, i know those bones were simmered for hours. You could really feel the love and the passion in this broth! I Will definetly be coming to eat at the restaurant and have an updated review...

The pho here is amazing, not just the meat but the broth is slurping good. It's hard to recommend just one plate because I wanted to try everything. If I had to choose one definitely try the pho. Any selection is perfect. They offer thin and thick noodles, try the thick noodles it's amazing. It's not super big noodles just slightly bigger then the usual pho noodles. Try the beef stew the soul broth is thicker but very tastey and they give a lot of meat. The truffle fries is light and crispy. The beef shaken rice is also tender, soft and tasty but I would prefer the pho 100%. Service was helpful and great, they have a small patio section so you can bring your furry friends. I can't wait to go back too bad I'm not local or else it would be dangerous haha. But definitely a place I would go back to.

This place is a new pho place that I believe was renamed or something from the pho restaurant that was originally here. I've seen this place mentioned on social media (TikTok and Instagram specifically) quite a bit and finally decided to check it out. It's in a small plaza on the side of the busy road, so if you blink, you'll miss it. Upon entering, the place is modernized, clean and inviting, with instrumental music playing in the background (quietly). The staff was quick and helpful, and we received our orders at a decent time. The food was piping hot, as pho should be. We ordered the flaming wagyu (which came out first after our drinks), along with the cubed wagyu pho; we also requested pho tai (fresh noodles) as well. Overall, the pho was delicious, with the broth being the best I've had in quite a while. The only issue we had was the reservation time, as we reserved a table on Yelp and was waiting 15+ minutes in line at 12th place. When we called, the girl said they actually didn't have reservations available (though that's contradictory from the option available on Yelp and here on Google). That aside, it was a very good first impression. Pho was hot and delicious and so was the melt in your mouth flaming wagyu.

Best Pho I’ve ever had outside of Vietnam. The noodles melt in your mouth and the beef is cooked perfectly. Wanted to try the Wagyu A5 but they were sold out. Will be back

We got to the restaurant past 7 on Saturday night. There were pretty good crowd eating inside the restaurant. We ordered the rare steak pho , brisket pho, wagyu fried rice, truffle fries and eggrolls. The service was good, food came out quick. Surprisingly my fried rice came out before 2 pho orders. The beef were soft, but my daughter didn't like it too pink. We were stuffed when we're done with dinner. Definitely we'll come back again.

An amazing place to take family and friends to eat. Never heard of pho before? This would be the perfect place to try out!

Front Receptionist greeted us kindly and seated us. Booth seating was comfortable and roomy. I ordered the Pho Akaushi Combo which was delicious. Fries needed a little salt but were really good overall. The Thai Tea was really tasty. The brand of Sriracha Sauce was good. Strongly Recommend this place if you're in for some comedy from owner. Tip: Pay for your food with a gold wrapper 😅

I ordered the pho combo and I loved the fresh noodles - they didn't get soft during the meal. The toppings were incredible and paired with the green sauce were even better. The best part was the broth I couldn't believe I'd finished it all!

Worth my 40 minutes drive to this gem - the secret is the super quality and fresh ingredients they use I think. The shrimp in shrimp pho was huge and fresh. The broth was flavorful. The stew sandwich was hot and crispy. Never thought I would eat fries at a pho restaurant but was a good combo for me.

MUST TRY IN ORANGE COUNTY! As a Vietnamese girl born but not raised there, pho has always been a staple in my household. I personally am so picky and usually would never order it. Pho Akaushi was a warm and welcoming vendor at “Về Quê Nhà” Coming Home event on May 6th, 2023. They were kind enough to give away FREE WAYGU SAMPLES. When I say it changed my life, it really did change my life. Presentation: 9/10 Customer Service: 10/10 Food: 10/10 A week later I came to their restaurant and the same delicious food was served. Nothing changes & on occasion, the owner & chef Tom would walk around and ask if everyone enjoys the food. Very catering, very welcoming. If you do please let him know Ann sent you! Haaa!

We enjoyed our dinner at Pho Redbo! It is nice and clean restaurant, the quality of food is great and the staff are very friendly especially our server Tina, she has the best Customer service. We are in town to visit our friends. The place was busy, we had to wait, but it was worth the wait

Pho broth is fantastic! The broth is thick and tasty. They use wagyu beef for the combo. The beef wagyu was soft, tender and full of flavor. Highly recommend!

This place is expensive for a bowl of phở, especially if you live in little Saigon where there are variety of options for less money and more quality. I ordered the regular bowl which was $18 with tons of broth and little noodles and meat. The broth was a lil more salty than I like yet the meat was tender. This place used to be phở akaushi which advertised wagyu beef, but that's served separately after the rebrand. I thought the wagyu was going to be served in the bowl of phở. I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was only a 15 minutes wait. Another thing I personally don't prefer was having the hoisin and sriracha sauces in a glass container instead of the bottles. I personally wouldn't return after my initial visit when there are cheaper places.

Amazing pho! They give you the option to have fresh noodles or store bought noodles. I did the fresh and they were spectacular. The quality of the meat was really good, not dry. The staff was super friendly and put a smile on me and my girlfriends face. Will be coming back!!!!

If you have never tried the pho here before, you are missing out!!! One of the best, and most flavorful pho I have ever eaten (and I frequently go on pho hunts). The broth clear and full of natural favours and you can tell that its cooked with care and passion. The meat is out of the world, the restaurant uses torched char wagu beef (smokey perfection) in the pho. The owner is a super nice human with kind heart, having spoken to him I can tell that this is truely his calling, he loves what he does and enjoys having conversations with his customers. He also hasa booth setup at the Asian night market as well for sample, check it out!

👉14376 Brookhurst Street This is the updated address! Not far from the other one but don’t go to the wrong place! And the photos post it seems to be for another restaurant. This places is a small mom and pop authentic Vietnamese restaurant and is not modern as in the photos Friendly man on the phone named Thomas, pretty good English and good vibes. Food is pretty good and fresh too but it is not the same prices as the online menu. Ex, my shaking beef was $18 with tax.

I was not expecting to enjoy the food as much as I did since I skew ramen over pho. But the broth is perfectly balanced richness, and the beef brisket nicely “shabu shabus” itself in the bowl. The place to go to pho with those friends of yours that are tripe-averse or new to Vietnamese noodle soup. Dump all the plants they give you into your pho and go nuts!

The pho here is really good! It’s a very local spot so the servers might have a few communication issues, but in the end we got our food and it was delicious.

One of the best bowls of pho I've ever tasted! The broth was very well made and you could tell a lot of time and dedication was put into making it.
