Every single time I order a regular chai it comes with a shot of espresso. I never once ordered a dirty chai or espresso in my chai and yet it always comes with one. Why? I don't like espresso, I don't want espresso that's why I ordered chai. This isn't something that happened once it's every time I just want a chai I'm going crazy over here.

Amazing coffee, even more amazing staff. Great place. I love the dark hot chocolate. They put marshmallow and cream which is yummy.

Ordered a mint condition mocha and I got to say, they're quite tasty! If you like a smoother espresso, definitely hit up a caribou. As much as I love the green coffee chain, it's refreshing to get a mocha espresso that isn't as bitey. Service is quick and the folks working in here are friendly. If you come in when they first open, be kind and give them a couple of minutes. I promise it'll be worth it. ❤️ If you're looking for a cozy and spotless place to sit and have a chat and a coffee in, this is it. The lighting is soft and comfortable and the seating arrangement is nice and all the furniture is in good shape. (I'll be updating this review with pictures when I order food or a more elaborate beverage and dine in instead of pick up and go.)

Great find! Cozy, friendly atmosphere and they have a comfortable area to study. The chai was yummy, too.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would the only reason is because I've only been inside one time and that was a few years ago so I honestly can't judge the atmosphere. But the staff are always very nice and extremely patient and helpful and their coffee is amazing!

Adorable location with cushy chairs by a fireplace. Nice amount of different sized tables, inside and out. Good drinks and food. Friendly staff. The perfect place to meet my friends for a coffee-especially in the afternoons when they are slower!

If you haven't tried a white chocolate campfire mocha yet, please do yourself a favor and pick one up today! Caribou always hits right on the mark. :)

Service was great but it was FREEZING in there. Feels like the A/C is blowing constantly and feels like 65 degrees, not 70 (where they set it). I was planning on working there all day but I had to leave because my toes and hands were frozen (was wearing a jacket and pants). One of the employees turned the air to 74 degrees but changed it back after an hour or so. I would have stayed if it were warmer.

The lemon loaf has been updating. I am a huge fan of lemon poppy seed so definitely missed the poppy seed but it was good. Their sugar free caramel latte, forgot their official name, was noticeably sugar free which was disappointing. I have switched to sugar free drinks recently and have really enjoyed them. This one left a funny taste in my mouth. I would recommend changing their syrups. However the coffee itself was enjoyable. If I were going to get a regular coffee I would definitely try them again. But for sugar free drinks definitely a hard pass. The barista is very knowledgeable and quick to make a recommendation. The cashier was likely new on the job...a relaxing place to enjoy a regular coffee... skip the sugar free drinks at this location unless you don't mind the after taste...

Waffle sandwich was surprisingly very good wasn't warmed up enough but good flavor coffee is wonderful

LOVE Caribou Coffee in general! It's been my favorite coffee place for 20+ years. Started out with the milk chocolate Campfire Mocha as my favorite and the little marshmallows on top are yum! Favorite treat was the chocolate caramel muffin, warmed up, but I haven't seen it there quite a while. 😔 Current favorite drink is milk chocolate Turtle Mocha. They have expanded their food menu and I like to get several treats from there (asiago bagel, ham, egg swiss biscuit I think, one of the breads warmed up), it just depends on what I want for the day. This location in particular-staff is friendly and I love when they put a chocolate coffee bean on the drink lid. It's like a cherry on top. Love that they hand out dog biscuits to the pups when they have them. My dog expects it when we hit the drive-thru now. He starts drooling the second I hit the drive-thru line. No comments on interior, have only done the drive-thru at this location.

Everyone working today helped me so much. This was last Wednesday dec 21 2022 around noon and the employee at the window explained you were all out of your gluten free sandwich’s that he also enjoys because celiacs! But he came up with something I could still eat and it was delicious gluten free oatmeal! Also got a strawberry smoothie to go with it! I was able to finish out my work day thanks to you! I wish I got your name but I missed the window and had to go inside and y’all were so friendly and understanding. Great customer service.🤩

I really appreciate this little place. Honestly the coffee is not my favorite but I dig the matcha coolers when it's hot and the service, cleanliness, vibe and the just plain Joy that is brought by every single employee here can't be beat and That makes the Caribou Coffee on 120th and Federal simply Priceless.

Waited 15 minutes for drive-thru order at 1:30 on a weekday. There was no one in front of me and the store wasn't busy. The worst part is the workers were inside goofing around without one iota of communication to people in line (me and many other cars behind me). I ended up giving up and leaving.

Always clean, comfy chairs and nice humans who work there. Oh and they have a points rewards program too!

Matcha is always good and I love that they have decaf coffee for people like me 😝

I love them for many many many reasons. Mostly love the chocolate covered coffee bean that they give with every hot drink they serve. At least I think it's with the hot drinks because that's all that I ever order. Attention to detail from this company really wins my heart. Customer service is amazing and the baristas are always smiling. Drive-thru is extremely quick in the morning.

The friendliest coffee shop I’ve ever been to. They can make anything you request, and they don’t have an attitude. The workers were experienced, and the place is never super crowded. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast burrito is good. My friend said the coffee is a little bitter, but they still liked it.
