worst clinic ever!!!!!!! do not book. I tried to book an appointment with Dr MacNeil and had the unfortunate encounter with a very angry receptionist DAVINA. on the website its says you can have an appointment within 24hours, but that is not true at all!!! Davina was rude, and started to get annoyed on the phone as I was asking questions about which radiologist and consultant to see. At one point she got off the phone and then came back and in a rude manner asked me, so what have you decided? ........ I was shocked because as a person with a server medical history with breast cancer in my family , I was asking questions because I wanted to be seen by the best doctor and by a woman doctor. she made me feel like I was wasting her time on the phone asking these questions, that to a patient are very important. when she started to shout I told her she shouldn't have a job where she works with the public as she is clearly a very angry person and doesn't like working with patients. just a very sad situation. I got off the phone without my appointment. I called back to try and speak to a manager and another receptionists picked up and pretended she didn't know who the practice manager was and wouldn't let me speak to one. I was extremely upset by this. The most unprofessional behaviour and it just seems very juvenile and vindictive!! I have been going to this clinic for 15 years when D rGilmore was running it and so has my family. Im sure he would be appalled by the behaviour that a patient of his has received. if you value your health, do not book 108 Harley street, the practice clearly doesn't have the same ethos as before. And the is very badly represented by the reception staff. Ms G.G

DO NOT BOOK!! It is fraud! Very rude and inconsiderate staff. After got confirmation with two nurses I was told I cannot receive one of my ultrasound scan when my stomach was covered with gel. Then they tried to charge me for the service I did not receive for 200£. Worst service ever. Do not book!!

I managed to book a consultation with Mr Karoshi very quickly. During the consultation Mr Karoshi made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions in a very clear way; this included him drawing a diagram to explain exactly where my fibroid was. I left knowing exactly what the next steps were. Mr Karoshi went out of his way during the consultation to make a phone call to prioritise me for an MRI in the next few days. Overall this was a very good experience and I left feeling less anxious and more informed about my treatment.

I have been having annual breast care with108 for the last 14 years . Everyone is unfailingly warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend 108 highly enough!

Doctor Karoshi is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having. His staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. He even helped assist me with others aspects of my health problems. He does not rush you in and out, I was particularly impressed when he read through my notes prior to my first visit and prepared himself, he takes time with his patients and actually listens and arranged tests with one of the best teams in london. Seriously not a typical doctor, he is a good man, he really exceeded my expectations as a woman who requires to visit gynaecologist several times throughout my adult life, he is the first and only dr who made me feel at ease, and really explained what the issues are and actually teaches you during the visit with his life sizes ovary manikin, which put my mind at ease instead of reading so many irrelevant google searches. I am very grateful to have met him and definitely recommend him to all friends and family. Thank you 🙏

Absolutely fantastic care by the wonderful people at 108 Harley Street. Very efficient service, amazing team and superb care. Reception were very speedy and welcoming, the nurses were all lovely, and I would especially like to thank Prof Julia Scaris-Brick for providing such meticulous care and taking the time to thoroughly review my case and give her expert opinion. Great experience from start to finish. Simon Marsh instilled confidence and reassured me all the way. His team were attentive and professional. The hospital visit was fantastic. The team looked after me really well. They were all kind and caring to the point I did not want to leave. Thanks for looking after me so well.

Had a dermatology consultation and the service from Dr. GAO and her support team was exceptional. Always polite, knowledgeable and helpful and they supported me while having to deal with the frustrations of requiring pre approval to move forward from Axa, via the standard 10 min wait time to speak to someone! I really appreciated the 108 Harley Street team and the efficient manner they worked.

Appointment arranged via health insurer. Thought it was just an initial consultation but soon whisked downstairs by a consultant who removed the suspect lesion which suited me just fine. Great care by lovely people throughout. Highly recommended.

Very professional, informative and great results. Dr. Lee was so nice and explained my procedure and what to expect after my injections. Sally was so helpful in getting my appointment arranged as I live in the U.S. I can say that my experience was great!

But They treat you bad , the consulation with the doctor last like 7 minutes , i explained him that i have pain and all My problems , he did a very superficial control and after that Said i should see a skin doctor because he doesn t know about My problem…in the case i told him i have some lymphs at My armpit ..and They charged me more for No reaason as They did not proceed the imaging appitmenf …very disapouinted ..

I have been visiting today 108 Harley street for a second opinion on how to carry on with my breast cancer treatment after chemotherapy. I have experienced a really professional, empathetic and kind approach relating to each type of surgery possible in my case. I have to say a big thank you to Mr Jason Lee for his professional, meticulous and really profound explanation.

Absolutely excellent. From the receptionist to the financial staff (who I pay) they are all courteous, efficient and pleasant.A rare situation nowadays. Prof. Scarisbrick looks after my health condition, is incredibly knowledgeable and quite charming. I appreciate her expertise. Go there!!!

Very good service and friendly staff. I had a very good consultation with the doctor who was very thorough from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

I came here for an X-ray, and the room before and after my procedure was so unprofessional. The room was pretty much a store room full of junk with no room for surfaces, so all the equipment was just on a bed. The jug of water needed was placed on top of a bin. People just wandered into the room without knocking - I would have appreciated some privacy for my pre & post treatment as they weren’t the most dignified. I’ve had x-rays on the NHS that have been much better than this. For Harley Street I expect it to be noticeably better than the free option.

Excellent booking system, consultation offered within days with Mr Marsh. Consultation friendly and to the point. One scan easily fixed, clear, all done and dusted!

It snowed heavily Sunday nite but it was not going to stop me from seeing Dr Sommerlad regarding my out of control eczema. She reassured my that my skin would calm down and become more manageable. It’s only been 48 hours and the regime that she prescribed for my skin is already on the way to recovery. Thank you Dr Sommerlad.

I hit the jackpot finding Dr. Karoshi, best Gynaecologist! He is extremely professional, listens, takes his time to discuss everything and his consultations are educational. Highly recommended. I do not live in England but I can continue our consultations via video call and I will travel back for further in-house appointments. 5 stars is not enough!!

I highly recommend Dr Karoshi! Great , friendly doctor who explained everything and the logic behind his procedures and he found my elusive polyp that other drs couldn’t find and he used the latest tech to avoid scarring with view of increasing success of future pregnancies. I have been coming to the London Breast Clinic for ten years now. I see the same consultant and radiologist, other staff have changed over the years but everyone is always friendly, reassuring and efficient. When you are anxious, which it’s hard not to be, they do their utmost to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
