I recently bought an engagement ring. The process was smooth and pretty painless. There was an issue with the postage, which was partly my fault. I currently live in Korea and I provided my address in Korean, and they required the address to be written in English. It resulted in a slight delay. They consulted me throughout and kept me updated. After a year of my partner wearing her engagement ring she noticed the diamond came loose in its setting, probably got it caught on something as its a pear shaped diamond, well they have taken the ring back repaired it cleaned and polished to look like it's brand new again will definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking an engagement ring or something with diamonds.

Appalling customer service, *order here if you want to ruin your fiancé's engagement!* My fiance purchased an engagement ring for me and we had to resize the ring one size smaller. We sent the ring back to the company via post as we do not live close to the site. The ring returned resized within a few weeks. The ring fitted fine however it was poorly revised. No quality checked was clearly completed and the band looks awful. We contacted customer service with a photo who took a week to respond. It clears once they have your money they don't care. Now they agreed to look at the ring and are saying they may have to charge a new fee for a ring, when they are the ones who did the work (very poorly) I am disappointed after the ring sizing has took place. It looks like the ring has been squashed as if you have a circle and you had put your fingers on it and squashed it down. The band looks funny and severely thin at the bottom, the sides clearly look thicker but the whole circle shape looks odd compared to before. The bottom of the ring looks flat and square like, almost like a straight ring. Even to wear it feels thin underneath I feel at this stage my ring has been ruined l. I am getting no help and support and my partner is being threatened as the ring is outside the 30 day policy stating that he would need to purchase a new ring if no fault is found. How this is beyond me! I haven't even been able to wear my new ring! My fiance worked so hard to purchase this engagement ring for me, and 77 diamond chose to ruin it when resizing. Be careful ordering here , it will ruin your engagement! Thanks for tarnishing this memory for me!

Honestly had the best experience with Alexis @ 77 Diamonds. He made me feel comfortable, allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted, was very patient and understanding, and helped me with every step along the way. I think this is so important as it was such a huge decision for which I was clueless and felt intimidated & nervous prior to meeting Alexis. The selections were great, there was so much information available to help me decide on the ring, and they even had it sent to Australia where I proposed. Great price for such amazing quality and products, definitely get a lot for your money compared to others. I had a good look around Hatton garden and I'll be honest I didn't have the best experience mainly due to the little market style shops, felt like being in a market abroad. I also felt a lot of the high street shops were some what mugging you off because of their location. So I gave up with that idea and then found 77 diamonds on the net and decided to give them a visit. The staff were very nice and so was their showroom which is located right near Oxford Street station. The website was very easy to use to find exactly what I wanted for my exact order. They also kept me up to date regularly with very detailed and precise dates and information on things. Very professional. But the main thing is the amazing ring I got for the price compared to other shops. It was perfect and I got so much more for my money. Definitely a trusted and we'll reputable company for anyone who isn't sure on them. Only issue I had was that the ring took almost 3 weeks to resize when I was told 7-10 working days.

I want to start by saying that 77 Diamonds delivered an absolutely wonderful engagement ring that was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. All the staff were friendly and considerate. When discussing diamond types they were highly informative and helped me to make the best decision. At each stage of the process I felt that they were interested in getting the best results. Having the ring resized was also a nice experience, as they were quite flexible on dates and the ring came back with no obvious signs that it had been modified at all. The way the ring was presented after the resizing was also very professionally done - in a new case and box. The premises too were very comfortable and well presented. The reason that 77 don't quite reach a 5 star rating is because of a number of earlier problems with communication during the process. I set up an appointment for the showroom that they didn't process properly - which led to me needing to rearrange (which was a bit of a pain as I had travelled to London in order to make the appointment). There was an additional problem after I ordered the ring - they took payment but didn't appear to process the order - and I had to chase them for confirmation. Quite an awkward experience after spending that much money! There were also a couple of occasions where I would email them a query that wasn't quite understood. They were, however, quick to resolve issues that arose and were always very polite. My overall experience was very positive however and I do recommend using 77 Diamonds due to the team's obvious expertise and the high standard of the ring I received. (which, most importantly, did get the yes!)

I completed the whole process online and couldn’t fault any of it, I’m very grateful for the team at 77 diamonds!

My experience has been nothing short of dreadful and disappointing. A very wonky and unrepresentative (according to wishes expressed and CAD) ring was presented to me as the finished product and it seems my comments have fallen on deaf ears, as nobody has returned with a resolution. If I do not hear back from a member of the customer experience management team by Tuesday next week (and no I am not alluding to the head of the bespoke team) I will post the full review detailing my experience (+ photos).

Bought an engagement ring and two bands years ago, the service and price was excellent then, and still is now. I lost my wedding band and had to replace it today, and Alexandra was very accommodating, I was given a returners discount, and very happy with everything. It’s a really nice setup.

Dreadful service and experience. Multiple mess-ups by the company and no urgency to put it right. My original order was 14th October. I still do not have the ring I ordered as at 29th December. Multiple mess-ups: - Weeks after accepting my order told me they could not achieve my delivery date (which I stressed was important prior to ordering). - Multiple errors in dispatching the ring. Kept promising various dispatch dates which did not come to fruition. - Promised delivery in time for Christmas which did not happen. - Send me a tracking number which did not exist. - After several contact attempts was told the product had likely gone to an incorrect address. - After retrieving the item to my shock they sent me the wrong ring! Again! I spoke to a customer care manager but she ended the call mid-way through and 6 hours later no one has reached out to me. The company feels like an absolute clown show and no one staff member seems to want to take responsibility to resolve the problem. Your customer service systems and processes need a complete overhaul. Your staff need training in how to deal with customer complaints and queries. You have also engraved an incorrect ring and sent it to an incorrect public co-working space address where it was sitting on a table in a public area. Left now wondering where I go from here?

I bought my wife's engagement ring roughly 4 years ago. Since then it's mis shaped twice, with the ring being platinum we were very surprised! 1st time they re shaped it, the second time it had to be re made. The ring is now back to looking fantastic. However, Tamara sent the ring back to us without confirming our delivery address and sent it to an old work address even though we had stated our home address on the repair form. Luckily we managed to go and collect the ring but 77 diamonds haven't apologised or acknowledged there mistake and even tried to blame me. Considering the price of the ring i thought they would have taken more care when it comes to delivering it. Yes they insure delivery however its a sentimental item which memories can't be replaced. After care service not good!

I bought an engagement ring last year and a wedding ring for me and my wife this year. At the time my ring came out a touch too large and I was promised free re-sizing. I‘ve been trying to get in touch with the company for about 6 months now without success. Even though the initial service and the rings themselves were great, the after care is quite poor.

We bought a rare dark green Diamond from the USA a while back and to make it into a ring, we immediately thought of 77 Diamonds, as a way to ensure the stone would be given justice. Although 77 Diamonds normally retails its own Diamonds, Kat Atarinova (their bespoke Designer) was at hand to advise and to help with this process. Before you buy they are pretty good but afterwards they couldn’t care less, even if you have trouble. My wife and I have had our rings on our fingers for less than 3 months and both are already showing signs of dulling way beyond what you’d expect. My ring (platinum) started to dull within a few days of wear and I also noticed that it was missing a hallmark. I’ve tried to contact 77 diamonds about this on a number of times and I’ve yet to receive any response. Starting to feel like I’ve been sold some cheap rubbish and conned. My wife’s ring (white gold eternity) also began to show signs of wear within a few days. So much so that parts of the white gold ring have faded to reveal a yellow tinge in various spots. We both understand that wear and tear happens but this happened in such a quick time and neither of us have jobs that require extreme amount of manual labour. Quite frankly, save your money and go elsewhere because once they have your money, you’re on your own should you have a problem.

Very satisfied with their service. The team is really supportive and even though I needed a resize they did their best to solve the problem.

This rating/review is not a commentary on the quality of their products or customer service, but rather a somewhat dishonest business practice. Their website states they offer a 20% discount code for all purchases. Based on this discount, I spent a couple of days researching their options and finally came to a decision to purchase one of their diamond pendants. Upon entering the discount code, I was given a 5% reduction against the marked price and when I enquired about this to a customer service rep, I was told that the discount code only applies to the setting and not the diamond itself. This was not made clear on the website and as a result, I have two wasted days of looking through their product catalogue and sending multiple enquiries to different businesses about their diamond setting services. All in all a very poor experience and one I hope they resolve soon.

The experience we had with 77 Diamonds was extremely positive. We fully recommend it. We chose a solitaire and Chloe explained in detail all the characteristics and features of diamonds. The ring is beautiful and the price very competitive. Also, the service is excellent. They answered promptly to any request and the ring arrived few days before than expected.

I'm telling you, you couldn't ask for better service. From start to finish 77 Diamonds have provided me with stellar service. From helping me customise my partner's ring to helping me get it resized when it turned out it was too big. I had a fantastic experience with 77 Diamonds. Chloe was my main point of contact although the rest of the sales team were great in picking up when she was unavailable. Proposing during lockdown was always going to be difficult. Especially with not being able to see the ring in person. However, the buying experience with 77 from start to finish was 5*. I work in online sales myself and I love the fact you can choose your own diamond. The website experience really is spot on. I found a great spec within my budget however there were limited pictures so the team were able to source more along with a video of the diamond which made the decision so much easier. Despite 8+ weeks of lead time, 77 Diamonds got me my engagement ring a few days earlier. My now fiancé loves it and I'm so pleased. Thank you Chloe and the rest of the team :)

I designed and brought an engagement ring using their online ring designer tools. My fiancée absolutely loves it. It looks amazing and very competitively priced compared to other retailers The service was fantastic, the ring sizing was quite a long way out (due to me giving them the wrong measurements) and they resized it no problem / fuss even though we were technically outside of the resize window Would strongly recommend

After doing lots and lots of research I decided to buy my girlfriends engagement ring from 77 Diamonds. I went for a bespoke ring and the service from start to finish was exceptional. The ring is amazing and she loves it! Alex and Rebecca made the whole process seamless even during difficult covid times. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for the perfect ring. Do not be ripped off by high street jewelers and speak to these guys!

Just bought second engagement ring from them. First one was back in 2016 for my than fiancé and currently wife and yesterday we bought one for my little brothers in law fiance. The place to go if you are looking to buy not only the engagement ring but any kind of diamond ring for any occasion. Forget about Jewellery quarters (Birmingham), high street jewellers, etc. Just go there instead. You would not find better value for money elsewhere. Excellent customer service and advice. It's by appointments only so make sure to call in advance to get one. If you travel by car there's a lot of on street parking spaces available in the area as well as underground secure and bookable Q-Park within 5 minutes walking distance. Only downsize was that at the time we book our appointment they were running 25% spring sale which we were promised would be honoured when we come in. Unfortunately this offer expired and our advisor on the day used different one which was 10% only. Still, amazing value for money.
