fiancé's
engagement!*
My
fiance
purchased
an
engagement
ring
for
me
and
we
had
to
resize
the
ring
one
size
smaller.
We
sent
the
ring
back
to
the
company
via
post
as
we
do
not
live
close
to
the
site.
The
ring
returned
resized
within
a
few
weeks.
The
ring
fitted
fine
however
it
was
poorly
revised.
No
quality
checked
was
clearly
completed
and
the
band
looks
awful.
We
contacted
customer
service
with
a
photo
who
took
a
week
to
respond.
It
clears
once
they
have
your
money
they
don't
care.
Now
they
agreed
to
look
at
the
ring
and
are
saying
they
may
have
to
charge
a
new
fee
for
a
ring,
when
they
are
the
ones
who
did
the
work
(very
poorly)
I
am
disappointed
after
the
ring
sizing
has
took
place.
It
looks
like
the
ring
has
been
squashed
as
if
you
have
a
circle
and
you
had
put
your
fingers
on
it
and
squashed
it
down.
The
band
looks
funny
and
severely
thin
at
the
bottom,
the
sides
clearly
look
thicker
but
the
whole
circle
shape
looks
odd
compared
to
before.
The
bottom
of
the
ring
looks
flat
and
square
like,
almost
like
a
straight
ring.
Even
to
wear
it
feels
thin
underneath
I
feel
at
this
stage
my
ring
has
been
ruined
l.
I
am
getting
no
help
and
support
and
my
partner
is
being
threatened
as
the
ring
is
outside
the
30
day
policy
stating
that
he
would
need
to
purchase
a
new
ring
if
no
fault
is
found.
How
this
is
beyond
me!
I
haven't
even
been
able
to
wear
my
new
ring!
My
fiance
worked
so
hard
to
purchase
this
engagement
ring
for
me,
and
77
diamond
chose
to
ruin
it
when
resizing.
Be
careful
ordering
here
,
it
will
ruin
your
engagement!
