I went to several place to get a customized engagement ring but used Reve in the end. Milena was amazing. She walked us through the designs and the rock selection and was just all in extremely helpful and accommodating. At no point did she try to upsell me either. I highly recommend her and have already recommended her to my friends.

Well what a disappointment, after travelling 2 hours, we waited for 15 minutes and after no apology were told to email and rebook. Rude is an understatement and wouldn’t even consider giving them any of our money. What a special day we had planned to choose an engagement ring together and were met with rudeness and disappointment!
