I brought a ring here that was very dear to me - it had collapsed as if someone had stood on it and some of the diamonds had fell out. It needed reshaping, rebuilding, cleaning and replacement stones. I had taken it to other jewellers who said they weren't interested in such a delicate / fiddly job. When I brought it to jasmine Jeweller, Erdem was brilliant and very clear about what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much it could cost. I left my ring there and a few weeks passed when Erdem emailed to say it was ready. I bounded down to Victoria to collect it and to my joy it was better than ever, reformed, dazzling, reshaped - I had forgotten what a wonderful piece of jewellery it was. Erdem has worked a miracle on this ring. I now wear it often and always get compliments on it. Whether you need a repair, jewellery cleaned or fixed - Erdem is your guy. I take several of my own jewelry for repairs and pieces come back looking stunning. The owner is a talented jeweler and is wonderful. In addition I find that the shop collects beautiful and unique pieces that are wonderful to check out

The first time, I went to Jasmine Jeweller because I needed my broken beaded necklace to be fixed. Erdem and Kaori were very helpful and quick too, and they updated me via sms once the necklace was ready to be collected. Nice and easy. The second time, I needed to get the batteries of my watch changed and its watch strap to be modified a bit. Both jobs completed in just 1 day, again, nice and easy. Overall, a friendly service (that I personally didn't experience in similar shops nearby) and you don't need to worry because they will update you once the job is done. Also, they are quite responsive both via sms and email. Despite other customers' reviews, I found them friendly and smiley and their prices are very competitive.

I have been buying and having jewellery made by Jasmine for over 10 years. As has my family. Their design workmanship knowledge and integrity is second to none.

Erdem always does an absolutely amazing job . I have taken watches , rings and chains to him to be fixed and altered and each time he does such a good job I cannot recommend him enough. A gem of a neighborhood jeweler! Every time I had a piece of jewelry redesigned or repaired, the results always exceeded my expectations. The owner just transformed a semi-precious stone I had into a gorgeous pendant! He is a master at his craft and provides attentive service. The prices are fair and the shop is also a small heaven for unique jewelry.

Jasmine Jeweller sells contemporary designed silver and gold jewelries with or without gem stones. The owners Erdem and Kaori are both designer and goldsmiths. They are both creative and skillful. I always have my jewelries made there.

I have been going to this Jeweller for years, they are amazing in what they offer - the personal caring service and their attention to detail and the work they do is unbelievable. I stupidly took my beloved rings to a different Jeweller for cleaning and they totally ruined my rings and offered no solution or help. I was in tears and never thought that they would be the same again. However Erdem helped me and he made my rings look better than they were when they were new! I was really pleased with the service I received from Jasmine Jewellers. My husband and I married last September and my Mum had the idea of melting down my grandparents wedding rings to create two rings for my husband and I. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic about the project and talked us through all the different options open to us. They arranged for us to get engravings on the inside of the ring and we were really pleased with the final outcome - very beautiful and unique. Even my husband (who is not a jewellery man at all!) was very pleased with his ring and loves wearing it. The staff were always friendly, polite and they arranged everything for us so efficiently. Excellent service and friendly staff. The items on display here are far more unique than your typical high street jeweller. Went in to find a birthday gift for my wife. Their recommendation was spot on. The onyx ring I got for her was perfect. I would highly recommend a visit.

Extremely hit or miss experiences here, unfortunately. Have been using this jeweller for 3 or 4 years, mostly with success for repairs / alterations, but I’ve also bought merchandise from the store. The work is good, the proprietor is haughty and arrogant, and the prices are fair. Service, communication, and respect for clients is abysmal to nonexistent. The advertised opening hours are meaningless (the shop is often locked up at 11 am on weekdays) and you should expect weeks to pass between communications from the store; this is not a great combination for a business that depends on customers’ trust. They’ve lost mine and I won’t be returning.

Best little Jeweller. I have been frequenting the shop for many years and bought some truly excellent pieces there are presents. And they have never disappointed. Wonderful service and they make alterations to fit the jewellery to my wishes. I have asked them now to make me some "Man Broaches" from other jewellery pieces in their collection and the have done a great job. They are assured of my continued patronage.
