This world worse experience I ever had in clinic during and after surgery, they are all new trainee who doing your hair transplant like kind of experiment on your head, moreover Even they are not committed on his policy as well, they told me do full my crown cover but after the surgery they made a mistake and he accepted as well they offer me to do second transplant as well because first one not succeed and that reason I lost my original hair as well even I did not get hair in my implanted area. Even, as per contract they does not want to payback money as per refund policy I highly recommend you to dont visit this clinic more.

Hi Guys, It is very honest review, I am leaving here, it is based on my own experience with HGC. I want to tell you, most of the Five star reviews which you see here, they most of them from the day of Surgery, As soon as you finish, your surgery, they ask you to leave Five Star review on the reception. Last year I had my Hair Transplant done by this clinic but results are very bad and I can't see big difference. Almost 18months has passed but still my top area is empty. Even they have ruined my donor area. I swear all they lying they don’t Know nothing I paid £2000 for nothing even before surgery my hair it’s was very good 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎please don’t even try with them

I don't typically give bad reviews for businesses, but after nearly two years of complaining about my surgery and receiving no answer, I decided to take this further and seek citizen advice. This was the worst experience I've ever had in a clinic, both during and after surgery; they were all inexperienced trainees who treated my hair transplant like an experiment on my head; in addition, they weren't committed to his insurance; they told me to cover my crown completely, but after the procedure they made a mistake, which he accepted; they also offered to do a second transplant because the first one had failed, and as a result, I lost my natural hair as well even though I didn't get I strongly advise you not to visit this clinic any more since, despite the contract, they do not want to pay back money in accordance with the refund policy.

It is funny that 5 star paid fake reviews they have hire to hide the reality and what a plan - I do not recommend them at all - they are fake and they will sand you free consultation marketing and once you are in their scam- they will not share any terms and condition and ask you for a promotional offer and you get dragged and than when you share your personnel details and pay and ask for the treatment plan , that's where they make money and disappear. - beware and stay away from them total scam scheme running !!!

Hi I was impressed from social media in regards to hair transplant in the uk.there are lots of picture with celebrities with Dr Rafique,who was my doctor. I have done my hair transplant on 04.06.21 on my crown area but unfortunately still now no hair on the crown area and I am still bold. My question is why you share all the pictures on social media and deceive people if you don't have expertise. I was promised full hair on the crown area but still now no sign for hair. Everyone comments about my bold head even after hair transplant, which means the surgery has not done properly or expertise issues. I made a complaint on 09.04.22 but until today no response. I will not recommend to use their service any more. Most of the review on the trust review may be fake.

I have had two transplant surgeries with Dr rafik first and then doctor Shoaib Mir next. The surgeries were very painful and staff members contradicted themselves many times. Many booked appointments buy clinic staff that the doctors didn't know about just miscommunication overall and just terrible experience. The clinic needs to be investigated thoroughly. I did my first session surgery with dr shoiab in 25 th January and it was a great treatment from his team. Not much pain and already show some good result within 15 weeks. But the second session surgery with dr shoiab have a different team which was not a pleasant experience for me. Lot of pain. I am going to wait for the result obviously. I can recommend one things for everyone who want to go this clinic. Dr shoiab is a great dr so far i see but you have to make sure who else with his team. Wish me good luck.

Used the hair Growth centre a year and half ago. They did a horrible job. I was never told how many grafts were done when I asked because it felt like they didn't do many at all. Today I look at my hair and I still have the bald spot on the crown which was supposed to have been addressed. It's like nothing really was done and I just went there to experience hours of pain on my head! You're better off going to Turkey Istanbul and getting it done there.

The team was very supportive and the process was straightforward than I anticipated. They are professionals at what they do. I felt very calm and stress free during the process. Dr Shuaib explanation was very helpful and he made sure I understood the process. I would definitely recommend hair growth centre because their service is top notch.

The staff made promises about the results that were not kept and I felt as though they were more focused on making a sale than truly helping me. The entire process was a frustrating experience and I would not recommend this center to anyone. The lack of honesty and integrity was unacceptable and I feel misled by their false advertising. If you are considering a hair transplant, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a more trustworthy and professional establishment.

The team have been so helpful keeping me fully informed from pre op to during operation of all the work they are doing. Evans and Alfin done my operation today, had the music on relaxing and let them crack on. I Very minor pain when having anaesthetic but after that no pain and they cracked on working hard. I can’t wait to see the end result and will update this review to let you know.

Feeling comfortable after the surgery, I was concerned about how difficult an 8hr surgery may be but it’s actually not bad at all. ORDER REVIEWS LOW TO HIGH. All the 5* reviews are fake!!! This practice should be banned! My partner was sadly scammed by this practise. They took 1.2k deposit during the consultation to book the hair transplant which was three months later. My partner requested to cancel the appointment. However they said they could not refund due to ‘the date being booked’. What absolute rubbish-no costs had been incurred for them to keep his money!! Illegitimate and illegal practice.

Hi everyone, I would like to share my experience of under going PRP treatment at HGC in London. I must say, this is one of my best experience I’ve had and I highly recommend this centre for all your hair care treatments. Especially the clinic on Chippenham Road, London. Im sure you can all relate we lead a bumpy roller coaster ride with work, family and home and in this chaos we often forget to put ourselves first. But we all need to step back and prioritise on ‘Self love’. After having children I started to lose hair and it came to a point where I was soo self conscious about my hair that I started to hide it underneath a hijab (head scarf). It was not until I was browsing online and came across a post from HGC, that got me intrigued. I was very sceptical and anxious, just like any new thing you start. I wasn’t sure if I would fully commit to it. My consultation with Rob helped to answer all my questions and I addressed my fears. With successful stories and pictures I was convinced this was going to work. Living in Britain is like a menopausal woman, one minute it’s hot and the next it’s cold. It’s soo unpredictable. Resulting to that we often lack in vitamin D and other benefits we get from the sun. But thanks to Rob he gave me a list of supplements which helped boost my vitamins and minerals. The day of treatment quickly came and I was soo not looking forward to it. Thanks to Anita for her lovely hospitality and warm welcome I quickly overcame my fears. The procedure took less than half an hour. I was in and out soo fast. We often think the worst but in fact it’s not really that bad. I felt a small scratch the same way you do when you go for a blood test. It was a little uncomfortable as the treatment involves multiple needles but with a help of ice pack I felt no pain. The support you receive from the minute you join is commendable. Any questions or any anxious feelings they help you overcome it. Another kind member was Zam, who was very kind to give after treatment care and support. They are available 7 days a week and very prompt in replying back.
