The
most
horrible
experience
in
my
life.
I
went
to
the
Chiswick
Clinic
in
October
2020
to
book
an
Isolaz
treatment.
Everyone
was
nice
until
I
actually
payed
a
ton
of
money
(about
700£
for
4
treatments
of
laser
+
peeling
-
discounted
price).
The
nightmare
began
soon
after.
I
had
to
wait
for
months
to
find
1
available
spot
for
my
treatment.
I
was
supposed
to
have
1
treatment
every
1-2
weeks
for
full
effect,
but
they
managed
to
find
a
slot
for
me
after
5
weeks,
even
though
I
offered
to
come
in
the
morning
or
in
my
lunchtime,
in
the
weekend,
etc,
being
very
flexible.
The
clinic
only
worked
12-6
and
everything
was
100%
full.
After
2
sessions
booked
more
than
6
weeks
apart,
someone
contacted
me
saying
that
the
clinic
can’t
do
the
treatment
for
me
because
of
coronavirus.
I
understood
the
situation.
Then
in
the
day
of
the
appointment
I
was
called
and
asked
why
I
am
not
there.
I
explained
that
my
session
was
canceled.
They
said
that
the
cancellation
was
a
mistake.
They
tried
to
reschedule
me
again
in
another
5
-6
weeks
-
but
the
clinic
closed
for
real
this
time.
I
eventually
found
a
free
spot
after
New
Years
and
managed
to
book
another
session
for
May.
When
I
went
for
my
May
session
I
was
told
that
they
cannot
do
the
treatment
as
I
was
exposed
to
the
sun
2
weeks
prior,
but
that
they
will
make
a
skin
test
and
I
should
book
another
session
in
case
the
skin
test
goes
well.
I
booked
the
session
on
the
first
available
spot
that
was
June
25th,
so
after
another
5-6
weeks.
When
I
arrived
they
looked
at
my
face
and
sent
me
home,
saying
that
it
was
a
mistake,
the
booking
was
noted
only
for
skin
review,
not
for
the
actual
treatment.
This
is
when
I
actually
got
upset.
I
waited
for
weeks
and
months
to
be
scheduled
and
I
am
told
that
I
made
all
this
effort
for
nothing.
I
had
to
wait
to
be
booked
again,
so
they
fit
me
in
a
lunch
break
the
following
week,
as
it
was
obvious
that
they
were
causing
me
anxiety.
I
went
again
to
the
clinic
for
the
new
booking
and
they
told
me
that
if
I
used
salicylic
acid
mask
1
week
prior
they
can’t
AGAIN
complete
my
treatment.
Of
course
I
was
afraid
to
go
ahead.
At
this
point
I
literally
didn’t
want
to
ever
return
to
that
clinic
in
my
life.
I
made
several
trips
rushing
in
lunch
breaks
or
leaving
work
meetings
early
for
NOTHING
and
after
waiting
for
weeks
or
months
to
find
a
booking
slot.
A
team
of
unprofessional
people
who
were
just
disrespectful
to
my
time,
travel
and
payed
services.
A
treatment
i
was
supposed
to
have
completed
9-10
months
ago
in
5-6
weeks
wasn’t
even
finished
now.
It
was
just
ridiculous.
I
told
them
I
would
like
a
refund
for
my
last
session.
They
said
it
is
not
possible.
I
explained
that
the
treatment
was
supposed
to
be
done
in
a
package
and
that
it
never
took
effect
because
of
how
the
sessions
were
spread
across
1
year
almost.
They
said
they
understood,
but
that
probably
the
manager
will
not
accept
the
refund.
They
promised
to
ask
and
offered
to
exchange
the
treatment
if
not.
I
eventually
said
ok
as
I
don’t
want
to
fight
with
anyone.
They
told
me
to
leave
and
that
they
would
call
me
with
a
decision
that
day.
Nobody
called
me
for
2
weeks.
I
called
today
and
i
was
told
that
they
can
replace
my
session
with
a
hydra
facial
and
I’ll
have
to
discuss
if
there’s
any
price
difference
with
their
manager.
😳
what
price
difference?
Make
me
pay
more
for
a
treatment
that
I
don’t
want?
They
tried
to
book
me
again,
but
nothing
free
until
end
of
July,
and
even
then
1
sole
spot
at
4.30pm
on
a
Thursday.
That
was
enough
for
me.
I
asked
to
talk
to
the
manager,
who
wasn’t
available,
advised
to
try
on
Tuesday.
This
was
completely
unbelievable.
I
payed
hundreds
of
pounds
for
nothing,
I
traveled
several
times
to
the
clinic
for
nothing
and
I
was
treated
like
I
do
not
matter
at
all.
No
concern
for
the
client,
no
respect
for
personal
time,
just
a
terrible
experience
that
I
want
to
finish
with.
I
usually
don’t
complain
about
anything,
but
after
9
months
and
so
much
money
wasted,
I
will
take
this
complaint
further,
as
these
people
are
really
taking
advantage
and
this
is
not
ok.
