If there was a choice I wouldn't give any star. I had the most horrible experience in my life. The way I was treated at the harrow branch was really bad. I made feel like a person who was incapable and didn't let me see the doctor it was discrimination and I think I would never recommend this clinic to anyone I know.

I went to Harley street Sk:n clinic to see about a mole removal. My appointment was running 30 minutes late. The front of house staff were lovely but the consultant i saw was passive aggressive and pretty rude during the consultation. Barked when he was ready to see me rather than say my name which I find particularly weird considering how expensive an initial appointment is. Won’t be going here again or recommending it to any of my friends.

The most horrible experience in my life. I went to the Chiswick Clinic in October 2020 to book an Isolaz treatment. Everyone was nice until I actually payed a ton of money (about 700£ for 4 treatments of laser + peeling - discounted price). The nightmare began soon after. I had to wait for months to find 1 available spot for my treatment. I was supposed to have 1 treatment every 1-2 weeks for full effect, but they managed to find a slot for me after 5 weeks, even though I offered to come in the morning or in my lunchtime, in the weekend, etc, being very flexible. The clinic only worked 12-6 and everything was 100% full. After 2 sessions booked more than 6 weeks apart, someone contacted me saying that the clinic can’t do the treatment for me because of coronavirus. I understood the situation. Then in the day of the appointment I was called and asked why I am not there. I explained that my session was canceled. They said that the cancellation was a mistake. They tried to reschedule me again in another 5 -6 weeks - but the clinic closed for real this time. I eventually found a free spot after New Years and managed to book another session for May. When I went for my May session I was told that they cannot do the treatment as I was exposed to the sun 2 weeks prior, but that they will make a skin test and I should book another session in case the skin test goes well. I booked the session on the first available spot that was June 25th, so after another 5-6 weeks. When I arrived they looked at my face and sent me home, saying that it was a mistake, the booking was noted only for skin review, not for the actual treatment. This is when I actually got upset. I waited for weeks and months to be scheduled and I am told that I made all this effort for nothing. I had to wait to be booked again, so they fit me in a lunch break the following week, as it was obvious that they were causing me anxiety. I went again to the clinic for the new booking and they told me that if I used salicylic acid mask 1 week prior they can’t AGAIN complete my treatment. Of course I was afraid to go ahead. At this point I literally didn’t want to ever return to that clinic in my life. I made several trips rushing in lunch breaks or leaving work meetings early for NOTHING and after waiting for weeks or months to find a booking slot. A team of unprofessional people who were just disrespectful to my time, travel and payed services. A treatment i was supposed to have completed 9-10 months ago in 5-6 weeks wasn’t even finished now. It was just ridiculous. I told them I would like a refund for my last session. They said it is not possible. I explained that the treatment was supposed to be done in a package and that it never took effect because of how the sessions were spread across 1 year almost. They said they understood, but that probably the manager will not accept the refund. They promised to ask and offered to exchange the treatment if not. I eventually said ok as I don’t want to fight with anyone. They told me to leave and that they would call me with a decision that day. Nobody called me for 2 weeks. I called today and i was told that they can replace my session with a hydra facial and I’ll have to discuss if there’s any price difference with their manager. 😳 what price difference? Make me pay more for a treatment that I don’t want? They tried to book me again, but nothing free until end of July, and even then 1 sole spot at 4.30pm on a Thursday. That was enough for me. I asked to talk to the manager, who wasn’t available, advised to try on Tuesday. This was completely unbelievable. I payed hundreds of pounds for nothing, I traveled several times to the clinic for nothing and I was treated like I do not matter at all. No concern for the client, no respect for personal time, just a terrible experience that I want to finish with. I usually don’t complain about anything, but after 9 months and so much money wasted, I will take this complaint further, as these people are really taking advantage and this is not ok.

You can never get through to them. Their phone lines go to a call center in Birmigham that is never able to reach the clinics. The call center staff are horrendeously rude. And I've endured calling them everyday this week to speak to the clinic to no avail.

Spend my life constantly walking to Harley Street to change appointments. Always a 30min-1hr wait time if you call them and then quite often get cut off and have to repeat the process.

Terrible experience. They messed up my first booking with them so I had to come back. On my second visit, they were 45 minutes late seeing me for treatment with no apology. Receptionist is rude and unhelpful as well. I was considering buying more treatment packages with them but will not be doing that now after the disorganised and rude mess that this clinic is.

Kay on reception is very welcoming and goes above and beyond to help you - great customer service. Margarita is excellent, she has been doing mine and my mums laser treatment. She is very friendly, putting you at ease by explaining everything she’s doing, ensuring you’re happy every step of the way.

I really like that I didn’t feel like treatments or products were being pushed onto me. The doctor took a less is more approach and just recommended one affordable product, and suggested that after a month we see how it progressed and whether we proceed with a stronger treatment. Very happy with this!

I had a great collaboration with Loretta my practitioner who discussed in a very detailed manner all my options in regards to my acne problems. She advised me on the best technology which is meant to show massive improvement after the first sessions in removing the acne scar and kill the bacteria. Loretta has been great in my journey with the clinic and look forward continuing collaborating with her and the clinic. I definitely recommend her and the clinic.

Really happy with this clinic! I went for a Millia removal, and from the first consultation onwards the staff was very professional and polite. I went back for a doctor consultation and the actual removal and everything went super smoothly. Within two days I had my skin perfect again, with no scars or anything. Highly recommend and would definitely come back. Very competitive prices for being in central London.

I was at first a bit apprehensive in going to Harley Street as I have heard both good and bad stories as well as the astronomical fees that some of the medical practitioners charge for their service. After a couple of months of research, speaking to friends and several recommendations, I decided to go ahead with getting hair removed with SKN Harley Street branch. From the initial consultation to after care service, SKN Harley Street have been amazing. Their staff are highly trained and well-versed with the various different procedures they offer as well how to look after your skin following the procedure. The prices are very reasonable compared to other hair removal clinics I researched and the location is very convenient to get to. I was able to get my treatment during my lunch break which helped save me time. I would highly recommend SKN Harley Street and their staff!

Came in for a consultation a month or so, trying to sort my acne scarring out. My consultation was strange, no real beginning middle and end, my lady who spoke to me was nice and explained only what was on the price sheet, prices and howany sessions I would need, no real explanations about the technology or how things worked, she then went on to tell me how many properties she has bought over lock-down and how many properties she owns in total, her life and her plans of early retirement. My consultation was basic to say the least, none explorative and unprofessional. I bought a product which I like but will definitely not go back !

Camilla did such an amazing job! The hydrafacial was so relaxing, and the massage was exceptional. I will definitely come back and see her again.

DO NOT GET LASER DONE HERE. I bought 10 sessions of fully body laser. After 10 sessions, I had almost no results. I even went to my doctor and got my hormones checked to make sure nothing else was going on and nothing was. I told my laser therapist I was not happy with the results. After two different laser therapists confirmed to me my results were not as expected they did path test after patch test and told me they had been using the wrong setting. The laser therapists told me to complain as it was their mistake I was eligible for additional sessions. I sent the official complaint and was completely blown off when I was doing exactly what the laser therapists told me to do. BEWARE of this place. paying £1000s for laser to not work. Getting misinformation and using the wrong settings from the therapists. Being told you are eligible for free sessions at the new setting, but then customer service saying no. Don't waste your time or money getting laser here.

Superb treatments from Mona. She is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional and our treatments always start on time. The quality of treatments are consistent and she takes great care to ensure she's covered everything and you're comfortable throughout. All my treatments are booked with Mona. On one occasion I was informed by reception that I was being seen by someone else (perhaps an admin error). Mona kindly cut her lunch short so she could do the treatment- incredibly accommodating, and really didn't need to offer. I have struggled to find go-to practitioner here as the employee turnover is extremely high, and I think it's important to stick to one person with anything health/body related. It can be a relief to find a practitioner you're genuinely happy with and can trust.

This was the second time i've had fractal laser treatment at this clinic so I knew what to expect. The feedback i gave after appointment 1 was clearly taken on board and a stronger numbing cream was used. The nurse and doctor were good at making polite conversation and giving reassurance which can help people feel calm after a hectic journey. The numbing cream is applied an hour before the appointment - which might cause some confusion because you need to remember to arrive an hour before your appointment time. The side effects of the stronger numbing cream for me was some slight dizziness to start with, and my heartbeat did speed up slightly. The procedure itself wasn't painless and at times it was almost unbearable. Any time it was likely to hurt more i was made aware by the doctor so i could prepare myself. I think my tolerance for the pain was being constantly assessed by both the nurse and the doctor. I wouldn't say 'i enjoyed my visit 100% because there was pain -who enjoys pain? I'm confident I'll enjoy the results when my healing is complete. I understand that for me to be able to walk out of the clinic afterwards without being sleepy due to the pain relief i may have to endure some pain during the procedure. I can understand that people will be nervous when undergoing a procedure and may have a lot of things running through their minds so the whole thing was made easier by pleasant conversation and a cup of tea. After the procedure thanks to the stronger numbing cream and paracetamol I was able to go off and do other things instead of needing to go straight home as i did after my first procedure.

Loretta was kind, informative and took the time to explain the procedure. She answered all of my questions and gave me time to process. I feel very well looked after and would definitely recommend Harley street SK:n to others

I've had two hair laser hair removal sessions so far with Kamila. Kamila has been fantastic and a real pleasure to work with since the initial consultation. She carefully explained the treatment when we first met, took time to answer all my questions, and diligently carried out the procedure. She's very knowledgeable about laser, very friendly and always makes sure I am comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend her if you're looking to get treatments done!

Really pleased with my consultation with Loretta today. I booked an appointment to discuss anti aging solutions, not quite knowing which one would be best for me. I received knowledgable advice that explored different treatments, and I was given recommendations based on my personal skin type. Partial tattoo laser removal. New practitioner (Paris?) sorry, not sure of name, is so much better - really found her service excellent, professional and personal manner tip top. Please keep her! So much better experience. I use this company because their lasers are excellent quality. can be hard to contact on the phone, hence not 5 stars. But otherwise can only recommend based on my December visit.

I’ve been treated by Emily and Lucy and had a really welcoming experience! I felt safe and comfortable and the treatment is so effective! I now shave once every 4-6 weeks and that’s only after two treatments. I’ve had tattoos and waxing so I don’t find it too painful but it’s so quick that even if you have a low pain tolerance you would be fine. The experience has been very professional and I’m very happy with the service and treatment so far!

Emily, a laser hair removal therapist, is particularly thorough and makes you feel very comfortable. I purchased a laser hair removal package and am almost half way through my sessions. I have been happy with the results so far. I have had a number of therapists and they have all been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, however, Emily has stood out as being particularly thorough.

I’ve been going to the Mona Patel at the Harley Street clinic for laser hair removal for several years now. Prior to Mona I had years of laser hair removal in multiple other locations and countries around the world, and I can honestly that Mona is the best. Mona is very precise, patient, and knows the ins and outs of laser hair removal. Her many years of experience is obvious from the moment you step foot into her clinical room. If going to the Harley Street clinic then I recommend that you ask for Mona to do your laser hair removal.

I had microneedling preformed by Mona and Fiona. It was a very professional treatment. I felt safe and comfortable throughout. I felt at ease to ask questions and the final result was fabulous. I would strongly recommend this treatment. And a big thank you to the two ladies who did the work

Have been using this clinic for a few months now since they took over from Harley street clinic. The staff from the reception to the clinicians/nurses are so friendly and welcoming. I have had many sessions and everyone single one I have felt relaxed and in safe hands. I want to mention a nurse in particular and that’s Kate. Kate has been amazing. She is patient, kind and so knowledgable. She listened to my concerns and ensured I was able to make contact with herself or the team if I had any issues even after my treatment. I will continue with my treatment here and I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic… ask for Kate, you will not regret it.
