The clinic doesn’t live up to its obligations. The day 2 test as well as the fit-to-fly-test were late. Don’t expect your test results within 40+ hours. Please note these 40+ hours only apply when you call customer service yourself. Making an appointment was quite easy. Customer service is polite, but I’m sorry to say that doesn’t get your results in time for your flight. *** Regen Clinic team has replied and asked us to send an email. We did no reply. That was 1 week ago. I wonder what their response time to mails is? 48 days? 48 months?

I got a fit-to-fly PCR test at the Brighton branch and it was fine, all went well, friendly staff, etc. After the test I was handed a 'International Arrivals Day 2 Rapid Antigen Test Kit'. The person who gave me the kit said, "you have to do this test when you get back to the UK" and that was all. I left the test at home so I didn't have to carry it with me in the USA, but took a photo of the box which had a barcode with a 9 digit alphanumeric identifier under it - as I did with all of my other Covid test docs, travel insurance, etc. The night before my return flight when I checked in online, there was a notification from the airline that I had to fill in an online passenger locator form which asked for the day 2 'reference number'. When I entered the number on the box it was rejected and I couldn't complete the form. I couldn't find out why, and the next morning I emailed the Regenerative Clinic but didn't get a reply, then managed to call my wife who found the test kit, read the instructions, paid the fee of £39, and I managed to fill in the form. I wish it had been made clear that all of this had to be done before I returned to the UK. Who needs added stress at a time when travel is incredibly stressful anyway? It took hours for me to sort this out. I went to the Brighton clinic and spoke to a member of staff who apologised for the mix up, but she agreed that the process involving arrivals tests is not very clear. So why wasn't that point made when the test kit was given to me? Altogether I paid £118 for tests, plus additional phone and data costs incurred in the US but words are free to dispense - I would like to have heard more information and instruction when the test was first given to me.

My partner and I booked a Day2 test back on 8/19, waited a week to receive our Unique Reference ID and emailed the clinic directly, no response. Finally, I received the auto-generated response including my ID on 8/28, but my partner is still waiting for his and has emailed directly requesting it last week. Also no response. Understand you guys are busy, but to be 3 weeks behind on sending these out what's said to arrive within 1 hour AND not responding to emails sent, there is no excuse for. Hoping our experience getting tested at your clinic when we arrive is better than what we've seen so far.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I booked the same-day Covid-19 test and I did my test at 11.55AM. I was told at the testing site that my results would come out by midnight or 6 AM at the latest. I purposely paid EXTRA for same day results as I needed the results for an interview the next day. It has now been MORE than 24 hours and I have yet fo receive my results. I had to cancel an INTERVIEW for a job because of the incompetence of this clinic. I had been in 4 rounds of the interview process and it would have been the final one had I been able to receive my results on the promised time. I have called customer service at 8.30 am and was told I would receive my results in 30 minutes, I called again at 10 am when I had not received my results and was told to JUST WAIT. When I started to complain she told me to email the clinic instead and hung up. I called again at noon and waited in line for 25 minutes only to be hung up on when I was the NEXT CALLER. I have never been so dissatisfied with a service before. DO NOT EVER USE.

WILL NOT BE GETTING SERVICE FROM THIS CLINIC AGAIN ! This result timeline is not as promised when I booked and paid the competitive price for the test. It goes beyond the 36 hours. As a result, I couldn't get on to my flight this morning. I left it more than 36 hours in the hope that ill get the certificate Fit to Fly. When I tried to get in touch with the customer care line - I was left holding for an hour and half. Very very poor service. I will be cancelling further test with this clinic. I would like a refund please.

I did a same-day COVID PCR test at their Reading clinic at 12:50pm. It was quick and easy, with no queue. They said the results would be out before midnight, and indeed they were: my results came out at 11:20pm on the same day. I note from the reviews here that unfortunately not everyone has had the same quick turnaround of their test, and those reviews made me slightly nervous. However, for me, they delivered on time and I’m happy with the service.

Absolute joke of a service, as you can clearly see from the photos. Booked a test for 10 AM and arrived on time just to find a cue of 25 ppl. Clearly money hunger and a poor management can be translated into OVERBOOKED. Also hope Canary Wharf Management will take some action as the waiting crowd blocks exist/access routes to DLR.

I booked a fit to fly test for myself and my daughter online. This was a 36 hour result test. It was easy to navigate. The staff at Thayer Street, who administered our PCR tests, were personable, thorough and extremely professional. Our results came through under 24 hours later, via text/email. I would highly recommend this clinic. Very impressed.

It was my first time to go to my holiday, I feel some worries if it is no hassle to fly but in time I've got my result in my email inbox and I was relieved. Thanks to all the staff of The Arcade Bournemouth for your kind assisted on me. Keep it up😍

I needed to get a COVID test result in less than 24 hours as a requirement to travel to the US and I got my results in 45 minutes! The staff there are pleasant, especially Michael. He helped me through the process of my COVID test and reassured me my test results would be emailed to me within 4 hours. Overall, a very positive experience.

Unreliable. They are obviously taking more work than they can handle. I ordered a next-day COVID Day 2 PCR test to be done in clinic rather than a home kit so that I can be certain I will get the result on time and be able to go to work. I even asked at the time of taking the sample if they think I should upgrade to a same-day test. No, they said, it will be done by midnight next day. At 6 am the day after it transpired they have lost my sample. I had to call them twice to find that out. I had to skip work and go for a re-swab. Earlier in December when I was making the booking their Google rating was above 4.5, now it is steadily dropping and most complaints are regarding delayed test results.

DO NOT USE- I booked a same day results PCR test & didn’t receive my results on the same day so missed my event I required the PCR test for & caused a great deal of stressed. I had to call & email many times & even though they didn’t return my test results in the correct time period I didn’t even receive a full refund

Worst possible service. After paying it well in advance for day 2 and Day 8 package, I got home and all is there. Great, I think. I was wrong. I open the envelope and all is finely sealed..no instructions though on how to actually perform the test on myself, just only the 1 page instructions on how to seal the tests and post them. Do the day 2 test, post it, and after 5 days nothing comes back. I then call them, only to wait for 30 mins on the phone and have the operator just hung up on me. I call again, and after another solid 25 minutes I got told that results are going to be in my inbox in an hour maximum. After 2 days nothing comes through. Same story for the day 8 test. Today is technically my day 12, and finally I got the day 2 results. I guess that my money are better spent somewhere else.

I was extremely pleased by the efficiency of The Regenerative Clinic. I booked the test when I was still in California and it was extremely easy to do so. The clinic was ready when I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. The paperwork was painless and quick. The extraction of the sample was also painless and quick. And the results were available in less than an hour. Kudos to them for such great work.

Results were not sent. It took two phone calls to get the issue resolved, each phone call you have to wait in the queue for 20 to 30 minutes. After the first phone call, I was assured that the email will be sent, only for me to have to call again wait another 20mins on the phone and talk to the manager. The manager promptly sent me the results. For that I am greatful. I really hate giving bad reviews but people rely on this service and there are lots at stake, missed flights, missed engagements. Unacceptable time frame for issue resultion given that the results are valid for 48/72 hours.

Booked a covid antigen test with same day results and received them within a couple of hours. Found the whole process quick, smooth and efficient. No waiting around for my appointment, and minimal paperwork. Convenient location too. Would definitely recommend

My family & I needed rapid antigen tests for travel abroad, & we had incredible service at the Kingston clinic. Easy to book, such professional and lovely receptionists and the nurse was extremely gentle and considerate. We were given our results verbally instantly, then the written confirmation arrived within an hour or less. I would recommend to anyone, especially those who may struggle with these tests, because they were so friendly and helpful and made everyone feel at ease. Our travel went without a hitch & the test was valid for where we were going

The doctor we are seeing is great however it is so difficult to get through admin at times. Phone lines are disconnected or emails not answered. Some staff are not solution orientated . On this basis I wouldn't recommend but we are only using the service because of a certain doctor

We have used the Bournemouth Regenerative Centre on many occasions. We have found them polite and professional and would recommend their service for testing before you travel.

Great for fast tests for travel. Easiest to book and just pop in and out among all the clinics. Michael did my test last and was great, very clear and efficient.

Absolutely pathetic. Ordered a same day PCR test, went into the Kingston clinic where the lady swabbed one side of my nose. I was told I would receive the results by midnight latest guaranteed. By 6pm, I called to ask about my results and they told me it will arrive shortly. I called again at 9pm and again at 10pm, and at midnight still NO result! I called again and they said "We were going to email you now as your results was inconclusive, however we know you are travelling tomorrow morning but you can go to Canary Wharf and pay £199 extra to get your results within the hour". WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE.

I booked Covid day2 test with the Canary wharf clinic as I was flying into UK from abroad and my flight got cancelled at last moment by airlines. After rebooking flight, i requested for test to be postponed by 4 days..have sent 2 emails already with no reply and have been on hold for 2 hours already with no end in sight! Is this your service really? How many hours I need to hold in order to be able to contact you to just postpone a test?

Amazing experience at the Canary Wharf clinic. Would recommend this to all if you need an RTPCR in a hurry. I was seen by a lovely lady who was extremely professional and did the swab quickly. I had booked same day results and was told that I would get it by midnight. My appointment was at 8am yesterday and the results were available by 7pm the same evening. Having heard horror stories I was pleasantly surprised when the result arrived so quickly without the need to follow up.

RT PCR Next Day(Dated 3rd week of July2022): Results came on 24th hour precisely and staff are extremely supportive and friendly while taking the test hence re-rated from 1 star to 5 star and please do read my comments(written few months ago) below-they have improved a lot in these three months time. RT PCR Next Day(Dated 1st Week of april 2022): Even though they mentioned 24-36 hours in website,it is the result at 31st to 36th hour ONLY. Don't get fooled by thinking that it for next day Travel. Their website mentioned that test taken after 4.30PM will get further delayed on results. So I took in morning before 8AM but end up getting results only on the 31st hour and that was not a good experience overall since my latest email was not even got a response for THREE HOURS after the first email chain.Do you think they fit for a Traveler to go and catch flight the next day? It's a joke.Strong suggestion: Please remove '24' from Next Day Service since it's not serving the purpose. I would have gone to different vendor.Regenerative-never again. Note: their staffs were kind while taking tests hence given 1 star for that matter but the outcome not satisfying at all.

Two stars because I believe the costumer service agents did everything they could, and were genuine in their desire to help me. I booked a Same Day PCR test on December 23rd so I could board a flight home on December 24th. My appointment was at 11:30am and the process was quick and the staff very nice. I knew I would receive my test result around midnight because it's clearly mentioned in the email reservation and a friend of mine went through the same clinic days prior. By midnight, the results didn't come so I called. I was told that my results were inconclusive so they should be ready by 1:30am. It wasn't ideal but my flight was at 7:30am so I still had time. Before I continue, I should mention that I had tested positive for Covid that same week even though I was already outside my self-isolation period, so I wasn't certain that the test would be negative. I went ahead with the PCR test hoping it would be negative. I called every hour until 5am when I was told my results would be ready at 6:45am, 45 minutes before my flight. Because of the uncertainty and the tardiness of the result, I had to cancel my flight home. This means I won't be spending Christmas with my family. Rescheduling the flight is too expensive because of the time of the year and the place where I'm from is a small city in Texas. As I mentioned, the overnight customer service reps were very sensitive of my situation and sincerely apologized, one of them offered to call me as soon as my result was ready and another, a woman that I wish I knew her name, could tell I was upset and tried her best to make me feel better. At the end of the day, I will receive a full refund but it won't make up the stress and frustration I feel. The result ended up coming at 6:20am and was negative.

While the testing experience was smooth, the promised result by midnight never arrived. (I had the test at 11am and paid extra for the same-day service.) Had to ring after midnight and wait for ages to get a response. An over-priced rip-off. Go elsewhere. They promised me an email confirming a partial refund would arrive in '10 minutes'. 12 hours later I am still waiting for this

Covid travel test here. I chose it because it was the cheapest I could find. There's a reason it's the cheapest, and it didn't end up being so cheap in the end when it proved to be impossible to reschedule after a flight cancellation so I had to pay twice (no reply to emails, calls, facebook messages). The place was a bit dingy, and the people weren't particularly professional. They were reasonably polite, and it is a convenient location, but there were small things that made me think they didn't really understand microbiology well enough to be doing sensitive diagnostic work (like pulling on and off masks rather than changing them, touching their faces without washing their hands, not giving clear instructions or explanations, etc.). Probably fine if the point is just as a tick box exercise for travel, but I wouldn't really trust the accuracy of their results.

I’m not completely satisfied with this clinic. After booking the second day test I didn’t receive the reference code. Had to call them, from abroad to request that info. Back in England, after being tested, I was supposed to get results 48h after but that wasn’t the case. Had to call them again (5 days later). Utter lack of professionalism!
