HISPANIC LADY SERVER IS THE WORSE. NEVER SMILES, NEVER COMES AROUND. MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE A BURDEN TO HER. TO MANY PIZZA PLACES AROUND TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT. SHE IS NOT DOING THE BUSINESS ANY GOOD. OBVIOUSLY NOT HAPPY WITH HER JOB. ON A BETTER NOTE PIZZA WAS GREAT!!

The lasagna with near sauce and clam chowder were fantastic. I didn't quite like the rigatoni with vodka sauce (thought it was a little bland, but the basil on it was lovely). Our server was fantastic, too! Bread was ok. Portion size for the pasta was generous. (~$14 for each pasta dish with cup of soup and bread included). Very filling.

I was in town visiting from Atlanta, GA. Every time I visit I like to try new places and this came highly recommended by my uncle who lives in Illinois. The drinks were good but I didn’t care for my meal. It was tasteless (bland), but two different employees recommended it 😶 & the wings my mom ordered were big AF. They say the wings were good but I couldn’t & can’t do big chicken. The customer service was excellent and the salad with my meal was really good. I will be back for a drink or two in the future and the customer service.

I mean how can you beat Papa’s? We’ve been coming here for 25+ years. No one can beat their specials, their prices, their buffet, their nachos, and especially their pizza. I’ve drive 4.5 hours multiple times to have an extra large pepperoni 🍕 pizza from Papa’s before. Don’t miss their breasted chicken either. The star of the show remains their pizza. I think the secret is the original ovens, though all the ingredients are phenomenal and they put lots of cheese on there. The staff is kind and caring and get to know you. As of a few years ago, their selection of Mexican food has also gotten amazing too. Nothing can match coking to Papa’s getting a pitcher and pizza or nachos or wings, and talking about the big questions in life.

One of my favorite spots - there’s something there for everyone. Amazing food, brand new arcade for the kids, video poker for the adults, A+ bloody Mary’s, event spaces to host a party, outdoor section, buffet, catering and to tie it all together, it is owned and operated by the KINDEST, most thoughtful people. Where else can you go where the owner is working every day because they truly love what they do?

It's a regular local standby. Good buffet, but miss the old salads and fruit selections. Service is okay depending on who you get, but overall, we enjoy the chicken. Great place to catch up with Friends. Updated, still no fruit which is sad, and still only serving the Caesar salad in the buffet. It's a shame because I really enjoyed their variety of salads before. 😥 The chicken is always pretty good and the soups are good too. I still miss the old buffet though with the fruit !

Great sports bar with American style food. Pizzas are the main item, but decided to try the full slab of ribs and LOVED them. Good flavor and fall-off-the-bone tender. Wife had a Reuben and the espresso martini. Very nice waitstaff. First time here and definitely will come back to try the pizza.

The food is all really good here. We were here in one of the event spaces. The Italian beef and chicken are my favorites. The pizza is pretty good too

Recently visited for a baby shower. The room was great. The food was very delicious! Servers were very attentive and helpful. They helped make it a really nice party!

A welcoming and pleasant environment I went to the Maercker School to support the music department where my daughter and grandsons go. 20% of the entire charge is given to the school. The kids are also given free tokens to use in this game room. The atmosphere was quite family-friendly, and many kids from the same school were present. The Bulls game was playing on all of the televisions in the spotless eatery. A fantastic event took place at a fantastic moment!

What a lovely place for families to gather for a meal. Our family finished a celebration of life day at Papa Passero's where we were fed a terrific buffet of chicken, fish, Italian beef, salads, and beverages. The staff were considerate as well as attentive. The food was great with the chicken being a definite highlight. We appreciate all they did to make our day hassle free.

I used to enjoy this place. The food is frozen and expensive and now the game room is sooooo expensive. I ordered a BLT wrap it barely had bacon bits on it for $12.95. I get a $12 Jim beam rocks its more than I spend at nice restaurants. I drop $60 in game room and get mediocre food I'm over it. I feel taken advantage of going there anymore, too bad. I have even used to cater party's and the chicken was dry because they pick the pieces or you get charged more, so they can get rid of the old stuff but still charge top dollar. There should be some kind of loyalty points program to use by using the game room, like everywhere else. my kids hit a jackpot too with tickets and they said they had to check the cameras and never got back to them. I mean come on give it t the 8 year old. it was odd.

Great family restaurant with really good food, and a game room for when the kids start to get annoying and you're trying to finish your beer.

Papa Passero's has great pizza! Pizza is, of course, very subjective as there are many different tastes, but we are never disappointed and find their pizza to be very consistent in taste and texture. We stopped at noon, forgetting they have a lunch buffet. The parking lot was full as many 50+ plus men gather here for their buffet. The non-pizza offerings on the buffet was good but very limited with many empty pans and a the usual lunch time group waiting for more to be brought out; the plentiful pizza offerings were hot, delicious and generous. The crust has a yeasty, almost beer-like flavor; the toppings are of a very good quality and the flavors meld together well. As for the buffet, never got any fish and only a taste of their pasta. But we stopped for pizza and had a bonus of Caesar salad and a brownie from the buffet line. Friendly server staff, our beverages were never empty and tables were cleared immediately.

Great place for parties, family dinner, just drinks, etc. They have it all and great staff! Highly recommend and a newly remodeled arcade! Gluten-free items too! Great fried chicken, salads, nachos, etc! Too much to list!

Delicious pizza. I haven't been there in 35 years and I was very happy it was as good as I remember from when I was a kid! Friendly atmosphere too. But wow the pizza is killer!!

I organize a retiree lunch bi-monthly for about 16 people who used to work together. They give us a room and we order pizzas and drinks. Service is always good, the pizzas are delicious and the prices are reasonable. Thanks Papa Passero's!

Amazing location for both adult and child gatherings! You can't beat the value of the Buffet, and the food and service are always excellent! They are wonderful people who have supported many other groups over the years, including our softball team, for many years. Also, Laura, the owner, is the nicest of Women.

Fantastic location for a party! On Saturday night, I held my daughter's graduation celebration there in one of their several banquet/party rooms. All of our visitors thought the food was excellent. The wait service was always within earshot, quite courteous, and very attentive. The children loved playing in the gaming room. There are simply not enough positive things to say about Papa Passero's!

Great food buffet! Their brosted chicken is awesome! Bar and drinks are your typical sports bar. Reservations are helpful!

We love the dinner buffet @$11.99 per person. Greek salad, 2 soups, pizza, Italian beef, fried chicken, veges, hot dogs, chimichangas, brownies, rice pudding, jello. Very good.

Went here a few times for birthday parties; food was decent, chicken crispy, restrooms were generally clean. But the service felt generally unwelcoming and unhelpful. Requested for drinks a few times and waited around for servers, and the few times we interacted with servers they were curt and had a very annoyed attitude. I would rate higher if they were more helpful and kind.
