I ordered through DoorDash last night and when I got my pizzas, almost everything was incorrect. Tried calling and nothing so I decided to go up there. When I got up there, they said the system was down so they just gave me whatever pizzas they had. They told me they would be refunding my whole order but don’t know how true that is since they refuse to answer their phones all day. Been on hold now for 20+ minutes. This is not the first or second time I’ve had problems with this location so shame on me.

Pizza that is hot, fresh, and reasonably priced. Quick wait times and a welcoming staff. The counter has been improved and offers visual attractiveness. Always be tidy. Although I have never seen a bad circumstance, the young men and women who work here are friendly and do their best during busy hours. Customers, please be patient. Nobody likes to be screamed at while working. For the price, it's a good pizza that hits the spot that just $5.

We love this little Caesar’s. The folks are very kind. Our pizza is always ready. Our granddaughters loved the little extra cookie treat on our last run.

Always at least 30 minutes past the time they say it will be. Today I Ordered at 6:30. Said it would be ready at 7:01. Didn’t walk out of there with my food until 7:40. I understand things get busy but the workers seemed indifferent to the issue. At one point there were over 20 people waiting inside for their food. And none of the workers seemed in any kind of hurry to fill the orders. No apologies. Then I got the wrong pizza which I didn’t realize till I got home. Oh well. Now I know to always order well in advance.

Just picked up my pizza from the store. I ordered and paid for extra marinara sauce. The employee (tall white male with brown curly hair) forgot to put the sauce with my order. When I asked him for the sauce, he was very rude, threw the sauce on the counter and walked away. The cup was half full, I asked him to fill the cup (which I paid for), he said NO, turned his back and walked away. Extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Very toxic attitude for this business.

The only good thing about Little Cesar’s is that it was fast. If it’s going to take 45 minutes to do 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni, thank take it off the menu. I’ll just take the time to get better pizza.

This place is so bad it’s silly. Maybe it’s a sign of the economy but this location cannot handle demand whatsoever. Sure it’s cheap pizza but expect to wait 45 minutes plus easily. They frequently shut off their online ordering service and refuse to take additional orders by phone or in person because they can’t handle the demand. Management would do well to either pay these kids better and/or hire more of them.

They had the ready made pizzas that I wanted. The young man Alex is very nice, friendly and helpful.

About a year ago I told myself I would never come back here The staff was horrible the wait time was horrendous but now it did a complete turnaround The management and the staff are 100% there for you I ask you how you doing and tell you goodbye you get your food on time they tell you how long you're going to wait. I highly recommend coming back here I love Little Caesars and I'm happy this place is thriving now.

Store Order ID: 1015745 For a Detroit-Style deep dish 3 meat. What a disappointment. After working 12 hours the last thing I wanted to do was re-heat my overly undercooked pizza for an additional 20mins at home. I know for a fact that ceasars is fairly simple to assemble and even more simple to cook and this kind of incompetence deserves retraining on cook time for specialty pizzas. Horrendous!

EXTRA MOST WORSTEST!! I've tried this chain brand from locations stretching from Milwaukee to Muskego to Waukesha and have to say that employees working at all locations have no regard for safety of food handling practices. No hair nets used, no gloves worn, barehand face touching then handling food. Disgusting really! On one occasion, I ordered and while waiting saw an employee go out to smoke right in front of the store where all customers could see. Then employee came back in, did not even wash their hands and began touching of barehand contact with food. I've already reported a number of these violations to the Health Department. Want good pizza made right through the proper sanitary measures..., Little Ceaser's is NOT it!!!!! Go to Costco in New Berlin, inside Kirkland pizza is DA BOMB DIGGITY! All employees following proper heath protocols providing customers a safe eating experience! And the pizza is SOOO GOOD!🍕

Pizza at a good price, but they got 2 out of 4 pizzas wrong. Definitely check your pizza before you leave the store.

I just ordered a pizza and crazy bread from this location and both items were not edible. They were dry, and hard. The man that served me got both the pizza and bread out of the warmer and my guess, the items were in there waaaayyyyy too long. What a waste of money that I didn’t have to waste!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is 2nd time your 1111 Fairview Avenue westmount IL branch messed with my order in just 7 days. My first messed up order is on 3rd April which is for 2 Extra Mostbest pizzas and i received regular pizza the order number is 749 and today on 10th of April i ordered 2 stuffed cruses pizza and received regular pizza again order number is 186. I placed those orders online and charged full amount. I moved from San Antonio Tx and i never find any of Little Caesars branch and staff making this kind of mistakes on regular basis

2 times I've gotten pizza here. I'll be it honest . It definitely stuck out from every single little ceasers pizza I've ever had. They absolutely perfectly broil the top and they perfectly put those ingredients together because I swear to God if I had cut it into squares I would have thought it was from rosattis or somewhere that's way more in price. Good job guys lol

Actually pretty good for the price. Quick service. We got a cheese pizza..maybe request a little extra cheese so it's enough. When we ordered it a second time and asked for a little more cheese, it was great. No complaints. Also try the garlic butter. Overall I don't think you can go wrong, especially if you're hungry 😋

Ordered pizzas last night ended up with burnt pizzas delivered... I wish they would've just redone these or let me know they came out burnt. Tried calling and phone just rang for 20 minutes. Be careful when ordering from this place.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for pickup using the app. I was asked to tip, for 0 service. I entered a code into an automated pickup box. What did I get? A burnt pizza that tasted horrible. The worst I've ever gotten from this location in 10 years. I won't be returning.
