Nice beach, good facilities and very clean and had a dog friendly beach. There are better beaches in the UK, but this is exactly as you’d expect. Certainly helped that we went when it was sunny.

Very Lovely beach. Lots of dog walkers about! The water was so far out at around 3pm when we had arrived and later on at 6pm the water was close and it was nice. The only bad thing is the water it is very dirty. However there seemed to be another area for swimmers with no dog access which was nice.

Lovely place! It's a shame that you can't reach the water due to tides however the pier and restaurants are plenty and allows you to spend quality time with your love ones . I will recommend!

Had a late last minute trip to weston super mare from bristol in the evening. Amazingly close to train station, gorgous sandy beaches. Plenty of toilet (20p to use) and a huge array of fish and chips and other food places. Also the amusement fairground and donkeys to ride. Loved it! Will definitly come again earlier in the day! Also spotted mini golf and ferris wheel but was closed by the time i was there but still food places open and arcades

Lovely place, old stone architecture, mixed with new. You can park on the beach on the sand. One of the biggest tidle ranges in on South of England. Near the M5 easy to get to.

Images by Lewisia Photography. Poem by Loch Narrative. MARE MAID They sit sublime on sunken rocks . To locals disbelief. In scaled down iridescent frocks . Of myth and coral reef . Unfurling need for human touch. Each tear turns into pearl . Closing seas and captains clutch. Her never ending peril. She's the one that makes a splash . The fishermen reform. With tail she gives a salty thrash. The calm before the storm. Tales for children, sons and daughters . With claims of fleeting glimpse. She leaves no prints in muddy waters. His story slowly limps. She blows a kiss and cheeky wink . Does sailor's VIP . Then dips her hips deep in the drink . With merriment and glee. Her skin it skims along with grace . Tossed locks remain bone dry. Before disappearing without trace. She splits the sea and sky. The siren's song becomes clichΓ©d. Joe public duly craves. On whereabouts of said Mare Maid. Beneath the Weston waves.

Nice sandy beach in uk. Good and reachable facilities with ice cream and drinks. Big space to be able to have distance between other people and yourself. There is also good conditions to practice kytesurf if you like or football in the beacj.

My wife and I visited on a sunny and warm Saturday in June and we walked along the beach and under the pier. Very pleasant. Mind you, since I'd forgotten to bring my knotted hankie I had to wear a hat instead.

Great British seaside resort, with everything there. You would need a few days to do everything. Sandy beaches including madeira cove which is a sea water pool, and along the beach there is a man-made pool.

They supply fabulous sunsets in Weston-super-Mare! Best part of the beach is from Royal Sands walking south towards Uphill Yatch Club, the sand dunes are lovely

Great place for a walk. The seafront is lovely. The pier is nice, though costs Β£1 to enter (could work out a bit pricy if you have a family and are holidaying in the area!)

Nice clean beach, relaxing walk, nice views. Although the area could do with some rejuvenation.

Went yesterday for the first time, water was miles away, I was there for a good few hours waiting for the tide to come back in lol and it was muddy in places. I loved how the main car park was right by the beach and tropicana fun fair, 20 pounds for 16 tokens. Most kids rides took 2 tokens each a few other stuff took 3 and 4 tokens each. Didn't get to explore the grand pier though 10 pounds parking all day, ferris wheel is like 20 pounds roughly for 4 people There was like a stone made pool for the kids knee deep water but it was filthy tbh

The beach is nice it has donkey rides and entertainment for children in the summer, the tide can be dangerous though and the tide is out quite far at times leaving mud which can be dangerous to walk on

Few places closed down , probably due to the pandemic. Pleasant walk on beach including the flag art work. but had trouble finding a Public toilet that was open.

Great seaside resort. Yeah not perfect but seafront walk makes up for everything.

The beach is just for walking and walking the dog due to the tide. So sad its so hard to enjoy the water

It’s good if you like spending time at the beach, without entering the water, confused? Welcome to Weston Super Mare. The water is at least a couple of miles away from the beach. On the upside, it’s a huge beach, never feels crowded even on the busier days.

Clean and nice sandy beach! The water comes in at around 4:30 pm so before that it's a walk to get to the water.. due to the high tide every day the water aren't clear but sandy.. makes sense.. it was still great fun to splash around in the water.. there's a small man-made pool too.. it was refreshing since it was a very hot day but a bit dirty.. also couldn't spot public toilets.. There's a paid parking space in the sand. There is no shade, nowhere..

Good urban sandy beach with plenty of facilities for food and drinks. The sea is quite far away because of the high tides and the surface is muddy most of the time. Not very pleasant to go for a swim but plenty of wet sand on a flat surface to play football volley. Really close to the train station which allows you ti come by train if required. The beach is wide and long which allows you to avoid being too close to the next towel.
