Freezing cold in there. Young chap serving the restraunt could not be less interested in being there 10:00, Feb 12th Someone described this as eating in Argos, which is exactly how it feels.

Filthy space, all burgers were cold… when asking for the pots for the sauce got told they did not store them… Never going back to this McDonalds after this experience

Cannot believe they were granted planning permission,couldn't swing a cat feeling all cramped in.waiting time was poor, hygiene very poor. Tomatoe sauces and food particles scattered on floor as you walked in. seemed to be alot of staff but no t enough action.really put off eating.

This place is generally getting worse! Focuses more on Uber eats. Takes ages! Also one of the workers at the drive through window. She the oldest there! God she is so rude! She been there a while now! Sits there an just holds the card machine. Doesn’t take much to say something. I Donno what is worse waiting 20 minutes for your order to be wrong or the attitude the staff have. It’s actually grim you see the delivery’s always just left out side as well! Pretty sad place

Terrible restaurant, the recent refurbishment has made it so much worse! Staff hide in the kitchen behind a wall so there is never anyone to speak to when they inevitably mess your order up. One side of the restaurant has floor to ceiling windows which when sunny is unbearably hot and bright making sitting along that side a misery. The drive thru queue always blocks the whole car park meaning if you want to eat in you can’t get parked, or you can’t get out when leaving.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you are ordering from a take away app, you're fine. But if you dare to come in and order in store, you are the lowest priority. Just waited 35minutes for a breakfast muffin and about 10 other customers are complaining. I would love to say this was a one off, but the same happened last week as well.....I just wanted a coffee.

Didn't like it one bit. New layout is not very good. They have changed serving counter. Cause their trying to get you to order from the self serve windows. They have taken away the personal ordering touch. The counter don't have the menu above anymore. This is not a very enjoyable experience. Put it back the way it was please.

Mcdonalds app with rewards points made by day and order was delivered to the table voila. The restaurant was clean , spacious and expensive sofa so was comfortable and similar to a Microsoft surface table had games to engage both kids and adults . Ordered the chicken fiesta which was scrumptious and filling , the vanilla milkshake was great as well. It’s worth the money and 5 star for the ambience.

Bought 3 separate meals and each one of the meals were cold. Burger was like roadkill and freezing cold,I only ate it as I was hungry because I was working all day. Chicken wrap was like a sxxxway sandwhich as it was cold aswell,French fries were cold and rubbery where they had been standing to long. Absolutely Disgusting, it was a treat for me and my friends as we're on low income and this is what you gave us..At least you have given us free meals for next visit but I don't know if I'll be ordering there again. Besides Bxxxxxking serves a better tasting burger and you get free refills.

So today I went to McDonald’s and it was all fine at first so I had my card ready to pay and it said they have no Raspberry ice coolers. So I checked a different Machine and it said no raspberry ice coolers so I asked the store shift manger and she said she would check the back and she took 10 minutes. And then she said it would work and I tried and it did not work so I asked some lady for help and then all the staff was talking about is their was one man handing out balloons he was the nicest and one of the lady’s anyway this is why I chose 2 stars. We had to wait for over 20 minutes for our food because they were more focused on the drive through. When we got home we realised they had missed part of our order

The sausage and egg macmuffin is so tasty with a hash brown. You can't beat it you have to eat it while it's hot . We sat in the car as we had the dog, he enjoyed some as well.

It's a McDonald's......that's all you can really say. It's possibly one of the worst carparks to get into and out of,no separate lane for drivethru, so if it's busy, you're stuck waiting to get into the carpark to park & go inside

Very long wait time. I’m appalled. It would be quicker if I applied for a job here and made the food myself.

The usual McDonald's food and it was hot. There was a long drive through queue so we ordered inside. As we had a dog with us we sat in the outdoor seating area but this was filthy with rubbish and dirt/spillages all over the tables. Can't say I'll be rushing back.

Mainly Drive through use as inside is permanently full of Deliery drivers picking up orders. Check your order before leaving its busy and things get missed off orders.

I am disabled and need help sometimes, although it was fairly busy but for me it's not disabled friendly. I ended up asking a young man a customer for help, we did the order but it didn't give us a number or receipt. When telling staff I was told to just wait but I needed to sit down, I asked if someone could bring it to me. Unbeknown to me my number was called out, the food was taken to the back. Two other customers had the same problem, it took a kind lady asking me if my order was sorted but it wasn't so she told the staff. 15 minutes later she asked again and told them my order at which point they passed it to her, it wasn't very warm but I was hungry. She got part of her order and she had to wait for her meal but being pregnant and the children she had to get back up again. All in all, no apologies, the person's reasoning was it just happens. We are shut off from staff and no proper communication, very disappointed with my experience. Maybe your store in worle could help this Macdonald store . Shameful really!!

Popped in via the drive through this time at about 11pm on a Wednesday. Nice and empty, quick service. Hot freshly cooked food and almost a smile from the staff. Mind you though, I've eaten here a few times, and in comparison to the Worle branch of Mc Donald's, this place knocks it out of the park.

Typical for food - dry, cold. Table service was fine. Atmosphere always ruined by at least 1 obnoxiously loud, inconsiderate family. Can managers do nothing about this?! Also at least 3 members of staff that were seen looked like they hadn't showered since they started their job. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get out of our parking space due to the genius idea of putting the drive thru the way it is and traffic blocking pretty much all the spaces.

Staff here are as indifferent as they come. Dump your fries on a dirty tray, who cares, spill 1/6 of your chips... who cares, spill the salt on the chips... who cares. Cold, old chips and wraps... who gives a damn... definitely not the staff at Weston Links. If they are having a competition for worst McDonald's in the UK, they are smashing it.

I haven't been to McDonalds for a few years and didn't realise it's all done on a screen now taking away the 'personal touch' The food was standard! We went in not just for food but to warm up as it was freezing outside, how wrong we were as it was colder inside than outside!! Won't be returning I'm afraid 👎👎❄️❄️

This outlet is now in total free fall. It's a shame because it used to be the best. Freezing cold. No Internet. The only reason for two stars was the very helpful cleaner chappie. Otherwise, it would have been just one.

Disgusting chicken and bacon burger wasn't even fresh taste that it had been overheated for the price it was vile .fries were soggy pictures to follow not good enough .

Went in ordered my food on a screen looks like nobody wants to talk to customers anymore waited and waited for my order a staff member appeared and I spoke to him 3 times before he answered very rude and ignorant, then a manageress came out looked like she was fresh out of school a terrible experience I will not visit again and will go to Tim horrors next door very friendly and nice better food and experience.

Terrible waiting time! I would like to know when was that MacDonalds decided to serve the drive thru and eating from home clients before the ones that are eating in😤. We are completely left unattended and on our own and always served last.

Well, it's McDonald's - not fine dining. First McDees breakfast in about 12 months. Hate the screen ordering system, not User friendly unless you're a frequent user. Service was fairly slow, considering they weren't busy (I suspect drive thru got priority). A sausage & egg McMuffin seemed a lot smaller than I remembered, and the muffin part was dry & chewy. Decent coffee so not all bad...

Asked to wait in baby two to receive our drive through order which was all fine. We seemed to be waiting for an extremely long time so asked a member of staff who was wondering about outside an he then brought out our order. It had clearly been sat waiting as it was cold, all of it was tepid at best. Then had to go into the store and highlight the issue. This was resolved simply and effectively with a complete replacement, but what a waste of food as ALL of the previous presented order was binned. I do have to say they offered me the cold products, but not sure what I was meant to do with it !! At least the milkshake machine was working !!

Well done to Tyler the shift manager on June 30th for showing the rest of the staff how multitasking is done. You've shown the ability to order the staff what to do and rearrange staff at the same time whilst also pushing orders out both the deliveries and drive through like there's no tomorrow. A big shout out to Julie and a young man who's name I wish I knew who looks Kurdish? Your a good yound man with a very bright future ahead of you. All 3 of you need a pay increase as well as having a promotion due to having soo much patience and control during busy times. Well done and keep up the dark work and thank you for your continuous service to the public.

This is the worst McDonald's I've eaten at. I waited for 30 minutes and my burgers were cold. The lettuce for my wife looked like it was prepared yesterday. I ordered two milkshakes and ice cream and got three milkshakes because the ice cream was almost warm. I do not recommend

Had the new chicken mccrispy which was quite spicy but a nice change.

Queued in the drive through on one section and they served 3 people behind me before taking my order! Then they forget to put the cheeseburger in the meal and then also didn’t put straws in the bag for the drinks! Not the first time this has happened either it’s bloody ridiculous, you would’ve thought after works been done on the place it would be better but no, the food still comes out cold as the staff are to lazy so they give you food that’s been sat for ages!

Takes on average about 10 minutes to get served. Don't go in between 6 to 8. Online deliveries have ruined the service. Staff look disinterested, mess around whilst your food sits there. Always has teens in there after 6 who just cause mayhem and make the place really not family friendly. Oh and the gents toilets, seen better facilities at music festivals.

Ordered a grilled chicken salad with mayo (I know… yuk… but oh well) and it was just lettuce and chicken and balsamic glaze. Couldn’t have that as I’m diabetic. Ordered Sprite Zero and a Coke Zero… got full fat coke and only one straw. When I said to the girl “could I have a straw please” she said bluntly “I’ve given you one!!!” - I replied “two drinks and one straw?! Are we supposed to share?!” I’m not even exaggerating that she looked like I had slapped her!! Maybe she had a bad day and I feel for her. A bit of training and I am sure she will flourish.

The only reason not 5 stars for here today was the queue. However it's bound to cause tailbacks if member of staff is taking both orders and payments. They always have everything on the menu we want when we use this outlet. This is our preferred drive through now although we live closer to the Queensway one. Unfortunately they regularly don't have the items we want!

Absolutely shocking mc Donald's. Food is not cooked through so cold when you eat it. Staff have got a terrible attitude towards the business. Worle branch is the worst. For 3 weeks now they have not served milk shakes, or many ice creams, as they say they are cleaning the machine. Obviously there machines are not cost effective, because they don't earn if they are not working.

The refurb has destroyed the restaurant experience. I would say that this branch is now the fast food equivalent of Argos. Except the food wasn’t fast. It took 20 mins to arrive at our table. It’s now an uncomfortable and cramped experience sitting in the restaurant. It feels like the whole set up is designed to deter you from eating in. You feel completely disconnected from the kitchen and staff. Everything is boarded off. See ya Weston Links 👏

The order through the Drive thru was really fast and efficient, especially with the screen monitors which confirms the food you’ve ordered. Great location and close to an Iceland, some parking nearby as well.

The quality was never great generally but this was the worst meal I've ever had. Literally it all tasted the same. The bacon wS all fat and no meat. There was no flavour to the burger which was impressive given the different components. Also no milk shake or ice cream, again. No apple pies. The only "dessert" was a kids fruit bag! I've never been so disappointed and dissatisfied by a McDonald's in my life
