Terrible experience! I walked in to buy a beverage at 12:50am and I was told that they were closed. They had people literally dining in! Like what??? The store closes at 1:00 am. If you did not want to serve me, just say that but don’t lie and say that the store is closed. Pictured is the individual that said the store is closed as well as their hours. I will never come back here again.

I ordered a burger, in the description it said it had bacon. I know time a tough and the price of bacon has gone up but either increase the price or take it off the description! I expected bacon not 5 bacon bits -_- Minus my bacon issue and the food was good.

I came here after a long day of work with my girlfriend. We were seated right away and we made our orders within 10 minutes of seating. Service was quick and the staff was super friendly. For starters we got the empanadas, which were delicious. And I decided to try the Monday special which was 2 for 1 hotdogs. These hotdogs were very large and full of a bunch of flavorful ingredients. Gf had the quesadillas and we both shared some salchipapas. Overall the place was clean and not too busy and we both enjoyed our dishes.

Food was ok. Had the tosotones burger, and the tosotones were a little too greasy (should filter frying oil more frequent). Was not too impressed a TIP was included in the total. I usually tip more than was added to the check. Not a good business practice

The food was very good, and the service was great.

We came in famished after a long nail service in the same strip. We decided on burgers, fries, and shakes. They brought out our shakes first but they tasted funky. We thought it was the paper straws but when we removed the tops to taste them, it was the same. I then asked one of the ladies what kind of milk they use--maybe oat, almond, or soy, and she said they use regular whole milk. Hmm...something was definitely off. As far as our BBQ burgers, they were thick, juicy, and plentiful. We couldn't even finish them they were so hearty, but definitely recommend them. With regard to the ambiance, it seemed just a tad grey--almost somber--but the service was good and the food is what we come for. Hopefully, they'll improve their shakes and we'll be back to give them another try!

Ordered a milkshake took about 20 minutes to bring it when it came it was watered downed and you could tell it was just sitting there for a while. Told the server about it and he didn’t say anything just grabbed the milkshake then he took it to the back and made a “new one” it was disgustingly strong and tasted like a chocolate milk not even a milkshake and told another guy at the counter about the issue and gave us so much attitude for no reason and very aggressive. Will not be coming here again the food is good but the servers were disgustingly rude.

Got the two dogs with everything on them, and the potato and dog app. The worker at the front register was kind and helpful in guiding me through the menu, made suggestions when I asked, and promptly placed the order. Food was quick to come out and all the sauces were individually packaged, which is awesome for those that don't want all of them on there. Atmosphere was really neighborly - the few tables that had people at them looked like they were all really enjoying the sit down experience, likely also regulars, so that says something about a place. Next time back in S. Fla, definitely swinging by here again!

The service and food was great. Our server, Jairo was supper friendly and attentive. Would definitely return :)

This is my second time giving it a chance. The first time I came with my family. We sat down in the server, never put in my order. Second time I did take out through the phone and they were extremely rude. First a lady answered, and she’s being already rude through the phone when she was asking us for our phone number, after a . times of asking us I don’t know where she put the phone down. A guy answered. He asked us for our number again. He asked what we wanted to eat. We said wings they didn’t have them at the moment then we kept looking at the menu. He was rushing us through the phone. He said if you’re not ready to order call back, but in a really rude tone, then we ordered and then it was time for the card payment and he was just really rude. The customer service was horrible when we went in person to pick up the food the atmosphere was all dirty. We waited like five minutes when we got there for food then I asked the guy for his name his name was Jairo we ended up getting quesadillas it barely had any meat. It was just a bunch of cheese. I don’t recommend this location at all. Won’t be going back to the Weston location.

Mariana and Jairo are the best. Food amazing as always. We come every Thursday with Family or Friends. It never disappoints and will always be on our top places to go.
