I
am
extremely
surprise
to
be
writing
this
review,
but
this
needs
to
be
said.
I
worked
at
Wendy's
for
over
2
years,
and
I
have
never
had
this
type
of
experience.
The
manager
taking
my
order
had
such
a
monotone
voice
and
did
not
recognize
when
I
got
to
the
menu
board
to
welcome
me
and
ask
for
a
minute.
He
just
said,
"Can
I
take
your
order?"
He
didn't
hear
me
when
I
clearly
said
my
order
and
then
forgot
to
tell
me
the
total
even
though
he
had
already
finished
the
order
because
the
menu
screen
changed.
I
said,
"Thank
you,"
and
he
then
said,
"Please
drive
around."
I
proceed
to
get
to
the
1st
window,
and
the
window
is
open
with
no
one
there.
The
manager
shows
up
(this
is
where
I
find
out
that
the
manager
took
my
order)
and
then
slowly
takes
my
payment.
No
wonder
the
bell
is
ringing
with
the
orders
being
over
time.
He
also
didn't
ask
if
I
had
the
app
for
points
and
just
remained
as
his
monotone
self.
I
pulled
up
to
the
2nd
window,
and
the
gentleman
who
helped
me
was
so
pleasant
and
helpful.
That
is
why
my
review
is
at
a
3
for
service.
The
gentleman
at
the
2nd
window
saved
that
for
sure.
Then,
to
make
matters
worse,
my
burger
was
undercooked,
and
my
drink
did
not
taste
right
like
the
mix
was
off.
I
also
did
not
get
a
receipt,
even
though
the
manager
said
that
I
would
get
one
at
the
2nd
window.
All
in
all,
I
was
not
happy
with
my
visit,
and
now
I
have
no
lunch
and
will
have
to
wait
several
hours
until
I
can
go
make
dinner.
At
least,
I
know
the
food
I
am
making
will
be
delicious.
