I came in and Rose and Lisa took great care of me and before Gloria wonderful staff very clean beautiful atmosphere very professional I'm very happy the way they do my hair and I recommend people to come to them

I cannot express how amazing this salon is! The entire staff is super friendly and attentive and the owner Kelly is ah-mazing! I came into this salon looking for a miracle and new stylist since I had severely damaged and overprocessed hair. Amy was so attentive and advised me that the owner Kelly would be taking care of me. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by everyone and you can see teamwork. Kelly listened to me very carefully and explained everything. She worked patiently on my hair giving me full attention, which is something other salons have not done. Two times later and my hair is EXACTLY the color I have wanted for years, but was never able to achieve elsewhere. I found my new salon!!

Strand Beauty is NOT curly girl friendly or it could just be this stylist Rose who I will never forget. I attached pictures as I’m on my way to get 3 inches of my hair cut off to repair the chemical damage she caused. I asked for honey blonde color and a trim. She tried to dye my Black hair blonde with a red color no bleach...while bleach was on my ends for an hour. Put an orange toner to correct the ends which were yellow. Then she gave me ringlets with her finger and proceeded to cut my hair in that style! My hair is 4 different colors and jagged. She gave me a refund after blaming me for not telling her how people have colored my hair in the past. That’s not professional at all and I trusted her.

I love it here! Jessie is my hairstylist and she’s the best! The staff there are very kind and welcoming. I also like the vibe in there and how clean and organized things are. I also like the music they play!

I’ve been looking for a good stylist for years. So happy I found the strand beauty lounge, Isa had me come in for a consultation which already gave me a great expectation. We’ll finally went in last Saturday and got my hair done. It came out so beautiful I’m honestly obsessed, my husband was the most skeptical about it because of how damaged it had been in the past due to another stylist and he loved. I’ve received so many compliments, can’t wait to go back 🥰 highly recommend!

I just moved to the area from Georgia and definitely wasn’t looking forward to finding a new hairdresser. Jessie cut my hair for the first time today and she did an AMAZING job! I can’t believe I found someone already, I will definitely be back!!

I have been coming to this salon for over 7 years now and I never leave disappointed. Kelly is the absolute BEST! There’s no one else that I trust with my hair then her. She always knows exactly how to style my hair and never cuts off more than I ask. She cuts, blow drys, and dyes hair to perfection. I highly recommend coming to this salon and if you can, book with Kelly.

Graci has been my colorist and stylist for so many years, she's amazing! The whole salon I'd great though, imo.

The owner is dirty with her prices! She will show you a price and a breakdown, and then at checkout, she will charge you extra for using "more product" for doing the same job! The stylist left the toner in too long and turned my hair a dirty-looking gray instead of a pale blonde, and babylights were completely gone. She then corrected her own mistake and charged me for the issue. Also, reapplying product while the client is processing is not an extra product; it is considered overhead, and you are doing a good job of meeting the client's expectations that you are already charging! The owner's excuse is that they have a scale, and any extra product not accounted for when they first mix is the client's responsibility. What a tacky joke! Also, the stylist blew out my hair to see the end result, and the owner ran back to ask her if she did a blowout to try to charge extra. The owner looks to make a dollar anywhere she can. She's a tacky business owner. The average age in this salon is 75, so if you want the latest trends and transparency, then look elsewhere!
