owner
is
dirty
with
her
prices!
She
will
show
you
a
price
and
a
breakdown,
and
then
at
checkout,
she
will
charge
you
extra
for
using
"more
product"
for
doing
the
same
job!
The
stylist
left
the
toner
in
too
long
and
turned
my
hair
a
dirty-looking
gray
instead
of
a
pale
blonde,
and
babylights
were
completely
gone.
She
then
corrected
her
own
mistake
and
charged
me
for
the
issue.
Also,
reapplying
product
while
the
client
is
processing
is
not
an
extra
product;
it
is
considered
overhead,
and
you
are
doing
a
good
job
of
meeting
the
client's
expectations
that
you
are
already
charging!
The
owner's
excuse
is
that
they
have
a
scale,
and
any
extra
product
not
accounted
for
when
they
first
mix
is
the
client's
responsibility.
What
a
tacky
joke!
Also,
the
stylist
blew
out
my
hair
to
see
the
end
result,
and
the
owner
ran
back
to
ask
her
if
she
did
a
blowout
to
try
to
charge
extra.
The
owner
looks
to
make
a
dollar
anywhere
she
can.
She's
a
tacky
business
owner.
The
average
age
in
this
salon
is
75,
so
if
you
want
the
latest
trends
and
transparency,
then
look
elsewhere!
