Good food, great drinks (beer, mixed), friendly staff, and decent prices. We can recommended this place, but they have neither Zinfandel nor a good selection of white wines. Also, three Wifi networks are detectable in the restaurant, but none is available for guests.

After a long morning, running errands, going from one location to the next. Being a Master Barber at RAY’S BARBER SHOP LLC is a great thing. Full of clients, products and long hours of work. My Brother picked me up and invited me to meet Carolina, witch I thought was a friend. But more so is a magical place Carolina Ale House-Weston by the water. Nice menu, great ambiance and taste food. The bartender made it a great stay. He also have family in the military and what a great choice right after July 4th. Highly recommend it to you your family and friends

Wings were just okay and nachos are very spicy if you don't hold the jalapenos.

Went to a watch party for Florida vs. Tennessee on Sat, 9/16/2023. The atmosphere was electric, especially because Florida lead almost the entirety of the game. Really enjoyed watching and celebrating the Gators have a solid game against the Volunteers. Ordered a double cheesy smashburger with every topping in it- wish there was more of a bigger serving of avocado along with pico de gallo. Portion size was bit small with the burger, and ordered complimentary fries with it. Fries were decent. Originally wanted a different side but it would have been $2 extra. Good setup inside with the TVs, tables and chairs, and parking lot was accessible.

Food is good and service is quick. Large seating area inside and out. They have live music sometimes and the wait staff are super friendly. I would highly recommend the nashville Chicken, Cobb Salad, Fish and Chips, and the fries. They currently have crab and shrimp platter which was actually pretty good. Prices are moderate and appropiate for the portion size. Great for kids, families, or sporting events at the bar. Oh and the smash burgers are AMAZING!

I come here very often on my lunch break and Savannah is typically my waitress. She knows exactly what I want and how I want it. She's very sweet, always has a smile on her face and is super attentive -- and yes, the food is always good!!!!! I leave satisfied every time!!

Overall a good place for a sports bar, stay open very late every day, which not a lot of places do in the area. Nice decor. A bit loud. The food and drinks are average.

Stopped in for lunch with coworkers. I had French onion soup and a salad. The house salad (I added chicken) was huge. Very fresh and delicious. No complaints on the soup either! My coworkers had a Philly and a burger. Their food was very good also. I definitely would return here if back in the area again.

This was our first time eating here. The staff was great! We received our food quickly and it was delicious. I had the fish and chips. My lunch partner had the chicken burrito. Neither one of us could eat it all. Will definitely go again next time we are in town.

Absolutely loved the service here. My waitress’s name was Jackie, she was kind and patient the whole night. Our food was delivered hot and fast. The Signature Dry Rub Wings were delicious as well as Varsity Cheeseburger. Jackie keep the entire party happy then entire night and we couldn’t be more greatful. We decided to order the Decadent Chocolate Layer Cake and it did not let us down. Thank You Jackie for the service with a smile!!!!!

Went on a very rainy/stormy evening. A large venue, which was quiet due to the inclement weather! We both but enjoyed it though. Food was OK but not great.

THE BEST PLACE to catch a game, catch up with friends or grab a bite to eat. The service here is excellent from the hosts, servers, bartenders, and management staff. Everyone is really friendly and attentive. The food here tastes great, the burgers are always fresh — they don’t taste frozen like other places. Plus they have vegan-friendly and healthy food options. Wide selection of beers and really nice variety of cocktails. Highly recommend you come in a try it!!

I went the other night with my hubby for the first time in a very long time. Everything was great. Our food and drinks were delicious. Brisket Dipper was really good. Service was amazing. Our Server Sonia was very friendly and made excellent suggestions. Five stars all the way. Definitely be back!!

Good place to catch a game especially if it’s a night football game or the Heat are on the west coast. One of the latest open places in Weston so they are staffed and equipped to handle a later crowd. They have a drink special each day which is a nice option. The food is just OK with apps a little stronger than entrees.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant where the host Bella went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Not only was she welcoming and friendly when we arrived, but she was constantly cleaning the tables and checking in with the servers to make sure they had everything they needed to provide excellent service. Her dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great experience!

I had a great time eating there I even did a video for the channel before the first time I did a big rookie mistake and forgot to press make sure the audio was recording LOL big rookie mistake. But I really enjoyed this burger it was really really good can't wait to come back for second one and a third one really great food at the Ale House they're very popular known for great menu. Also instead of the fries I grabbed the mashed potatoes I'm so glad I did they were very spicy and had a kick to them that I've never experienced in any other mashed potatoes at first I thought it was just extra black pepper or something come to find out it was Chipotle. If I'm not mistaken. I was blown away by the mashed potatoes a because it's one of my favorite top foods and be the burger was absolutely cooked to perfection... Celebrated my birthday at Carolina Ale Hosuse in Weston and had an amazing time. The staff was amazing. Adam was attentive and very kind.

Been coming here for quite some time - one of my favorite sports bars in Weston! Their wings and ribs are amazing as well as french fries and honey mustard.

We sat at the bar and enjoyed the multiple sports games on the TVs. The bar service was very slow and the food took a very long time to come out. After the long wait, the food was just descent. They do have a pool table and a nice spot to post up at the bar.

If you’re looking for an AMAZING lunch spot, you just found it! I come here often on my lunch break, and have never looked backed! The specials are very reasonably priced for the portions you receive, they switch weekly so you always have variety, and the staff is all so friendly! Savannah is usually my server and she is the absolute best! She knows exactly what I am going to want, what to recommend, is super tentative, and is always quick and on top of everything! To cap everything off, the food is going to want you to keep on coming back again and again! It is absolutely DELICIOUS! Highly recommend!
