I was incredibly nervous to go to the dentist, and I had not been in about three years. Being pregnant, I knew my teeth were probably in the worse state they had ever been, and that my pain tolerance would be lower than usual. The hygienists were immediately incredibly calming and friendly, and Dr Bashir was very very nice and straightforward. He told me after examining my teeth that the initial cleaning would probably be unpleasant, but once I’m back on track that it would be much better. Let me tell you… it was the most pleasant and painless and thorough experience I have EVER had at the dentist. And I really appreciate that HE does the cleaning, not a hygienist, even though I’m sure they would do a great job too. So if that was the worst it gets, for the first time, I am looking forward to going back to the dentist. I ended up having a few cavities, and Dr Bashir was very upfront, transparent and straightforward in explaining what the cost would be with my insurance to get them filled. I have never had a doctor volunteer that information without being asked, and I really appreciated it. I cannot recommend him enough!

Dental care of West Chester with Dr. Norman Bashir is the most complete practice I have ever visited. He is thorough with his patients and very knowledgeable when it comes to dental care. His support staffs are awesome and they make you feel at home.

Dr Bashir is a highly skilled Dentist and very friendly. He is great at communicating the current state of one’s dental care and explaining options for improving things or fixing things. His staff is very friendly too.

I had a great experience at Dental Care of West Chester. I recently had a filling fall out and even though I was not an existing patient, they were able to fit me in that day and did an excellent job fixing it. I will definitely be going here for future dental needs.

I recently switched to Dental Care of West Chester and it has been one of my best decisions yet. I have never had such great Dental care before switching to them. They are super nice, gentle and genuinely care about your teeth! I used to have such anxiety about going to the dentist but now I don’t mind at all.
