So this is very crazy went to get some lunch here and there was a super long line for the drive through. So I decided to go inside and order. 1. The staff did not acknowledge me while I stand at the register while I wait for her to finish scrolling on her phone. I then hello just in case she did not see me. 2. I said hi again and she looked at me as if I’m bothering her and that nasty attitude she gave I almost did not ordered 3. I was waiting for my food after 2 people was in front already waiting by this time I’m now waiting 10 minutes so I’m not sure how long the others were waiting. 4. One of the ladies waiting went to the same girl and ask if she placed her order because of the ridiculous amount of time she spent waiting for her food. 5. I asked if they had my order in and what’s the hold up. The answer was oh we are backed up and your 15th in line. I’m like what?!!! How? By this time it’s 15 minutes. 6. The lady who went and asked about her order asked for a refund and left. I decided to do the same as I was on my lunch break at work. 7. The big kicker here. This staff had the nerve to ask me what I ordered and she was even adding things I did which would make my refund more than what I paid for. I gave her the card I used. I check my statement today and she did not give me the correct refund. I’m not sure how these young folks are going to make it. The future is scary. But this location needs help and corporate needs to step in ASAP you cannot have an establishment operating like that. Just crazy.

I usually love Panera, I travel a lot with work and almost always have lunch at Panera, that said, this is the worst one ever! I waited 30 minutes for my order, it was not even on the board after 30 minutes, I went to the cashier to ask if they have even received it, she had a very unpleasant attitude, she answered very rudely that they are backed up and I should wait without even checking my order. Even worse, the floor, tables and chairs were dirty with papertowels and crumbs everywhere. The worst part is that they even managed to mess up the food, the bread and burger were old and cold. The management is clearly a complete failure. If you're a customer reading this run for your life! If you're someone from Panera just burn that one down, I don't think it is fixable..

Still remarkably mediocre for breakfast. The drive thru was incredibly slow with only one vehicle ahead of me. The food was also meh. The breakfast sandwich was room temp and flavourless. The bagel with cream cheese required me to apply the cream cheese myself... Which is a great thing when you're in the car trying to drive... Just go somewhere else.

People working were very nice. However there was a nasty smell near the soda machines and quite a few flies all around as I was eating. It just didn’t feel clean or appetizing. Not posting to be rude but hoping somebody working there sees this and improves the cleanliness of the restaurant.

The most disgusting Panera. It is very dirt, they barely clean de floors or pick up the trash. While you pay, you can see part of the kitchen and it’s very dirty, disorganized, gloves, napkins and food all over the floor. Unfortunately, It not an “one-day” issue only. I frequently go to study as a love coffee shops to be focused and I always get a coffee, but I would never eat food there. I can’t imagine the cleaning protocols. The ladies bathroom is always very dirty too. I went multiple days in a row to study and the hand soap machine did not work. Again, I can’t imagine the cleaning protocols. The staff is nice and are mostly young or college students, which is totally ok. Who is responsible to make sure the atmosphere and the place is clean is the manager.

I have not been to a Panera in a very long time. The last time was a weekend get away. I ordered the same thing that I got the last time which was the steak sandwich with the with the pickled onions and I believe Wisconsin cheddar cheese. When I bit into that sandwich it was like a wave of memories flooding back to that weekend because it tasted identically the same which was delicious. If I had to give any critique would be if the staff was a little more friendly and the bathrooms were a little cleaner. But it would not stop me from going back. I'm chalking it up to it being very late and they were getting ready to close.

Poor drive through service. Waited for 30 minutes during my one hour lunch break to get my order in with only two cars ahead of me for the full 30 minutes. Didn’t acknowledge me until I said “hello”… didn’t say hi back just asked what I’d like to order.

The worst panara in Connecticut, really went down hill when half their staff left for college and there’s no competent staff left. Thanks for the two containers of cream cheese, I wanted chips.
