Loved the new grilled tomato pesto sandwich and the mango pineapple refresher drink was good in the beginning but later on it got diluted with water as ice melted even though I had less ice. You gotta drink it quick, to get the full favor till the last sip, I guess.

***Update*** Went here 9/18/23 and just reminded me why I drive past here every morning to go to the dunkin in Rocky Hill. Super slow moving line just to receive a burnt to a crisp bagel and soggy snacking bacon which wasn't even the maple sugar bacon they're supposed to use. Horrible experience as always here. This location was great until about a month ago. Everyday there's something wrong with my order recently. That's not a big deal but the last 2 mornings I have come I was served yesterday's bagel. It should be fresh at 6am or 8am. If I go in the afternoon I completely understand if my bagel is hard. But in the morning it should be fresh. These taste way past their 10 hour shelf life. Very disappointed

Everytime I go my coffee is always trash . Employees are upset they didn't make it right to have them remake it . Food is always cold . Only best thing are the donuts since they aren't made there.

I know a chain like Duncan is supposed to always have the same coffee but the lattes are frequently different depending on where you go. The young lady who made the latte here did it perfectly! It was so good with just the right foam and coffee mixture well espresso mixture.

As someone who’s worked in food service for many years, this location has gone SEVERELY downhill in the past months. I only go for its convenience and thought they had good staff here. If I was managing this location I would get rid of all the staff and start over

Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. Staff needs retraining and a new manager. Not one time I’ve been through this Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru and my order was correct . Long lines and caused me to be late for work sooo many times just to get my order wrong! It’s ridiculous! . I’ve looked down at the comments and it’s others complaining about the same . What is going on ?!

I’ve gone here four days in a row and four days in a row. They’ve got in my coffee wrong. You have to be stupid to get coffee wrong. Milk and sugar in a coffee is not hard to comprehend. You have to be stupid to get that wrong. You should not be working at Dunkin and that’s probably the easiest job in the entire world.

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts @ 1030 Silas Deane Hwy today around 3:30 and the girl that made my drink gave me the wrong order 3 times and then gave me a medium instead of the large that I ordered and instead of making a new one she poured it into a large cup and added a bunch of ice and milk after I i tried it, it tasted like milk only.
