I
use
to
go
there
with
my
significant
other
precovid
when
the
husband
and
wife
owned
business.
I
started
going
back
there
recently.
I
went
back
for
me
second
time
and
paid
for
a
gel
refill.
Within
4
days
the
gel
on
both
thumbs
peeled
off.
I
work
from
home
and
have
a
9
month
old
so
I
dont
have
a
lot
of
free
time.
I
went
back
exactly
a
week
later
with
a
additional
2
fingers
chipes
and
coming
off
and
asked
if
I
could
have
a
discount
because
this
should
not
happen
in
less
then
a
week
with
gel.
He
asked
me
for
a
receipt
but
I
paid
cash
and
was
given
no
receipt.
The
person
who
did
my
nails
was
standing
right
there
and
chose
today
not
to
speak
any
English
and
said
nothing
in
my
defense.
Im
bothered
because
I
was
the
first
appointment
that
Friday
morning
waited
20
min
for
my
scheduled
appointment
so
that
they
could
turn
on
lights
and
get
buiness
ready.
All
while
having
a
good
attitude
and
telling
them
not
to
worry
and
to
take
their
time.
To
turn
around
and
be
treated
like
this.
I'm
beyond
upset.
The
owner
is
the
same
owner
from
when
I
use
to
go
but
his
wife
opened
her
own
business.
I
can
see
why!
Horrible
customer
service.
I
will
never
go
here
again.
